Erica in Customer Service Department today is absolutely wonderful! She WAS professional, kind & courteous to everyone she took care of. The young man working in the online pick up station (sorry I did not get his name) had the same attitude with his customers. They went above and beyond. We witnessed that both visits that same day hours apart. I appreciate them coming to work and giving such wonderful customer service, which is often hard to find these days. I hope the store knows how lucky they are to have them representing them.
Literally the worst purchase experience I have ever had in my life (I am in my mid-40s). The heavy appliance I purchased was severely damaged on delivery. We waited weeks for a replacement only to be told that delivery would be even later than what was scheduled. We then had multiple horrific foreign call center experiences trying to resolve this. Not only did they waste hours of our time, we were both lied to and hung up on. We tried to resolve this back at the store and a rude, incompetent manager (that I would have terminated on the spot if I were in charge) basically didnt want to address the problem other than offering a refund. She also trivialized all of the cost, time, and expense that we suffered. Furthermore, the store and call center had no handle on exactly where the appliance was in the delivery chain or even if it was still in the chain. (It turns out that it was not but the call center and the store did not agree on that). Here we are with no appliance starting our search from scratch with no compensation for damages, no apologies offered, and no senior management follow-up. They do not care about our business and most certainly will not care about yours. Moreover, they have no concern about damage to their reputation. Awful experience and this store in particular has serious problems. Make your purchase elsewhere and avoid at all costs!!!
Ordered a Portable Air Conditioner at 5pm online by 5:30pm it was ready to be picked up (curb side). Parked at the Curb Side parking space and in 3 minutes an employee came out to assess my vehicle for transfer. She told that that my car is too small. I returned the next morning with a larger vehicle and they helped me load the AC (it was heavy). Employees were very nice and professional and made curb side pick easy.
We had a great experience. We had great service, the young man was very helpful. We opened an account and got interest free financing too. They shipped the laptop to our house and we received it in 2 business days.
I literally just had the best experience at this location! I came in looking for a laptop/chromebook and William was amazing!! He listened to the issues I was having and helped me with trying to fix the issues. He was incredibly patient and understanding at a busy time in the store/department. Thank you again William!!!!
I wanted a new modem for my Internet service. I picked out the brand I was interested in and checked around for who had it. Best Buy had exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price. I ordered it online and went by the store to pick it up. They had good customer service, were pleasant and friendly.

Great store! Many options! Toy aisle has gotten smaller, for those that bring their kids. Lots of choices for multiple devices. Sometimes the speakers and music is blasted due to being tampered with, for those with kids or sensitive to loud sounds. Employees are pretty alright, sometimes lose their temper, but I feel thats due to the amount of people that were there. It was busy and crowded. Thats right now, Friday @ 5:20-6:45pm.
I was there for a specific purpose. I wanted a wifi extender. There was a good selection with varying prices. I am however technically challenged lol and there was a very big lack of personnel. There was one person helping with 4 people waiting with questions. I went to the front desk asking for assistance, and the location of the extenders explaining the situation and was told the location but I would have to return to the front of the store and be placed in a que for assistance. I understand lack of personnel but that was extreme. I did manage to chiose one on my own. Again up front only ine cashier for checkout
Disappointed! I called and made an appointment to have my printer serviced, only to show up and was told we dont service printers. So I asked why did the person who took my call said they did and took all the printer info. Employee I spoke with said after speaking with management that all he could do is point me in the direction of new printers.

They were out of stock on quite a few things but I did find more than I had expected. I needed a pair of head phones and tried on an expensive pair of head phones. I mean like really... who would pay this price for some headphones... no way. They better shake my skull! These arent Beats by Dre. So I tried them on and oh my gosh... they had bass. I mean like really... they had bass that you could feel.I went to bed with these headphones on my head; Theyre never coming off. Thank you Bestbuy for providing Skullcandy to assist in my video editing.
Store was great as far as what I needed.But as far as service was not. The sales staff was not interested in helping me nor a few others I talked to while trying to get help. If you dont know whaT you want and how it works BEST BUY In Fayetteville is not the place to go for help.
I took my granddaughter in a couple of days ago to find a charger for her tablet. A young man named Mitchell helped us. We went to 4 or 5 different areas in the store, not being able to find one. I mentioned ordering one so he told us to wait while he went to customer service. I thought he was on the computer pulling up chargers so I could order one. It turned out he was researching. He found a plug-in for a Playstation, opened the box to check it and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Mitchell went above and beyond to find what we needed. He made a 6 year old girl very happy and this 52 year old grandmother got her sanity back. Thank you Mitchell!!!
Pretty good experience at this location. No salesperson ask to assist us. The checkout only had one cashier. Two people were at the table as soon as you walked in Best buy. Standing there having a conversation. A wait to checkout. But as far as getting what we were shopping for we fond it. Ring security cameras and doorbell. Store wasnt to packed around 630 pm on a Wednesday.
Most of their shelves are empty, missing stock, and the selection of certain items is getting smaller. This is a natural flow as things are cheaper and easier to buy on the online outlets now. But if you need phones, TVs, or theater sound systems and want to mess with them before you buy...? Yea, they got those.
As a long time customer of best buy (since 1990) this store used to be my first choice for my electronics needs. The last amount of time everything is always sold out. Its almost impossible to even buy online. I bought a laptop online recently as a birthday gift it shipped over a week late and arrived even later. This is what paying for 1 day shipping gets you. My local store always has empty shelves and Ive been asked to leave and stalked by police officers more than once for simply having a small argument with my partner over what product to buy, tossing the items in my hand on the shelf and walking away. I regret the hundreds of thousands of dollars I spent here over the years. Good riddance after 30 years of being a loyal customer. I for one dont appreciate my partner and I being discriminated against for being a gay couple this wouldnt have happened if it were a straight couple. Nobody was yelling or raising their voices. Best Buy hires bigots.
Micheal showed great customer service curbside. He was very fast and very convenient considering my child wanting me to drive way across town at 8:15 when the store closes at 9 to pick up her order that actually arrived earlier for her birthday from her oldest big sister. My company paid to have a Nest Thermostat installed by the Geek Squad. My previous review was poor and today I am trying to reach the damage claim department. I did some quick research. When the installer left. My house got up to 87 degrees. I removed the white wire that is said to blow heat. After the removal of the white wire it now blows cold. When it starts getting cold at this point I know the heat will not blow. I have been on hold for over 40 minutes. Please have a representative reach out to me. I might have to get in contact with my corporate office to stop the Rewards program we have with Best Buy and Geek Squad.

