Sold us a lemon with a bad catalytic converter, bad exhaust, bad brakes, bad tires, bad struts! Refused to help get us into something else. Me and my mom both got a vehicle her a 2011 subaru outback and me a 2014 chevy cruze and we both like the cars we got but mine and ive had it for 5 days really badly needed an oil change cause there was like none in the engine and now the front of the valvue cover gasket is leaking oil onto the heat shield and that can cause a fire under the hood so now i need to replace that before something bad happens or it causes another eben more serious issue with the car then im screwed.

So, I waited well over a month to write this review. I wanted to be absolutely certain that these guys treated us right. I could NOT be happier with their service! They are straight up and truly care about helping you attain what you would like to in the most painless, friendly, and NO PRESSURE way possible. I did not have much money to work with and I honestly cant believe what they managed to land me with. My car is running great and the AC still works, too! I got a flat tire a week in, but that was totally expected. It has its little quirks, but nothing dangerous. It was meant to be, just for me! These guys are trustworthy and an extra special thanks goes out to them for treating my autistic partner with patience and respect. I would rate them 10 stars if I could! :)

They were completely honest with me, they checked my credit and said they wont screw me with second lender high interest rates and suggested I take care of things related to that then come back, which I did. When I came back I gave them a price limit and financing limit which they met very well and gave me a great deal. The honesty is important when it comes to used car salesmen. I learned a lesson that day, when I got there the place looked sketchy and I wasnt so sure about it but after my experience you really cant judge a book by its cover.

I swung by Corn Motors on my way to test drive another truck to take a look at an F-250 they had on their lot, and Im glad I did. Not sure where to start - I recently purchased a vehicle from this place and couldn’t have been treated any better. Had a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately! I have never had that kind of service from a larger dealership let alone a smaller one. My mothers truck broke down and she needed a good truck with low miles. Other dealers were trying there best to sell us a truck that had over 220000 miles and had various problems ( so the trucks were inspected but never fixed at other dealers)The sales people at other dealers were pushy but at corn motors everything was exceptional. Jerry is a great CON MAN. We purchased a 2007 Subaru Tribeca in August 2019. The car had 119,00 miles listed online, when we got in the car to test drive there was actually 169,000 miles. Quite the difference and they didnt bother to knock down the price, but they did convince us to purschase an additional $1800 18 month warranty that we were promised would cover any potential repairs. Now 6 months later we are facing a $4000 catalytic converter repair that is not covered by the warranty we were conned into buying. Save yourself the time, money and heartache. Dont give your business to Corn Motors! What an absolute joke

I was skeptical when the owner told me that they do business differently than other dealers...I have had a bunch of bad experiences with dealers over the years. They always want to see how far they can bend you over and I always end up walking out or taking a deal that Im not happy with. This was completely different! I literally could not walk away from this deal...they gave me a great deal on my dream car and I would seriously recommend to my friends and family that they go and talk to these guys if they are in the market for a vehicle. We bought my daughter a car here about 6 months ago. They showed me receipts for over$1000 work done to the engine at a fleet mechanic. We bought the car and 6 months later it wont start, turns out the motor is blown.After I wrote this comment they contacted me and told me all their work is warranted for a year by the mechanic offered to pay for a new motor for our vehicle, I am paying my mechanic still but this saves me a pretty good chunk of money. They did not have to do this by any means, I have only bought one car from a car lot as I tend to not trust them. These guys have eased my mind that there are trust worthy car lots who arent just out to take your money and run.

Found reasonable used cars and good selection but asking prices are inflated. Marked down special prices indicate issues exist. You must dig for the info before you get there because youll never hear it from them. Be ready for a highball offer after you think that youve agreed on a deal. Not enjoyable.

