We forgot to take out the house key from car and realized later in evening at 6pm. We came back to store. Couple workers were sitting at front desk but did not want to open the door or even answer our call to find out why we are standing outside. They were looking at us from the glass window but have no courtesy to answer the call or open the door.I will never go back!!!

I took my 2006 Porsche Boxster for a transmission fluid change and rear axle seal change. They had trouble getting the axle seal part which I understand. The problem I had with this place was the communication. They kept telling me they “found other things wrong” but wouldn’t tell me until the other services had been performed. I was out of town for a week and was told that the part was going to be in and I should be able to pick up my car the following Monday. I heard nothing that week. No updates, nothing. I called on Monday and they had just received the axle seal but hadn’t installed it. Fine. I was told it would be able to be picked up on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and they said they needed to take it for a drive and should have it done by noon. Got a call at noon that the still hadn’t taken it out for a drive and that I needed a coolant flush because my coolant had “zero protection.” I know for a fact that isn’t the case (see pictures). My coolant might not be 100% but it’s not zero protection. When I asked how much the coolant change would be he said he didn’t know. Seriously guys??? You should be able to estimate a regular maintenance item off the top of your head. Every other shop I’ve gone to has clear pricing and is transparent. This place felt sketchy and this will be the first and last time that I use them. I only used them because my car wouldn’t shift right and I towed it to their shop. I usually take it to the dealer and will be doing that from now on. They have a ton of cars and seem overbooked and my service took 2.5 weeks. Work on your communication with its customers and be transparent. Giving two stars because they did what I asked them. $1200 for transmission fluid change and a rear axle seal.

They were professional and friendly. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Sam was very detailed in his explanations of the work that needed to be done and was always pleasant. You can hear his smile over the phone.

My 1972 Beetle had a brake issue. When I checked the fluid reservoir it was losing brake fluid. I was able to bring my car in on Monday. In the afternoon Conaway called with a parts and completion estimate for replacement of my master cylinder. By Tuesday evening the work was done and I was able to drive home. The cost was close to the estimate and the mechanic who did the work explained it to me as he was doing it. I was able to see the master cylinder location as well as the old culprit. The work was done correctly the first time.

My alternator went out and this place was suggested to me. I called in the morning and they told me to bring my car over and they were able to fix it same day. Really cheap and didnt try to upsell me or try to get me to do anything besides what I asked them to. Really affordable too

Was given a quote after inspection. After pull car apart found parts were still in good working order so didn’t replace. Could have since I’m clueless. Bill was 2/3 of expected. Honest quality work hard to find.

I appreciate they way these guys do business. I took my car in for a tune up and the price was far more reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten. They had my car ready to be picked up in just a few short hours. My second experience was even more satisfying. My check engine light came on just after my warranty expired (go figure) and my heater stopped producing heat. I took it to Conaway and they let me know it was related to my heater core, which we all know is not cheap to repair. They offered me a less expensive alternative for less than replacing my heater core. All that being said I highly recommend taking your business to Conaway Motors. They did nothing and returned my car damaged, went in because I was having electrical issues. They forgot to schedule a second appointment, did not fix my car on that appointment, and never called me back. When I got my car back, the front window was cracked, and upon starting the work my self, I’ve found that the bolt for the positive lead is A, completely stripped, and B, was tightened down so hard that it has actually damaged the connector(don’t know the right term). The entire experience cost me time and money for absolutely nothing but more problems to fix.

I needed a regular oil change and have a complex oil filter system so I knew I should take my car in. Someone recommended Conoway Motors to me so I decided, why not? Oil change went well and reasonable pricing too. But I noticed a big oil leak a couple hours after the change and worsened the next day. We called them back and let them know what was happening; they sent a mechanic out to my school and worked on my car in the school parking lot to fix the problem and replace the part free of charge. Highly recommend!! Great customer service and knowledgeable!

We took our Mitsubishi Mirage for an oil change and to get our breaks looked at. We called the day before so it was a quick drop off at 8 am. They called and let us know the breaks were ok, but our bearing was starting to go. Logan was very fair and no pressure to get the job done, totally left it up to us! I would highly recommend this garage to all!

