Almost everyone I encounter here wakes up in the wrong bed of the morning every time I am there. It feels like I have to go out of my way to be nice to them not to be abrasive. I only go there because of the proximity to my house but I am going to extend my drive just to avoid this place. As an added negative bonus, they hang up the calls when you try to make an appointment. If you hate your job, you have 2 options: QUIT or do your job!

From my initial call to when I picked up my part, Honda Cars of Boston was very helpful. I didnt expect to pick up my part at the front desk, which was much easier. The parts department took the time to save me the trip to their counter. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Awful service. Called ahead of time and they ask me to come in. Then when I get there, they tell me no one can help and ask me to leave my car there. Got a bad wheel alignment, but they insist on taking out piece by piece and charging me tons for it. Even if this is the end result, the customer service is awful. I regret buying my car here.