Best car buying experience Ive had. The guys that work there dont hassle you or make you feel like you are at a used car dealership. They did a lot for us and helped us find a vehicle that was what we were looking for and in our price range. They were patient and honest. Walked away a year ago with what my dad and I believed was a good and fair deal. Gave them a kind review via facebook, but after bringing my used 2001 Dodge Neon home, my dad soon discovered that all the servicing that the company said they did, they had lied about. We ended up spending $3000+ more than we wanted to on repairs alone. My dad had to tear apart the engine more than once to fix things we were assured were already fixed. Would not recommend to anyone and will never be back.

I bought a Truck from Corn Motors 3/25/2018. They were very friendly and transparent. We worked with John who was fantastic. We viewed several trucks that just didnt quite hit all the wants. Bought a great pickup at a great price from John Neillie. I was looking for a pickup that hed already sold, but he had another that was perfect fit. 6 weeks after Ive bought the truck, Ive since been hunting (4x4) and commuting to work in that thing and I love it. The buying experience itself was great: John talked to me a couple of times over the phone, and I took my dad 3 hours up the freeway to look at this truck. We both liked the truck, and John gave us plenty of time and room to look things over. We went for a little spin, and once I decided to purchase the truck, John did his best to get the forms together speedily. Honestly I think we were out of there in 20 minutes or so. A detailed review is below, but in short: They have good financing options and a decent selection of vehicles. The loss in stars is for high pressure sales tactics, combined with what we feel like was deceptive behavior regarding the history and potential condition of the vehicle. We advise any future customer with them to request to view the carmax report themselves before test driving or financing a vehicle. If the carmax checks out, youll probably end up with a good deal.Pros: they were able to find us a good deal and rate for the car we were looking at, Ill give them thatCons: we test drove a car we had in mind, price looked good, they applied for financing. We asked about the cars history before we test drove it and he said he didnt know, but he would find out for us. After we got approved for the deal, he mentioned it had an accident reported but theyve inspected it and its fine. We had to ask multiple times to get him to turn his computer around and let us put eyes on the report ourselves. The report stated the car had sustained full frontal damage, it was not a minor accident. At this point we were second guessing it. They said we could take it for an inspection ourselves, but ultimately we decided against it altogether because a visual inspection for safety isnt going to be predictive of other potential issues. Even if the frame is sound, that doesnt mean the alignment and other aspects are. (Which, the report had also shown an alignment had been done months after the accident, which tells us that could be a potential ongoing issue.) When we told them we wanted to wait and think about it, the pressure was on. They said they know its safe, they couldnt sell it if it wasnt safe, were not going to find a better deal, etc. The next day we saw a secondary pull on our credit, at which point we emailed and said outright we are no longer interested. During this phone call, they then said they didnt know about the damage, which we all obviously saw on the carmax report. There is no way they wouldnt have known that, and we should have been given that information the first time we asked, before we drove it and applied for financing.Anyway, all in all the low review is that I felt like while the deal they found was good, their tactics felt both high pressure and deceptive. I dont feel like they prioritized our needs as consumers (our #1 concern was safety) and I dont appreciate the way they tried to tiptoe around the fact the car had been in an accident that affected the entire front of the vehicle. If you go to them, just be sure to be thorough, and ask to see the carmax on the vehicle yourself before you even test drive it so you can make an informed decision. We would have gone through with the sale had the car not sustained prior damage. Ultimately, we ended up finding the same car elsewhere with less miles, a clean, accident free report and a lower price.

We recently bought our vehicle from here. A week after buying it, it started shifting hard. Totally stressed my husband and I out. When we took it back to them, they had us take it to the mechanic. It ended up being a broken hydraulic engine mount. Corn Motors split the cost with us, was able to get it fixed the same day (in just a couple of hours) and they gave us a loaner car. They worked with us and helped when most car places wouldnt. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Such wonderful customer service. Not too often you find a used car place with integrity...but this place definitely has integrity.