Paid 720 dollars for my car friday 3 pm car, by 11 am sat. The car needed to go back would not drive have to have another tow truck, for the same issue i dont feel i should have to pay to get it back there...if less than 24 hours it repeated the same thing i thought i paid for? Shout out to Conaway Motors. They have been my go-to garage since I moved to Everett. When I called them to ask if they could do something the the hyper extended doors my daughter managed to do when there was an unfortunate wind gust as she and a friend opened them. The owner answered the phone(which is unusual), I explained what happened and he said bring it by and hed have a look at it. Drop it off the next day. I dont hear back from them(which is also unusual, they always give a quote). Wait another day and I call them, manager tells me the owners been working on it but doesnt have an estimate (again this is odd). Call back the next day and am told the van is ready by the manager. Ask how much and manager says well owner probably spent more hours on it than I would like, but hes not here. I dont think they charged me for all the time spent on it but they got my daughters van back on the road and made a Dad very happy. They have always done good work for us and think they went an extra mile for us this time. Cant thank them enough.

These guys are amazing!My Mercedes-Benz C-class died on the side of i5 last week and the tow truck driver suggested that I have it taken to Conaway. This was late on Friday night, and since theyre not open on the weekends, I assumed I wouldnt be getting the car back until later the next week... Mark called me first thing Monday morning and told me that they had already diagnosed the problem, and that it would be ready by Tuesday morning. I couldnt believe it! To make things even better, he called me back Monday afternoon and told me that the car was ready if I wanted to come pick it up!I live in Seattle, but I will definitely be driving back up to Everett for these guys....Super friendly, fast, honest, and very fairly priced!Thank you guys all for getting me out of a bind so quickly! and for not taking an arm and a leg for doing so....-Alex

My husband and I were on our way down from Canada and our engine warning light came on. We searched for an Audi repair shop on the web and were served immediately. Some quick diagnostics and test drive concluded engine issue had resolved itself. There was no charge at all. Incredible!

My car started overheating as I was driving thru Everett. I was able to make it to Conaway,, and was glad I did! They immediately diagnosed a broken radiator hose. They were able to order a part and have it there within 2 hours, fix my car and get me on my way.Ive had experience with auto repair in the past that has taken days or weeks to get something fixed. Conaway was extremely professional, helpful and the work was done very well!I would strongly recommend them, and will definitely go back.

I seen some one star reviews. Meaning this place probably legit. I dont really like use shops unless the problem is difficult to diagnose. Certainly on past experience they were able to find the problem when other couldnt. Its been a long time that I had to use con a way. But I think from this experience knowing how fair and difficult the problem would be to diagnose. Five stars from me. Again I would try a shop if I think it may be difficult to diagnose not because I cant turn a wrench or drive the car up on some car ramps my self to have a look at it. Five stars isnt very accurate but I like them a lot and I dont usually like shops.

These guys have always taken great care of our family. We have serviced our cars and trucks at Conaway Motors for nearly 10 years now and they are great to work with. They have very fair pricing, fantastic experience you can trust and they dont oversell. When my Sons car broke down, it was a major frustration. AAA gave us some options and then towed the car to Conaway Motors for us. Logan and the team really made getting the car fixed a manageable process. They were patient and gave us time to evaluate our options without pushing the most expensive repair on us. It truly was a blessing to be able to calmly make the right decision and know that the car was going to be fixed right the first time. After dealing with them over the phone, when I picked up the car, the lobby was busy with other customers and there were a lot of awards on the walls. Its always comforting to know that other people are also thankful for their service!! Ill use Conaway Motors again for any major repairs!

Wow! This business must pride itself on supreme customer service because both times Ive been here have been outstanding. I appreciate the stellar ethics of not charging me for unneeded repairs.

Ive been going to them for 15 years and their work is top notch. They never tell you to fix something that doesnt need it. They arent the cheapest around but theres some wisdom to that. There are good mechanics and cheap mechanics. There arent any good, cheap mechanics.Also you can send someone doesnt know the first thing about mechanical issues with cars to them. They dont talk in lingo they wont understand. They tell you in a way you can understand and they wont take advantage of that. Logan in the front is Great to deal with and the owners are there to talk to you and help you. Theyre family owned since 1967 and they treat you as family.

Make sure you get information in writing or recording.I was promised car will be done in a day, it took 2 days.I was told diagnostic was free as long as repair was done there and even though i went there with issue already diagnose, i was charge $107.89 for diagnostics. I did try to contact them about the cost i was told the mechanics took more than an hour to diagnose some thing that was already diagnose so i was charged.The only reason why this is not rated Hate it is because guys were polite and had an excuse for every thing to spare my feels.

I cant say enough about my first, but not my last, visit to Conaway Motors. My BMW wouldnt start. I had it towed and Brock called to tell me my starter was gone. There were a few other issues. I told him to fix anything that needed fixing. I had my car the next day even though they were extremely busy. Great customer service.

