This place is awesome!!! They are super nice and friendly. The work I had done on my brakes cost less than a estimate I received elsewhere. I will definitely be doing more business with them.

I took my car in for a simple oil change. The fellow at the Front desk who didn’t do the oil change was very nice. The information process took a little bit longer than I thought it should but that was fine. The other fella who didn’t introduce himself was he the one who did the actual oil change. From start to finish it took an hour. A little bit more time than I had but the price was right at $1995. When I asked the fella at the desk whether they needed to add any fluids he said “oh we just check them but we don’t add anything” I thought that was kind of odd as I thought that was part of the oil change. They did say bring my car back at 30,000 miles to have a brake fluid exchanged. I’m not quite sure whether I will do that or not. I guess if all you need is your oil changed I would recommend them but certainly no warm fuzzies.

They were personable and efficient at diagnosing the source of the exhaust leak, as well as providing a timeframe for repair and estimated cost for their service versus DIY cost. I opted for their service, and they had my exhaust leak (gasket replacement) fixed within a half hour, no appointment necessary, at a reasonable price.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. When I arrived I was told it was going to take an hour because they had to check all the danger points on my car. I just had most of these done and asked if they could just change my oil and filter and let me be on my way. The answer was no and that all of the extra work and time was necessary. Then I was given the option to go somewhere else, so I did. I will not go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

The service and price were good, but at the end when the attendant gave me a long list of issues my car had, when he saw me visibly very upset he chose to laugh at me. And that hurt a lot.

Went there for the oil change. They accepted Groupon coupon. Just charged a reasonable extra money for oil filter as those are different for the European cars. Was done in an hour. Very professional and also gave me a detailed report of inspection. Will definitely come here. It’s a suggestion to please resume coffee services for people waiting as it is rainy outside and the nearest coffee place is not too close.

Overall a really good and really quick service. Actually a really quick service. People are nice. Very much to the point. I had a couple of hiccups with scheduling but it all worked out in the end. We worked out the time and all was done within minutes. No leaks were noted, car runs good. I definitely recommend.

I used to get my oil changed at the dealership since I have a newer car, but it felt like every time I went to the dealership, the oil change would get more and more expensive. Once they started quoting me hundreds of dollars for a 2 year old car oil change, I decided to look elsewhere. This is my second time I’ve been to meineke since leaving the dealership, snd I’ve been satisfied both times. I went to the location I’m Edmonds first and most recently I’m Everett. Pricing and customer service was consistent at both, but I’ll definitely be going back to Everett. They went above and beyond to help me. They were able to work me in when I arrived too early for my appointment, found an applicable coupon for me to use for my appointment, and made notes on my account for next time. I feel like my account is valued and remembered, not just an appointment to them.

Fire this guy or lower his wage no need to have someone who is the face of the business with actitudes like this.

They did a thorough inspection and showed me everything they found and explained what was recommended and what wasnt needed. They finished the job ahead of schedule and at a good value.

They are my favorite business to take my cars to Ive been with them for years and have never let me down, they do amazing work and give you all details about any other problems that my be occurring with your vehicle that you may not be aware of they will give u a print out of top priority things they advise you to get taken care of along with anything else you should get done they are very friendly and welcoming and understanding! Well I went in on 3/12/2021to have 4 brakes put onand oil change and filter put on and thats all. Well they changed my rotors and did a transmission flush and brake flush without consulting me. Yes I have filed a complaint with the states Consumer board through the AG office because today 3/15/21 I found out my oil is seeping due to them changing my cap and they refused to fix the problem because I reported to Meineke Corporate what they did to me. He claimed to call me several times today but I will gladly submit my phone records to prove otherwise. The total with financing through westcreek to pay off in 90 days is $1104. Will never use them again EVER! Check your receipts glad I did! Btw the manager at that location when he is called out he will cuss you out in front of customers no matter how nice you are to him and they werent wearing masks which I have photos of!Update: I did post my experience on social media and how dare the manager tell people I told him I couldnt afford the work and that I returned the next day with buyers remorse which is simply not the case! I never returned Saturday! I am in contact with a lawyer!

I went in for an oil change. They also changed the battery in my key fob. And buffed scratches out of my car. It was a great experience and the two men there were extremely kind

They did a nice job. All I needed was an oil change and thats what I got. They noted a few other maintenance items that I wasnt ready to have done yet but I didnt get a hard sell from them.

