Used parks this week and they were great! Very professional and personable crew for both the packers and loafers. Worked very quickly and efficiently even in crazy heat and with a huge shipment. The office staff was great checking in for the move set up and getting everything scheduled and the survey completed. Highly recommend!

We were assigned this company to do our packing for a military move. This is our fourth PCS, so we know what to expect. However, we were completely shocked by how poorly our items were packed. Our items were packed without care or planning and thrown into the biggest boxes possible regardless of the type of item. This created so much disorganization as well as potential for damage! Also, expect items from all different rooms to be packed together. For example, dirty outdoor items were crammed in with kitchen items and canned goods. We had tons of damage from this move, more than ever before. If things weren’t broken, they were so crushed or bent out of shape that they’re unusable. It was completely unacceptable and we definitely expect much better.

Look elsewhere for packers and movers.... Absolutely the worse packers we’ve had. And this was coming through military service, we were moving from North Carolina to California, stuff was stuffed into boxes and not packed right or wrapped up, stuff was thrown into boxes. She had her kid or cousin help her who was cramming stuff into very few boxes. She broke a shot glass and didn’t even let us know. Very unprofessional overall. Very unhappy with the process. Hope to never come across this service again.

We have used Parks twice to move our personal house, each time was great. I would recommend this company to anyone, excellent crew, they made moving easy.
