Great to talk to on the phone, they picked up our snow blower in the middle of the winter, fixed an item under warranty and gave it an overall tune-up, and dropped it off within a week. Just left the snowblower outside for them to grab, and they returned it no problem. Never met anyone in person but very trustworthy.

I had an unfortunate accident with some wiring on my boat and my ground singed pretty much from the ignition to the battery, in the process it melted my starter and burnt some other wires.They were able to replace the wiring harness no problem. Good service cant complain.

The person I spoke to at the store was kind and curteous. He was very personable and I felt welcome in a shop that I typically might feel uncomfortable in... Since I know nothing about fixing things!

Every time I have called them or gone by there they have always been very courteous..helpful and knowledgeable..I have never had a problem with there servicing my snowblower..

Fix my snow blower and they work on boats

I brought my boat there expecting a simple gimble bearing change. Dave quickly discovered the failure was caused by less than quality workmanship of a previous shop Id gone to. The entire job took only a few hours and he was $hundreds less than the other shop (wont mention the medford, ma based dealer by name) and he finished in a fraction of the time.These guys are quality.
