Used to be good but messed up now.

Always a reliable place to go when in town, business is surrounded by many the other business’ but this one is far off the best auto shop in the area. Living in Colorado but frequently out for business and this is the place I always take my vehicle to. Reasonable prices and great management. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend it. WOW - amazing service - told me what I needed and what I didnt need - and the price was way below what I have paid in the past at other shops - Kim is so admirably equipped for his job. He is honest and a friendly person.

Awesome place. Always has done a great job with my Tundra and TSX. Decently quick and always on point with the time they say my car will be done. Always take it here instead of the dealership. The owner is very respectful.

A great place to take your car. He always shows me the bad part and explains why it happens. The price is reasonable. Other place overcharged to much.

Worst customer service. I came in to have a check engine light looked at. Kim took my key and didnt say much. After he looked at the car under the hood, then came back to tell me I need a part replace for $350... He got upset that I started to ask too many questions and said I should have told of what I did to the car before I came. I told him he didnt give me a chance to tell him what I did. He just got upset and told me to leave. He also reset my check engine light and its history so the next car shop could not properly diagnosis the problem until I get that CEL to show up again. Horrible customer service, rude manager/owner. Mr Kim. Avoid this place if you can. The shop next door was a lot friendlier.

In an emergency situation with engine issues, I had to find a mechanic quickly. Lucky, I found KS Auto Repair in Everett. Mr. Kim resolved the engine problems in a timely manner. He also did other checkups to ensure safety. I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and bright smile.It sounded like an engine problem, but the boss took care of it. You are very kind.
