I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Paid full sticker price without any discounts whatsoever. I tried to negotiate on the down payment in order to keep some money in case anything urgent came up. New tires, oil change new battery. But he wouldnt budge! After insuring the car and 30% financing I remind him that he has only given me one key to the car and ask about the spare. Oh hes going to ask his associate tomorrow. Its just been misplaced. WRONG. Fast forward to today. Still no key even after his bogus attempt to have a locksmith come out to do a job that he couldnt do. Make me a programmable key fob. Bought the car in March. May now and no word from Ron. I wonder what I should do next? Any suggestions?

So I was asked to give my cool neighbor a lift to pick up his new vehicle bought nice DakotaTruck! In the meanwhile I got to meet the owner along with being able to peruse the lot! Id have to say the owner was very cool and friendly as well as having quite an assortment very nice cars at very reasonable prices at least from what I can see I know my neighbor is pretty happy with what he bought! The appearance of the lot is extremely clean along with the vehicles and the showroom or offices I should say... If you get a chance, stop in take a LQQK for yourself. Im sure theyll meet you with handshake....

I have searched several car sales lots in the same area. This car dealer has the largest concentration of quality cars and really reasonable prices then any other place I have been. The salesmen are friendly with no pressure to convince you to purchase a vehicle. The cars themselves do all the convincing.

I bought my car from here in September had everything “checked” before we paid. In less than two weeks my headlights are out and my breaks need to be replaced, fast forward maybe 6 months… my headlights are out and my breaks are metal on metal & unsafe to drive! My car got fixed when it was still under warranty through them. This is really frustrating and I don’t like being taken advantage of!!!

My wife and I had a great experience with Ron. We appreciated him being straight up with us and his price was more than fair. I got my 08 Dodge from his lot and I could not be happier with it. I have no doubt well be doing more business with him in the future.

Terrible customer service. Had the vehicle I wanted..... told me its battery is flat and it wouldnt start. Told me to come back another day. Very disappointing after driving 1.5 hours to look at the vehicle.

After visiting 6 other used car dealerships, I would have to say that Ron is the most honest dealer out of all of them. He has 25 years experience and is very competent when diagnosing cars. He was fair with me and not at all pushy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone because they do not pressure you at all to purchase their cars. When I walked in, no one approached me at all. I saw the car I liked and took some time looking at it. When I decided I liked it, I walked in and spoke to Ron. Ron told me the pros and cons of the car and judging by the way he spoke about the car, I felt he was being honest and wasnt trying to scam me at all. I test drove the car and said I wanted it inspected the next day. I walked out of the dealership without any pressure to buy the car that day.I came back the next day had a few inspections done and felt that I was dealing with honest people. Purchased the car and am now on the road thanks guys! Ill recommend you to anyone!

These guys are great. I bought a car from Gary and Ron, after having it inspected by a third party mechanic. It broke down the same day, from a fault that would of been impossible to detect. Instead of giving me a hassle and saying too bad so sad, they returned all my money and return the car with no hassle whatsoever. Ive never met a more honest used car salesman.

Ron was great to work with when purchasing a car here. No sales pressure when we were checking cars out, gave a great deal on a car, and even replaced the spare tire/jackstand which were missing at no additional charge. When we had the misfortune of the clutch failing only a couple months after we purchased the car, he did his best to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be coming here first the next time were in the market for another used vehicle!

I definitely would never buy another car from here again herd a noise was told he would take off the money that it took to replaced which was not worth the 200 he took off. I drove home the check engine like went on transmission slips has a vaccine leak and I have to replace the Ac unit compressor and pulls unit. Lessen learn dont be a victim

The quality and fair market value of vehicles is much better than most. I have traded in a car, purchased 2 cars and referred someone to Broadway Auto Sales. Every experience was positive, didnt feel pressured and got a great deal every time. I am stationed several hours away right now, but if I was in the market for a used vehicle I would definitely consider a trip back. Bought a nissan altima from here. Was told it had been gone through, yet somehow they missed the broken shocks. So took it to his recommended buddy in marysville to have fixed, and a year later they are slopping around because the shop didnt tighten down the plate bolts. Have had nothing but one issue after another with this car. I wouldnt recomend buying anything here.
