Awesome experience. I reserved the unit online and within five minutes I received a call from the business Shannon to be exact telling me everything was set with my unit. I electronically signed and sent the lease and they sent me the unit number and pass code via email. She left the unit lock in the unit. Seamless process. No issues at all!

This place had false advertising on the website! They gave me a deal for 3 months then changed it to double the price 3 months later. I got a faulty lock and was locked out of my unit. They gave me the wrong gate code. This is a terrible company. Nowhere on the website did it say “we can charge your rate to whatever we want,” or us subject to change!! (even if you are a loyal customer who pays your bills on time). They raise the rates and have rude associate named Paula working at their office on a Owen drive. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else!

Plz, Plz dont rent here!! Got broken in 2 within six months of renting! Lost priceless items, insurance gave me a hard time when filing a claim. Not 2 mention the RATS tore up my things n when I notified the property managers, they told me I had 2 put down the poison!! Smh!

I took the day off to load up my storage unit and they had fresh concrete at both ends of the building. I had no notice and no way to access my unit. I talked to the lady in the office and she told me there is nothing she can do and has no idea how long it will be blocked off. I do not recommend this place.

Had to move out, there are people living in the units. Between the smell of human waste and stale smoke, I was done.

Why want any one ever answer the phone, they are not that busy, they dont even have that kind of business, its never ever ever any cars there and they never answer the phone. I live in winston salem and the manager has 5 messages from me and has not returned one. why they will not answer the phone is beyond me. I called on purpose 8 times on a monday and 8 times on a tuesday every hour on the hour to see if any one would answer and no answer for both days. Sick of this place. I gave this one star just to be able to post this review.

Older place had a really nice man a the service desk. Military discount and way cheaper them the other guys.

Absolutely horrible customer service. It took an hour to register and sign up for a single storage unit. Completely disorganized, inefficient, and wasted our time. Awful.