After contacting the owner directly as he advised below, Corn Motors offered us $100 to take down this review! So if you are wondering why they have good ratings, now you know. Review: They knew our car had a lot of issues, and didnt give us a good deal. The 8 hour drive home signaled the engine light, which they must have reset so it wasnt on during the sale. Our car had been to the mechanic just before we bought it. After requesting the mechanics invoice, we noticed that they had just left certain things blank, the very things that needed fixed. Corn Motors must have known about these things, enough to cover it up long enough to be sold. Chris said, We cant go much lower than the price listed, because of all the money we have put into repairs, we just wouldnt be making any money, but let me talk to my boss. And then after negotiating with the boss to his surprise his boss accepted our offer. The price we paid, was far more than the car was worth, considering the mechanic gave us an estimate of over 2K to get it all fixed. Corn Motors will make you feel like youre getting a good deal, and talk themselves up on how much they will negotiate with you, with the promise you will write them a great review. But they, like so many other car dealers arent honest. Too bad. Update: Our car didnt last a year before it threw a rod and we had to sell the $5,500 car we paid for in cash out the window and sell it to a mechanic shop for $200. I am still certain that Corn Motors knew the cars issues. In fact, when I contacted Chris to ask why certain spots on the mechanics review were just crossed throug he said he would contact the owner who was on vacation as this was very important since our car didnt last more than 2 seasons. Never heard back.

Shady dealership same guy answers no matter how you contact them can’t get past him to find out real details on a truck. Pictures show what looks like dents sales guy tries to say he doesn’t see anything so i ask for pictures he says the ones on the website are professional I said yeah that’s why I want real pictures he said no. I give up I’m going to a real dealership.

Kyle (the owner) has gone out of his way to ensure that our car was moved back to the area and repaired at a reasonable rate, even going so far as buying the engine for us while we waited for our loan. They really went above and beyond for us!

Usually dont post good or bad but this was a smooth straight to the point deal! Purchased a used 03 f250 everything was easy no games which i have zero time or tolerance for, goid job didnt know anyone who purchased here or any sales people but i sure would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a used car or truck!

My daughter purchased her first car at Corn Motors. The sales staff was extremely helpful, in explaining the complexities of the lending process. But they have provided service that deserves complimenting.My daughter drove to Yakima from the Everett area and ran out of gas, a family friend brought this 18 year old some gas and made sure she was off safely. I had the car towed to a great shop in Sunnyside where it was repaired.This dealership went above the call and paid for the repair. The sale had been made give or take 20 days prior.For a second hand car this is where I would recommend a purchase.

Recently bought a sedan. It had no tranny fluid in it and dark muddy, fuel filled oil. Immediately the vehicle started dying. Havent even had it a month. My mechanic found a faulty oxygen censor. Avoid this place at all costs

I worked with Eric to purchase a car from out of state, and was very surprised at how easy the entire process was. I bought the car from Colorado and had it shipped out to me. Paperwork was initially done via photos to be sure the car was taken out of their inventory as quickly as possible, and then final paperwork was overnighted with no extra cost to me.Several friends were skeptical that I was willing to buy a car without seeing it or knowing the dealership. I saw the car on a couple of car buying Apps, but what made me have little worry was that they are a USAA partnered dealership—making financing super easy. My car arrived when I expected and was clean and met all my expectations. Should I be this picky again with what type of car I want to buy (make, color, manual transmission, used low mileage, fair price) I have no hesitation to look at Corn Motors’ inventory again and do the out of state buying process again.

I went around on a Saturday looking for a car for college and drove down a few dealerships on Evergreen way then I went to corn motors to see if they had anything in my price range (Keep in mind that I am a out of state college student who pays more in tuition then most people can fathom). Luckily, they had this little Volvo for sale and my dad and I checked it out. Everything seemed to check out but they were asking for more money then I had. The salesman I was working with (I think it was some dude named Mike) went into his sales office and came back with a price that I could afford. I ended up buying the car and so far I driven from Everett to Moscow Idaho and up to Spokane with the car and I was worried it would break down but it has been a little tank so far! Just yesterday I drove through this massive pothole and nothing happened. These guys are reliable and will work in your best interest. They also got my license plate to me fairly quick and if I had any problems they would refer me to a reliable mechanic with good deals. I highly recommend this dealership especially for first time buyers who know nothing about car buyers!