Will was an excellent mechanic. Identified it was an inexpensive fix. What I thought was a blown head gasket was only an unseated PCV in my intake. After 25 minutes I was done and there wasnt any additional charge. I was also impressed with Vanessa and her front counter customer service. Both of these individuals made me feel safe and important as a customer. I will return to this location in the future and highly recommend them for their honesty and kindness.

Came into Meineke Car Care Center as it was the closest to where I blew my tire. Pulled in and the tire was completely flat. Told them I was headed out of town when it happened and the manager, I assume, said it would take all day as they dont have tires in stock but they could order one. He then gave me the contact number of another place down the road who could get it taken care of sooner, then pulled my car into the garage and put on my spare for me! Wow!! He didnt have to do any of that but wanted me to get on the road as fast as possible. Blown away by their honesty and hospitality of Meineke Car Care Center. #localguides

I would never ever recommend going to Meinicke. They crashed our car into their toolbox in the garage and then refused to pay for it. I had a horrible experience this and it cost me a fortune they did massive damage. Then they told me the purse in the crash the car didn’t work there anymore and they were not responsible. I did not have enough money to hire a lawyer to sue them or I would have for sure. I can’t warn anybody enough about going to this autobody shop in Everett! ! ! ! !

They told me what needed to be done rather than adding on a bunch of little things that weren’t necessary, which I really appreciated! My car runs great now 🙂

They weren’t able to change my oil filter and they were trying to sell me a $50 dollar bill to replace something that they said they needed to brake in order to chance the filter! They tried as hard as they could to make me purchase more services from them. At the end they kept my new oil filter that was already included in my oil chance price. Saying i couldn’t take it because i bought a Groupon . Please don’t go to this place they are not HONEST PEOPLE! Next day i used my car there’s a problem with my Heater! Now i have to go get it checked because they damaged it.

Not happy at all! My car is running worse than when I took it in. very noticeable also looked like I have some damage on my bumper that wasnt there when I dropped it off. Not taking my car in to that business again! Also, ran my credit and it took another hit when I was told that people on social security could get help with 90 days same as cash but due to it being direct deposited on my direct express card but was told many have gotten help even when on tanf and welfare. wrong I was denied and because I dont have an bank account but not til after my credit took a hit.

Great customer service. They hustled to get my car done and back to me quickly, even going out to pick up a part that wouldnt have been delivered for a few days to their shop. There were several things wrong with my car that I hadnt expected, and Jack called to keep me updated and informed so I knew exactly what was going on! Will definitely go there again!

We paid them $700 in February 2020 to do our front brakes and after 16000 miles they began to squeal. We took it in to them this month and was told it was out of warranty. We were told a caliper was stuck which caused the front brakes to wear out and now were metal to metal. They also said my back brakes were metal to metal now. They said it would cost $800. We declined and bought the parts to do it ourself. Upon checking the back brakes were fine, none of the calipers were stuck, the rotors were fine, and the front breaks were worn but not metal to metal. We will never go to this place again as they cant be trusted

I had three different estimates and they all require the same service. Meineke was the first to give me an estimate and turns out they had the best price. But it’s not the price of the service that earned my business. Their customer service is phenomenal. From moment one I felt that he was being honest and concerned about my well being. And they gave me a ride home and picked me up. Above and beyond service standards!

Jason and Kyle, in particular, were awesome!!! So friendly, and easy to negotiate with. The mechanic that worked on our car did an AWESOME job; drives like a new vehicle, right off the car lot! They applied any discounts I had, that they could, and gave me fair, reasonable prices for critically imperative car repairs. They told me what were life-saving repairs, and what would just be a good idea to do. They were completely honest with me; no trickery! I HIGHLY recommend them, and will continue to make the twenty-five minute commute for me; just to have only them handle ALL my car repair needs!!! 👍

I thought I was treated fairly and prices for the services I asked for was reasonable. They talked to me about a couple of items that needed attention with the price to do the repairs but there was no hard sell, just presenting me with information. The engine oil change was priced lower than other major oil change places by a good amount, and lets face it when youre set up like an oil change shop is, it really takes less than 10 minutes to change engine oil so paying over 50 dollars for a basic oil change is a rip off. Meineke charged me less than 40. This shop seems to be honest in how they deal with their customers. I will go back there for services in the future.

