I took my truck in with a funky noise coming from the front end. Britt (hopefully spelled it right) at the front counter was super helpful. Their approach to it was impressive, without going through all the details, they took their time checking, and finding the cause (which other shops couldnt). While doing so he found a couple items that needed attention with the suspension & brakes. At the end of the day great service and quality work - I will be returning for any future service to my vehicles and highly recommend this shop!

Automotive Unlimited is the best repair shop I’ve ever been to. Ben and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, informative, and so business with integrity. Took my 2009 BMW 135i and recently my 2015 Mercedes C300. Doesn’t matter the make or model, they know what they’re doing and will only take my vehicles here.

Did excellent work in had brought in my acura MDX for a valve adjustment and runs smooth and quiet. They did such a good job that I also brought in my wifes Mitsubishi eclipse GTS for a number 3 misfire.. also runs smooth and quiet. Ill always bring my cars here from now on... 5 stars thanks Ben..

Great experience with these guys. They do a great job and dont break the bank (like Dodge/Chrysler and Ford dealers). I had another issue and I believe they went above and beyond to fix it. This is my go to service place. I would recommend these people to anyone.

I am always cautious when I need an auto repair. After calling around to speak with different local shops I decided on Automotive Unlimited. After speaking with Ben I felt confident that I would be treated as a person and be given the truth. That is exactly what happened! They are honest, professional, fair and extremely kind. My AC was out on my truck & I fully expected to get a quote of at least $1,000. Instead, to my surprise, they found that one of the valves was broken. They took the time to carefully extract the broken piece out, replace it and fix my AC which saved me a ton of money! I had all of the work done for less than I expected my AC to be! I will be bringing my vehicles to them from here on out & also will be referring all of my friends to them! In my opinion they are the best around!!

Automotive Unlimited is the best mechanic I have used. Ben and his staff are honest and they back their work. The shop and waiting area is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.Definitely call and make an appointment, they have a dedicated customer base that will only take their cars here.We recently move South of Seattle for work, and the two things my wife and I miss the most from our former neighborhood is Automotive Unlimited and our favorite Mexican restaurant La Palmera. I am very much considering still taking my car up to Automotive Unlimited for any service more than an oil change despite the hour drive each way. The work they do is well worth the drive. I cant recommend them enough.

I emailed a handful of state authorized emissions repair shops on a Sunday through Yelp. Two hours later, the owner of Automotive Unlimited, Benjamin, responded to me on his only day off. After a few emails back and forth, I had an appointment set up for 48 hours later.When I arrived, the entire staff was busy with vehicles in every bay. The shop was clean and organized, mechanics were smiling and friendly to me and to one another. The waiting room felt more like sitting in a friends living room, watching a big screen TV. In the hour and a half I was there, I received four updates on the status of the diagnostics being done.I had the pleasure of overhearing Benjamin call several customers to inform them of diagnostic results and discuss repair options that would fit their budgets and schedules. Each call sounded as though he was chatting with a long-time friend. I witnessed an employee honestly tell a walk-in customer that it would be quicker and probably less expensive to go to elsewhere for an oil change, and also suggested a place he trusts to them! Benjamin clearly leads his staff by example, treating employees and customers alike with utmost respect.While Im not thrilled at $1,500 in repairs, I do feel confident that only necessary repairs will be madewithout padding the bill with insane price markups, or a bunch of bogus charges. I dont mind paying honest people to do that which I cannot, helping them to provide for their families. I even had the pleasure of briefly meeting an employees son, and deeply respect that he was welcomed into the garage to be with his dad after school rather than in a childcare center, at home alone, or out and about getting into trouble with his friends.

That said, Ben and the staff at Automotive Unlimited deserve all the praise they get for their dependability, reliability, and of course, honesty. I brought my car in thinking I only had one mechanical problem, but the team discovered I had so many that my car was not worth repairing. A less scrupulous mechanic would try to fleece me for every dollar for repairs, but these guys told me it was better to just get a new car and didnt even charge me for the assessment.Thats the kind of dedication to customer service that keeps people coming back. And I will definitely be seeing these guys in the future.

Mike & Claudia here in Spokane, back safely. Last week driving back from Canada, our old 99 Lexus SUV started glowing the battery icon on our instrument panel. After calling an electrical engineer, he was sure the alternator is dying fast and told me to go to Autozone ASAP and get a new one. Autozone in Everett recommended Automotive Unlimited. Britt attended to us and seeing that they are so very busy, I almost beg, but I did not have to when he look at the stuff we have inside and said, And you do need it fast. After going through different options we ended up in Motel 6 a couple of blocks away, Britt had Derek dropped us of, although not a stretched limo service, it felt it was for being so cordial. Mechanics get bias as well U know...Not these guys. Now for the cost. To have the alternator done the next morning on a rush job and skipped some other customers due to our situation and I might add that it is our weekly worship day that next morning, Britt is a messenger/a.k.a angel from our almighty Father. The cost is just AVE. No special hit for the rush job. Britt did not, I say again DID NOT take advantage of us. Of which he could and maybe he should. We are 300 plus miles away now, and I am thinking that the old engine still going strong might have a slow coolant crack leak. I am considering Britt to work on it maybe next summer 2020. but...No way the thin walls of Motel 6. Might as well have a vacation or something, will discuss with Britt. On a different note, we were so consumed of the Canadian trip, it was on my list to have the alternator check and/or replace and just slipped through the plans. Good old preventive maintenance. Good Mechanics, hard to find. Good and honest Mechanics and very reasonable, a thousand to one. Britt made us think there are still good people left in this deteriorating world of ours, but only a few. Everett, you are so fortunate to have Automotive Unlimited, LLC.

Ive been going to Ben and his team for about two years now. Prices are some of the best around the Puget Sound and I dont feel like they are trying to swindle me out of my money. Took my Volkswagen in to have a complete engine rebuild. Ben was honest and flexible about the prices and worked with us and multiple other junk yards for salvageable parts. In fact when the first rebuild didnt work out, he did a second one for about 1/2 the price and helped us get all of the parts for free the second time around. Honest, reliable, and knowledgable. Definitely recommended.

Cant say enough good things about Ben and his team. He took the time to explain several complicated problems to us in laymans terms on our used purchase of a GMC Yukon. Provided suggestions on how to replace the standard parts needed or how to look at less expensive options (regarding a air shocks vs regular shocks). He patiently worked with our warranty company and the private dealer to resolve the issues and get us the best outcome at the best price. We are so appreciative. Hes earned all of our business and we highly recommend him.

Whelp! I found my spot for anything gears/lockers related 🙌🏼 I had the pleasure of dealing w/Ben and handing over my 17’ Jeep JK cause my rear diff exploded, ring and pinion was worn ta heck and the spider gears was missing more teeth than a NHL goon. Needless to say my baby was brought in on Thursday and was ready for pick up the next day 😉

Does Exceptional Work. It has been 1 full year since Automotive Unlimited Shop did My exhaust, EGR and Tuner on My GMC Durmax 2500 and i havent had a single problem. Would recommend The Shop To anyone.
