Everything has been very good with service and plan. Untill l up graded to a family plan. Was not informed of what price would be due to change of plans. When ingired about phone call I reviewed received that I number one was going to be sued over phone x2 payment on phone there selfs. I thought it would be okey tocheck other plans and. Need phone to do my work. Payment on phone was twice the amount of my service and was separate from my wireless service. Believed that

I left my phone to get repaired, they tell me they will call back. I get no call back. I call the following day, the tech is on vacation and wont get back until the following day. NO curtesy notice. Poor customer service.

Been in the shop twice now to see about repairs, and both times got the best customer service. Friendly, not trying to rush you to spend money, knowledgeable respectful and honest.

This is my go to cell phone repair place. They are honest and do a great job. I have had batteries and screens replaced for cheaper than you could ever imagine and they have done it the right way. I have recommended them to friends, who have all used them and been extremely satisfied. Ill be honest with you, I used to just get a new phone instead of trying to fix mine. Now with the new thing that my cell phone company does where you have to actually buy the phone instead of signing a new contract, I decided to check out what it would be like to get a phone repaired instead of buying a new one. I was pleasantly surprised with this company and their service and have since decided that I wont be buying a new cell phone for a long time and will just be repairing mine For as long as it actually lasts. Phones are expensive! This place isnt. I highly recommend.

Cellairis is cheaper. and has better parts. i’d also do your research on prices before shopping here, a used 64 gb iPhone 11 should not be selling for $1,099 when apple and all the carriers sell them brand new for $699 or cheaper. not only that, when i made that point to the rep that was helping me he laughed at me like i was joking. take ur business elsewhere if you want honesty and better value

I Have gotten Fair service there before BUT.. several months back I ordered a battery with no return call for months. When I called the employee He put me on hold and never answered me back. I called back for hours and would get repeatedly hung up on!! When I finally got the Same Young Man on the phone he explained to me he had a customer in the store. I assured him that I was Positive that store policy was to answer the phone EVEN if there are coustomers in the store. And to NEVER REPEATEDLY Hang Up on Anyone. This was NEVER RESOLVED... As I could Never get a hold of anyone in charge, and to be honest I was to mad to return to the store.I could Not post this without giving a star rating... They deserve a ZERO!!

On 2 seperate occasions they lied to my underage daughter about her ability to get a phone. Im guessing they work on commission and were trying to say or do anything to make the sale but lied about what she would need so weve spent 3 hours on 2 occasions recently simply because the guy isnt honest. We are not happy with how they have handled our family — they installed a new screen and screen protector, the screen broke below the screen protector the next day. They couldn’t get the screen to fit so they told my wife “put it in the sun and when it gets hot it will fit.” Ridiculous.

Hey NWA-this is the only store I would do business with! The technicians are Level 3 certified and can repair screens on tablets or phones, and can do water damage repair. I-phone repairs are only $50. Staff is friendly and can speak Spanish and Marshellese. Go check them out for yourself.
