Friendly and helpful staff (sorry I forgot Kevin? Steven? Please remind me but youre awesome!) in the late hours still managed to help me test and install car battery. Two thumbs up!

I went up to purchase ( Valvoline Advanced Full Synthetic SAE 0W-20 Motor Oil 5 QT) it is priced @ $22.98 on Amazon and Lowe’s. While they sale it for $34.99 what a rip off, and refused for price match. Be sure to check the price of what you buy with other vendors. Happened on OCTOBER 24,,,, 7:40 pmThanks for listening to my rant.Won’t ever go there again.

Well when I first went in the young lady I spoke to wasnt too into it I think she was at the end of her shift but I looked around a little bit found some stuff and the manager was super nice and help me put the windshield wipers on my car which was real heroic since it was probably a hundred or something outside but he still did it. Maybe not 100°

I had a great experience at Autozone thanks to Greg. He greeted me as I entered the store with a big smile and ready to help. He was knowledgeable and helpful all at the same time. What could have been an intimidating experience, (who knew there were so many different windshield wipers?) turned out to be easy due to Greg’s professionalism and pleasant attitude!

Staff always greet you, and are very helpful. On my last visit I purchased a battery and had planned on installing it myself. Salesperson talked me out of it. And good thing. It wasnt as easy as I thought.

I Really hope this message gets to the associates that assisted me. Before coming the location, I called and was helped by Dantasia. She helped me over the phone with discovering my warranty I had on my car battery. She was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I needed. She pulled up my account and explained my benefits of my policy. I really appreciate it. I think she went above and beyond in customer service. Upon my arrival, she knew who I was when I entered the store. This was another plus. While I was there, I assisted by another great associate, Oscar. He helped me with my battery and assisted me with the right tools I needed to exchange my battery. He was also kind and polite and answered my questions concerning replacement of my battery. He was very patience with me. I appreciate this. Both employees went above and beyond to help me. They did great because the store was just about to close and I was in an emergency situation which I needed to exchange my battery. Please tell both employees I say thank you for their above and beyond service. I ask that you reward them with some type of gift card, award service or lunch. They are very essential and very customer service prone. Thank you....

In the past I have gotten good service from the Dodge and Dempster location. Today was horrible. The two employees clearly did not want to be there. I asked for help with winter weather wipers and they told me nothing like that existed. Even though they were on a rack right across from the registers. They were rude and did not appear to want to be bothered

Great place to go if you love your car, but hate spending a lot of money on its maintenance and care. The customer service is awesome.

We were told that our battery was low at a car repair shop so we came out for a free check. Marin was extremely helpful in helping us test our battery, alternator, and starter. He was outside helping us test everything within a minute of us arriving. We would definitely go back to him in the future.

Neal was super helpful. Installed a battery and tested our alternator. He got us on the road quickly. Very kind and professional.

Great customer service. Marvin helped me change my wiper blade in cold rain and didnt give up when first pair doesnt fit. He eventually found a pair and replaced them for me.

Great service with employer named Tori. He helped me change my car battery. He was very patient and professional.

Really nice people. They will help you change and dispose of your old battery, even when its cold out.

The guy who worked there clearly hate his job. He provided no professional help to me, I had to use my own knowledge when I made my purchase. However he was quite happy when chatting with his colleague. Maybe he woke up too early that day.
