Bottom line: this place charges dealer prices, so might as well take your car to a dealer. Brought in my Toyota for an oil change. They were friendly enough and very quick, seemed to do the job right. Was shocked when I got the final bill: they even added an extra $10 for an oil filter, which was a first for me because isnt the oil filter supposed to be included in the price for an oil and filter change? So yeah, they were good enough and I am not coming back because as I said, if they are going to charge the same price as a dealer, then I would be better off by taking my car to the dealership where they have actual Toyota mechanics.

This place is great ! Very women friendly environment. No one talked to like I was stupid or tried to get me pay for unnecessary services. Pulled in at at 5:15 with out an appointment got my oil changed and out of there before 5:45. Great service. Highly recommended!!!

Spoke with Luis over the phone and in-person. Super friendly customer service, and prompt car care, no appointment was needed. Car was in at 4pm, and was called by 5pm (new battery and oil change).

The Best of The Best!!!We had a General Check of All Systems after our car had sat 4 months due to Covid - I trusted them with my vintage car because -The Folks at Valvoline constantly excel in “Great Service with a personal touch - or in the virus age – “personal wave…!” They are always thorough in detailed analysis and then creative in solving the Problems… I would not take our cars Anywhere Else!

Went there so they could fix my fender, hood, and headlight after i was hit by a deer and my car came out looking good as new! Theyre reliable, professional, and their prices are unbeatable. 100% would recommend going here, you will not regret it.

Every time I get work done at Valvoline they are professional, fast, and fair. They have had the best prices on oil changes and brakes 100% of the time. It gets done the same day and reasonably quick, even when its busy. I would recommend anyone to go here and not to waste your time even calling other places. This is definitely the place I will go for anything as long as I live in Tysons corner.

These guys are straight shooters! I brought my car in to diagnose a misfire, and when they werent able to pin down a specific cause they waived the diagnostic fee. Extremely straightforward and honest of them.John gave me some frank advice about managing the issue and what to do if it recurs. Everyone there was patient with my questions and I never felt rushed or patronized. This is my go to shop!

I took my car here for a quick oil change before a long trip. The service was nothing but professional and they never pushed any add on services. They are saints and calm with customers, fully explaining the products offered - An example would be a guy in a Porsche SUV who did not know his car used a more expensive oil and could not believe he had to pay an additional money for the change (meanwhile, the dealer would have cost hundreds more). Highly recommend and will definitely go back for any service.

They’ll be competitive and give you discounts if they’re available, but I’d go to them even if they weren’t the cheapest. They are also quick. A rare gem among auto mechanics! This shop has always been honest, given me a fair price and did not try to sell me things that I did not need. I have zero knowledge of cars, how they work, or how to fix them if something were to go wrong. I came to Valvoline Express Care to get a price check on covering up some paint scratches on my car, and was so grateful for the help I received. George gave me an honest answer about how much it would cost to cover up the scratches and how long that cover up would last - I ended up deciding that it wasnt worth it for me to do anything cosmetic today. I am an obvious and easy target for someone trying to make a sale, but that didnt happen today with George. Thanks so much for your guidance, and should I ever need help with my car again I have no hesitations to revisit you!

I have a Jetta and, if you have one you know everything is a pain to fix. I needed to change the headlight and the daytime running lamp. I had three people working on it, they never complained, walked me through the process, explained me what they needed to do and how they would do it and were extremely nice all the time. This is definitely the place I’m going to fix my car from now on!

The mechanics were friendly and very helpful. I walked in without an appointment and they serviced me right away. I got an oil change, and they even offered me an online discount that I didnt have the coupon for, and they didnt charge me for a special filter that the Toyota Rav 4 needs. I will most certainly be heading back to them every time I need oil or a tune up!

Valvoline of Falls Church has always been a great car care option for me. I used to always take my FJ Cruiser to the dealer for all maintenance, but began to get fed up with the price, and the extremely slow service. Valvoline gives me friendly service at what I feel is a reasonable price. This has become my go to spot for my automotive maintenance needs.

They take your money and act like they change your oil only to find out they didnt. They also lie about what work you need done on your car only to confirm through another mechanic and find out its not true.

I like this shop and the guys who work here. I feel like they are honest, the prices seem reasonable, and I never feel like they are pushing me into repairs that I can’t afford or that my vehicle does not need.

Went in and had exceptionally quick service despite it being the middle of the day and they were busy. Told them what I needed (change of headlight and oil) and they said no problem. Promptly took my keys. About 15 minutes later they called me over and said that they couldnt change my headlight because they didnt have a tool to get into it. They had already taken quite a bit of stuff out to get to it, but didnt complain. 5 Minutes later I was done, and there was no labor charge for looking at the headlight.Not the cheapest oil change but they did a great job so it was worth it.4.5/5

Luis was AMAZING!! Him and his crew replaced my brakes and a few odd things on my 2013 Altima and I cant be happier. They explained everything, so that I would understand everything they did to my car and the price I couldnt beat I called around to NTB and currys and got crazy prices, some hard to believe but Valvolines prices were great and I walked out a completely happy customer. Ill def recommend to friends and family.

Not only do they get you in and out fast, but they let you know when other things need done and whether you could wait on getting it taken care of. They talk to you like a real person, not just a customer.
