I have now brought my car to Express twice. I love my M6 and only trust them to work on it. they quality of repair and finish is second to none. My car had minor damage done to it from other drivers and I was devastated my car was damaged. Express made everything go away! my car looked better than new once they were done with it. He was very professional, very personable and I felt confident they would take good care of my car. Picked it up yesterday and can confirm - THEY DID! It looks great, better than before. So clean. There were a few scratches that I was concerned may have not been there before and Luiz was kind enough to have someone come buff them out either way. Luiz was there when I picked up my car and was also very professional, personable. EVERYONE there showed care and concern for my car. I came back the day after because I felt like something may have felt off and Luiz was kind enough to immediately take it for a test drive and look at it. They made this such an easy process. Being 18 and getting into my first accident, I was really worried. Can not recommend this place enough - Eddie was upfront, honest, and communicative from start to finish. You won’t get Nickel and dimed for every little thing. Eddie also showed me off brand and manufacturer parts and let me choose which ones to go with (cheaper or expensive) not just selling me on the more expensive items. Most importantly, my car looks like it was never hit.If this wasn’t enough, when I picked my car up, they had it outside and warmed up on a freezing cold day, air fresheners inside, and cleaned it inside and out. Don’t look elsewhere.

Amazing service! We took our car to express collision to fix a major dent and scratches on our car. They were able to get it all fixed in a few days. The work they did was perfect, the car looked like nothing happened to it. They also washed our car and cleaned the inside, it felt as if I was getting into a new car!

My car, Toyota Camry 2015, had a hit and run accident in Framingham, MA. The mirror in the driver side was broken, the fender and the surface of the door on the driver side also had serious damage. I received from the insurance a list of autoshops in the area, and I decided to go and consult a few, among them Express Collision Center in Everett, MA. My first impression was the very good service quality first time I walked in. I talked to the person in charge called Eddy. After the first encounter with Eddy, and after exploring a few other Auto body shops for collision, I decided to pick this one to service my car. Usually people choose their autoshop based on recommendations, but I decided to go with my gut instinct this time. I had no recommendation of any kind, except my own judgement based on the service quality I felt it was there.They fixed my car exceptionally well, the work was done in about 10 days, I left the car on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday of the next week. They did a complementary tire rotation, also they took care of a few scratches that were not part of the hit and run accident, (therefore not covered by the insurance), and they also cleaned the car inside and outside.I am really happy with the service they have done, fixing my car, and I would highly recommend this auto shop, Express Collision Center, located in Mystic Street in Everett, close to the new Casino. Express Collisions work is top notch. My 2009 Pontiac G8 looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. While its been well maintained, it was recently struck by another car. These folks matched the paint, flawlessly and put a shine on it, not even the factory could match. They are skilled, honest, and reasonable. My car was ready as promised. My husband was driving our car when a bus cut him off and collided onto the front-left of our Corolla. We were very upset and couldn’t believe it. We went super out of our way to bring our car here based on the reviews. We planned to drop it off during open hours on a Saturday. We got there and no one was there and the entire place was locked up so we called the number on the sign, no one answered so I left a message. No response. This place was great. Dropped my car off Friday and Monday night I picked it up. They fixed a dent that was with the car when I bought it and detailed my car.
