We brought a laptop in for a repair. A piece of the charging cable adapter got stuck in the charging port of our laptop rendering it impossible to keep the laptop charged. We brought the laptop in to Brantleys to see if they could pull the piece of the adapter out. It took Tony only about 10-15 minutes and he had the broken piece out. He provided exceptional service and was very reasonable for the fee. The folks at Brantleys are friendly and very helpful.While we were waiting, I looked around the shop. They are like the now defunct Radio Shacks, but with much more available. Stop in for any electronic needs from computers to telephones and even audio equipment. Definitely a fun store for the technology inclined.

Great place to find those one off low voltage supplies for Tvs Computers, Alarm equipment. Even better, if they dont have it in stock or on display, theyll order it!Great store. Great staff!

I booked Brantleys to come to my home to connect my wifi tv to my Sony analog receiver with a A/D and D/A Converter device. Not only were they a No show, but when I called to ask them to please come, the service tech told me it was electronically impossible to connect these devices. Not only did they waste my time with no showing me, but the tech became argumenative and stood his ground as to why its impossible to connect these devices. This was the same tech who tried to help me over the phone to connect these devices. I called another company and they will be here within the hour to get me set up.

Trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone is like trying to run in sand. But when you get here the guys are super helpful and between all of them youll get your questions answered. Theres a ton of little odd electronics stuff (think old old RadioShack).

Friendly staff. They have a large selection of all kinds of parts and supplies. Kind of reminds you of the old radio shack with out the commerical feel. Nice staff always willing to answer questions and let you browse around.

Service techs are not required to wear a mask . We just had a COVID outbreak in our office and the front door clearly states when you enter, a mask must be worn . The service tech that was sent out refused to wear a mask and said if he was made to he would leave and not hook up our phone system ! Totally unacceptable !!! I was not able to post without giving them a one star otherwise it would be NONE !!!!

I needed 4 custom built cable and connection assemblies last minute and the employees at Brantley Electronics were able to provide me with what I needed within a couple of hours! The employees were incredibly professional and helped me find exactly what I needed! This place is what Radio Shack was in the 80s. You can purchase components like capacitors and resistors as well as two-way radios, lighting solutions, electronic toy kits, computer parts, and more. The staff is knowledgeable and can help you get what you need if youre not sure. Oh, and they have various cables as well.

Maybe it is just me, but every time I go in there those guys seem to act like I am bothering them and are sure to dismiss themselves (mentally and emotionally disengage) Beside their shelves seems to be stocked with antiquated products. I mean I dont see myself using much of any of the products there.So if you need some 1999 - 2005 stuff, they might be able to help you but please brace yourself for half-hearted customer service.

Wow! Ive been hesitant about pricing the IR Sensor for my 42 Philip TV since my last quote was between $60-$65 OMG! Brantley Electronic is so reasonable! And the Customer Service is just that - Customer Service - Ive been without a remote since August AND IM SO EXCITED! Im finally going to have a TV Remote maybe sooner than 10 days for less than $20!

I went there the first week of November 2012. I went looking for a replacement bulb for my Streamlight flashlight. After searching the store for the better part of 15 min, I finely found the bulbs a pack of two. I paid for the bulbs and opened them right there at the counter and tried them both in my flashlight. The man behind the counter watched the whole time and even suggested trying the bulbs in other slots in the light, after showing the batteries worked in the light and seeing the bulbs were no good I asked to return them and I was told no returns. after standing there watching everything and seeing he just sold me bad bulbs he still would not give me a return!! i work on the local base here for many years, and i will let all my friends on base know about the treatment you receive at this store!! the bulbs only cost around $10. but i feel like i was robbed!!

Face to Face customer service has always been excellent for me, at least for the 2-3 guys at the shop that ive dealt with from time to time. On the phone recently the tone was somewhat different, could be described as rude depending on what youre used to. Selection and pricing are fantastic, its like an IT candy store in there. Overall very pleased with Brantleys.

Worst experience ever!Today is May 9, 2014. In mid December 2013 I ordered a simple capacitor for an old TV set I was working on. In all those months I’ve called repeatedly and stopped in often. Every time I check with them I get a different song and dance about why my part isn’t in. About every third time they claim to have lost the order so the process had to be restarted. The outcome of my call today is that they now say there was never an order made. If anyone has ever received worse customer service I’d love to hear about it!