I just had my Audi rear brakes and rotors replaced at this shop. To my surprise, the parts came in $100 cheaper than the estimate, and Conaway Motors passed this savings on to me--thanks! Honesty like this gets my return business!

I was disappointed in our experience here. My husband brought our car in for two things. 1. The air blower wasnt working and 2. Our car was taking in water and flooding the floors. Two and half days and $200 later they confirmed that the air blower needed to be replaced and could not identify the leak. My husband and I took the car home and after 30 minutes of trying to identify the leak ourselves, we found it. We essentially paid them $200 to hold onto our car for 2 days. I was frustrated that I, who knows nothing about cars, was able to find the problem within 30 minutes while the professionals didnt take the time to really find the problem. In the end we had to pay regardless.

I called this company after my starter went out on my 2003 Expedition and They got me in the next day, first thing in the morning. They put the new starter in and it still wouldnt start. He started to trouble shoot and had a few team members helping. They found the problem and got it fixed. I would recommend them to anyone. Extremely reasonable price for their work and high quality work Is hard to find. Sieg and Al are amazing technicians. I will be going back.

Great mechanic shop for foreign cars, they are knowledgeable and experienced.

I’ve been a customer since 2005 with my VW Passat and Geo Prizm. Conaway has never let me down. This week my radiator cap cracked and the next day they dug the cracked piece out and replaced it in five minutes. $16. One time the dealer said I needed a new AC, $1000. Conaway found a Freon leak, fixed it. $200. They are honest and get to the bottomof any problem quickly.

Was told they just dont have time for air-cooled engines, by the owner after the shop manager(the owners son) not only made an appointment for my vehicle, but had me pay 150$ for towing it there. They proceeded to keep it in the shop for a few days only to tell me to have it removed via a very nasty unreasonable phone call from the owner. Seeing as her son was out sick and had too much on his hands to deal with a project such as mine. She wasnt willing to allow for the space needed? (Although all I needed was a valve adjustment and a new electric choke.) When I got there not only were neither the owner nor son present to speak in person as to what the issue was with fixing my vehicle. But there were clearly multiple air-cooled engine vehicles being worked on in the bays. Dont give them your business! It is a circus with no clear management or professionalism to speak of.

Always receive service over and above what I expect, especially Alvin. Id give 4.5 stars if I can, but I never give 5 stars on the theory that 5 means absolutely perfection and no one can be that.

Brought in my 96 VW GTI in 09/2014 after the water pump had failed and left me stranded. Within 24 hours the car was repaired and ready to go. The service was so good, we brought our 95 Nissan pick up to get the exhaust manifold gasket replaced. The quote was much lower than the competion, so we agreed to have it completed there. Although the gasket needed to be repaired, it did not fix the idle control issue we were having. The shop owner took a personal interest in the truck and spent hours of his time diagnosing the issue, which turned out to be a faulty wire and the ERG valve. To minimize the cost of repair, he referred me to a place to get the materials needed and we have our truck back in prime condition. I cannot say enough about the service, honesty and integrity of this shop and this man. In a business where the public trust is a major concern, we now have a life long place to bring our cars, knowing that we will get fair and honest work completed beyond our satisfaction. Took my car for diagnostics, not only did i specifically asked them to contact me if they were going to spend more than an hour but i also wrote it down on their little drop off paper i filled out. The only call i received from them was to tell me that they couldnt start the car; which i told them that it does that sometimes and they did not bedeviled me so i was asked to go down there and show them,i drove all the way from Seattle to Everett during rush hour to get there so they can smile and tell me they were able to turn it on... when i went to go pick up the car, they ended up charging me 1.8 hours and my diagnostics report just said owner has decided to sell the car and not change the manifold, gaskets, starter ect. i mean if i told them i didnt want them to work on the car because i wanted to do it myself or any other reason, that does not mean i didnt pay for their unprofessional service to be done. before i left the shop i asked if they had found a coolant leak i had told them about and they responded with We will give you a call tomorrow its been 3 months since then.***DO NOT COME HERE!*** - is what i have told all my friends, family and anyone else who plans on bringing their car here.I ended up taking the car to Danas Transmission, he did diagnostics on the car and did not charge a single dollar, thanks to his professionalism and well written report of diagnostics he knew exactly what was wrong with it, because of the service quality i had with them i decided to not do the labor myself and pay them to do it. Although they do not specialize in German cars they do specialize in costumer support and satisfaction.

These people GLUED my engine back together and didnt tell me about it. They also failed to notice that the air hose had a giant hole in it and gave me a quote that didnt cover fixing the hose, thus making the rest of the work they did useless.I will NEVER go back.