Brought my car in the morning before Christmas Eve to replace my rear brakes. The tech found a ton of more problems, they ordered all the parts and finished everything that day and did a great job! Jason was also great and very welcoming, definitely will be coming back and recommending this shop!

Came in and was looking to get my brakes replaced and looked at, told the guy in front I needed to get them working again properly and he was very helpful and very nice, he helped me out when I needed to get something repaired since my buddy decided to do my breaks and stick a wrong size screw in my brake line and stripe it out. They were so amazing and I would definitely recommend these guys, they charge a very reasonable price and they will help you out and also their work in impecable. I thought I just needed a Trans flush but the technician pulled me into the garage and showed me that there was a little bit more that needed to be done. He recommended the best treatment instead of just doing what I asked and sending me off. I really appreciated that. Started yesterday morning off with a flashing CEL and one hell of a miss in one of my cylinders. Lucky it was only a needed tune ups a couple of bad gaskets however This crew was able to get me in and out in the same day. Extremely professional and helpful. Highly recommend this shop

I originally went in for an oil change. After chatting with Jason about some concerns I had about my car’s performance, I made another appointment to have Meineke take a look. There were a few issues, and Meineke took care of them. My car runs really well now, I’m very happy with the excellent service, and quick turnaround.

I made my appointment over the phone the day before I brought my car in for an alignment worried about upcoming snow in the Seattle area. Unfortunately the software wasnt working and they were unable to perform the service. They offered to perform the service for free if I would bring my car back in the following week. Even though the snow was imminent, I agreed. I appreciated the customer service despite not being able to get it done that day.The store itself is freezing without working heat so its not a comfortable place to wait and the front waiting area could use upgraded seating. The wood chairs and plastic bench are not at all inviting.Actual service was great and they even gave me an additional discount on my service. The woman at the counter was very nice, personable and gave myself and others there good and helpful info about thier services.

Kyle is great he did everything to help get back on the road. The guys there are great have been going there for a while and they always treat me with respect and help me anyway they can. Need more sgops with guys like these.

If youre an Uber or Lyft driver stay away. They Nickel and dime you. They will hold you there for over an hour for a 15 min inspection. They are good for other things just dont go to them for inspections.

Simple oil change/inspection, only been a day but looking good so far. Deducted a star due to car reeking of smoke when done, so bad it was like puffs actually happened in there. Guess Ill see if it clears out, so much rain here lately I cant leave the windows open to help with it.

Took them 2 weeks to replace my transmission & when I got my car back it had a transmission leak . Which they fixed when I brought it back and now there’s a dent by my gas tank that wasn’t previously there. They also still had my car still in the shop after calling & telling me my car was ready. And no one would come to the front counter for me to get my car yesterday so I was late to work and didn’t get my car. And then they decided to call me 2 minutes before they closed probably to ask why I didn’t pick up my car. I was at work . Not pleased with the amount of time it took & now my new dent & having to bring my car back bc if a leak from the transmission dip stick being incorrectly installed. They also never called me to update me on my car when I originally brought the car in. They didn’t call to tell me there was a delay in getting a new transmission & they didn’t call to tell me that the car had to be reprogrammed and that the dealerships power was out when it was getting reprogrammed. I had to be the one to call and check up on my car bc it was originally supposed to take 3 days and it took 2 weeks . Also when I picked up my car this morning it wasn’t placed in the almost empty parking lot. It was placed in the small driveway of meinke . Very poor customer service

Would definitely recommend. They got me in with zero notice when I had to drive to California for an emergency in August... then honored their warranty with no drama when my brakes started making noise 7 months later and replaced my rotors for free which I hadnt originally even paid for because they didnt recommend replacing them originally. One of few companies left that still believes in customer service. Very happy and will recommend to everyone.

I paid on April 1 for an engine replacement which was about a 15 day job.Within one half mile drive from the shop I noticed three evident issues: timing off/engine running rough, fan on high, and check engine light on. I called the store manager, Kyle, right away and he asked me to bring it back in, which I did. He returned my car to me and asked me to drive 300-500 miles and bring it back in for an oil change to resolve the check engine light issue. I returned my car to Meineke on April 20 and did not receive my car back until Jun 12. The Meineke store stated that the timing chain is not a part of the replaced engine, which is one hundred percent false. The released my vehicle to me under the pretense that the warranty repair work was completed, which in fact it was not. It will cost me $3,000 to $4,000 to have the car fixed elsewhere as they are not hinting their 90 day written warranty policy.
