I scheduled to have a tv mounted but on the day of the service no one ever showed up; I made several attempts to contact them but my voicemails and texted went unanswered, this company is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

If I could give a negative zero rating, I WOULD! This guy responded to messages, quoted a price, set up an appointment date and time, AND GHOSTED ME! He did the exact same to a friend of mine, except he lied to her about an emergency. We found out that he uses the same emergency whenever hes called out on being a NO SHOW! Hes a shyster.....seek tv mounting with Expert TV Mounting! They came out the same day and mounted two tvs like REAL PROFESSIONALS!

This guy was amazing, quick fast installation, very kind and the price was very reasonable, Im definitely calling him back to mount the TVs in the kids room

On Friday 10/16 our scheduled appointment got canceled last minute because “a slight emergency came up with my partner”. Adrian didn’t bother to call me to let me know this, rather he sent me a message on Facebook and then didn’t even reach out to respond back to me or return my call. After this happened I noticed other reviews with similar situations being that their appointment was canceled. Luckily I found Expert TV Mounting and John was able to come by shortly after I called him. I 10/10 recommend Expert TV Mounting. They will keep their word with your confirmed appointment and do a great mounting job!

This company is very professional and courteous. They scheduled immediate service and arrived on time. They mounted my t.v. above a brick fireplace in my home. They worked very quickly. I am satisfied with the results. They also offer other services. They are coming back to fix my ceiling fan next week.

I messaged Adrian at 12:30pm and he said 5pm would be a good time for him and I confirmed. 5 rolls around with no contact so I message to see if he was still coming, he read my message but didn’t respond. I message again 15 minutes later and the same thing happens. He finally messages back an hour later saying he is still on an appointment. I don’t know why he couldn’t have told me he was still on a job when it was nearing 5, or even respond to my messages that he had the time to read. Needless to say I did NOT get my TV mounted by him!I went with Expert Tv Mounting NC and he said that this happens often with potential customers of PEG tv mounting. John of Expert Tv Mounting matched the price and came exactly at the scheduled time and was finished within the hour and did a spectacular job, I would highly recommend them over this company because they value your time!

100% professional! On time, knowledgeable, and the price was terrific!