I have no problem finding help with any questions about a particular item and they usually have what I need. The wait to purchase items can sometimes be annoying. Overall it is usually a good experience. Curb side pick up is very useful and quick.
Customer service????? This company doesnt know the meaning of it. And WHY cant the Skibo store answer their phones? WHY do they route them to another country to be answered, as if someone thousands of miles away could assist? (It would be easier to speak to the president!) Shameful! If I could give ZERO stars I would. After being on the phone for HOURS with automated tellers and then 6 (count them ..6 tellers!!!) still no resolve to Best Buys screw up! Take my advice your money is best spent elsewhere.
Love this store. However you would like to get your stuff, you can, curbside pickup, in store pickup, or the good old fashion way, go in browse for what you want, and buy it. Great selection, fast, great prices.

The process was easy to order my item, however this rating would be a 5 if upon pickup at store we waited for quite a while in the designated area just for someone to tell us we have to pull up to the doors, which is not instructed on email or signs. Why have the designated parking spots if the items are not going to be taken there? Why not just say pull up to the building upon arrival?

No/terrible customer service...I spent 40 minutes in the store trying to talk to somebody, and there were no employees available to help me. I eventually went down the street to Target and bought from there.

Brianna and another young lady (I cant remember her name now, but she was in the Samsung area) were very helpful answering all my questions regarding getting a new smartwatch. I told them what features I was looking for and they pointed me in the direction of 2 best choices (which happened to be the 2 I was already looking at) then answered all the rest of my questions. I have an inexpensive lesser known fitness watch but want to move up to a good smartwatch. I appreciated the guidance and now I can research and make a decision.
Has most of what you need for most technology, to include PC building. I usually buy my new phones at Best Buy because they run deals most of the time on the phones.

Went in to buy a specific brand of headphones, I already knew the type I wanted but I was told I had to wait in a queue for someone to unlock the case. Stood there for like 20 minutes with employees walking around and just walked past me like I wasn’t even there. I understand the whole queue thing if someone needed explanation in concerning a product but what about the ones that just want to quickly pick up a product. The cashier was the only one that seemed to help me as she got someone to help me out.
Geek Squad associate, I consider EXPERT, Marcus Jones explains things in a systematic, compartmentalized style, so that any person, regardless of computer hardware and software knowledge and abilities, will understand. He is fast, efficient. He is the best computer specialist I have ever worked with anywhere.

In a few words terrible customer service over the phone. Had issues with a cell phone but the earliest I could set up an appointment was a week later. Not a happy camper with BEST Buy.

