You have a checker that leaves her station to get a customer drie ice and was gone 20 mintunes. She is only checker in the store, you dont have runners. It show when youre at Walmart. They dont care!!

The employees here are exceptional. They take the time to help with automotive issues. Prices are best in town.

Waited for 10 minutes just for somebody to come out and ask what I needed done (an oil change). They said they would call when it was done. Waited for 2 hours and never got a call. Tried calling them and couldnt get through. Went back after 2 hours of waiting, the oil change was done, but the employees were just standing around talking and hadnt bothered calling. Not the first bad experience my family has had with them.

We were passing through from out of state, and had a tire blow out on the freeway. We were able to use our spare to get to Walmart, and they were amazing!! Pulled us right in and had the right tires we needed within minutes. All the technicians were very personable and friendly. Great service and they did an excellent job! Such an amazing experience!

Rude Customer Service

In the middle of a snowstorm, Terry made a warranty tire replacement for me as I was crossing the state with my family. The work was done prior to the promised time in spite of being short-staffed. We went and saw the buffalo that he recommended. Many, many thanks. Great employee.

Writing on behalf of my daughters experience. She called 30 minutes before and asked about how long it would take for a simple tire repair. They told her it would take NO MORE than 30 minutes. Upon arrival she waited nearly two hours at Walmart because “oil changes are their first priority.” Regardless of whether she was there first or not. She was headed to Utah to go to a basketball game for her birthday, which she missed the entire first quarter of the game because of the wait. No one had done anything to her car besides pull it in until she finally went and asked someone what the wait was, and then the car was done in about 15 minutes. Her service was horrible. But then, to top it off when she left her check engine light was on, which it wasn’t before. She called, furious and in tears heading to Utah because she was not going to miss anymore of the game, and told them of the issue. All they told her was to bring it back in and they will give her an estamate. These idiots are the reason the light is on, we’re NOT GOING BACK.

I have never considered taking my car anywhere else for oil changes after coming here. I can not emphasize how grest the service here is. The costumer service is just as great so for me tgis place is 10/10.

These guys have been awesome the last couple of times Ive been in. Ive had some bad experiences with Wal-mart tire and lube at other locations in the past, but these guys are service-oriented and get the job done fast.

We got an oil change and they were face but they cleaned out the trash, and cleaned the dash it was very nice. I highly recommend