Buying appliances turned into a absolute nightmare!Tim was an awesome salesman everything after that was terrible. Bought a full set of kitchen samsung appliances. Fridge and dishwasher showed up damaged. Install guys were great made sure everything was taken care of to get replacements before the left. New fridge showed up in 2 weeks. Dishwasher was scheduled for 3 almost time for it to arrive they cancelled the apointment and i had to reschedule.3 weeks later they called to cancel me and reschedule again. I told them no its been 2 months i need my dishwasher they said it would be 3 more weeks before they could deliver on the day i needed. I asked if it would be faster if i did store pick up they told me they had one in stock i could pick it up!!!! How messed up is that!!!! Anyway i drove a hour to pick it up at the store. That unit was ALSO DAMAGED. So they ordered a 3rd unit same story. 3 weeks to my house 3 days if i pick up at store. That unit only had a small dent in the corner so i settled and took it.Second house i have remodeled in 5 years buying all my stuff from best buy.NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely poor customer service. My brother was trying to buy an out of box TV, we stood looking at them for 10-15 minutes. An associate rang a customer out, looked at us then immediately turned around. There was a couple that had been looking at tvs as well longer than us. We carried our TV to the front because another associate was joking and laughing with some customers and not paying us any mind even though we were standing near the counter. We just wanted to plug the TV in to make sure it worked properly. So then we go to checkout and we waited in line with one cashier checking a long line of people out. I asked the girl if they had anyone else to help ring out, pointing at the line of people that were behind us. She said no. There were plenty of associates on the floor, seemingly doing nothing. We also asked to speak to a manager to make sure the TV was working. We stepped off to the side and he asks us if we checked into the que. We had no idea that was a thing. We also explained to him that two other associates clearly ignored us and he said nothing. We pointed at an outlet right behind us and asked if we could use that. He replied and said hed be right back with a geek squad member. There were also a few geek squad members in clear sight in a backroom while we looked at the tvs. Just talking to each other. We just left the TV near the exit and left. I dont go to best buy often but my brother does. He said he will not be back and neither will I.
Ordered a TV online, UPS busted it. Went to this store to fix it on 6/16 around 5:00pm. The Customer Service desk was great. They sent me to Home Theater/TV Department. The girl in the department flat out ignored me for over 20 minutes. She even stared me in the face and refused to even say ill be with you or anything. She was too busy talking to the lady she was with about random stuff not even related to her job. Someone finally shows up and gives me flack about the slip Customer Service gave me for the replacement TV. Then after she drops it on the table she leaves without even offering me any help (Im on a crutch and struggle to stand sometimes). So I have to carry my exchange out with one hand. The Customer Service desk checked the TV and sent me on my way, again with no offer of assistance. And the same with the guy at the door that checked the receipt. At least offer someone with mobility issues some help. I use this place because overall they have the stuff I usually want at a decent cost but the customer service in this place has tanked. And you cant even call to complain anymore because their 800 number is a robot now.

Customer service is very good. Seems like they dont have a lot of newer things in stock. Seems like their inventory for games, movies, and other items are low. But, I still go because oftentimes I find what Im looking for.

Amazing as always, picked up an art tablet. The staff was extremely helpful and did amazing at helping me find the tablet right for me.
I placed a ship to store pickup order and they released my order to a random person. I was out of the state when I was notified by email that my order was picked up. I asked my dad who was the only other designated pickup person if he did and he informed me that he was at work and I never asked him to pick anything up. I tried calling and the store isn’t answering phones so I tried the chat feature which I didn’t get a response. I called the next day and spoke to a representative who tried to call the store through a direct line no answer. She said she would email them and when I further told her about the situation she put me on hold and I was cut off. So I called back a day later and was transferred to customer service and after being on hold for a while I was told I can go to the store and ask about what happened or I can accept a refund over the phone. When I asked what happens if they tell me I can’t get a refund or try to tell me I did pick it, she said I would have to call back and wait all over again on the phone. I wouldn’t feel comfortable doing any more business at this location.
Mell just pulled through with the most outstanding customer service Ive ever had! She turned a very bad day for me, due to a defective item, into an incredible experience with her amazing personality and attitude. She truly knows how to treat a customer. Customer service at its finest.

Terrible customer service. I came in to purchase a tv and all I wanted to do was make sure a open box tv works and I waited ten minutes for associates to just look at me and walk off. Then I bring the tv up front ask the cashier if I can plug it up to make sure it works right next to an outlet and she says she will get a manager. Manager comes up and then says it was my fault I didn’t get into a digital line…. And he will get a geek squad agent to plug in the tv when there is a outlet right next to us. So after waiting for 40 minutes I decided to leave it wasn’t worth getting it waiting that long. Terrible customer service and terrible assistance from a manager.
Bought a car stereo with an iDatalink Maestro RR interface. It took 3 appointments to get them to install the system. On the 3rd appointment they gave the vehicle back to me and the techs had forgotten to disable the vehicles factory Bluetooth option to enable the stereos to work. They did not want to stay late to make it right even though they had my car from 0900 to about 1600. They scheduled a 4th appointment to get the Bluetooth set up and returned the vehicle to me with the dash not properly mounted. I am currently trying to fix that myself because Im not wasting the fuel to drive an hour out of my way for them to do it wrong a 5th time.

Manager Mell took up for her and laughed and said well she did just get transferred here and that I as the customer was the only problem she saw. And to be careful what I ask for????? Went to go pick up my husband‘s order that he had added me on to pick up for him and when I got to Best Buy after maybe 30 minutes of him changing this I was told I couldn’t pick up the item. Even though the associates so my name and I gave her my information I was still not able to pick up the items which was pretty much a waste of my time coming here.
If you plan to upgrade your phone make sure you have all day to hang out with them, the longest wait time ever..

Very hard-working people. Everyone was courteous as the employees handled curbside service. The employees were trying to manage a line of vehicles so long that the police had to direct traffic. The employees were working as fast as they could to serve the customers. Thanks for getting my orders to me through it all. The job was well done!!!

Bought TV online for pick-up. Drove for over an hour to pickup TV only to discover they could not locate the TV. Their system is broken. If you cant pick it up same day then just use the large online retailer who will ship it for free and pay less.
