Instead of being an auto parts store stop a night club loud music lousy service

They were not able to sell me or order a lift support for my 2006 car. Very disappointing. I wanted to support a local business but they didnt have my part.

DO NOT GO HERE. All of the employees had their masks around their necks, even when I was trying to check out, no one bothered to pull it over their nose and mouth. Its a small, cramped store, not a lot of room to social distance, and none of the employees are interested in protecting themselves or their customers

One salesman was making phone calls, and not helping customers, it took me a long time to buy 1 item.

Sadly, this location provided some of the worst customer service. I went to look for a part for a Toyota Camry. I was the only customer in the store when I walked in, and there were two representatives working at the time. It took several minutes for them to acknowledge me standing in front of them at the front counter.The first rep was talking to someone on the phone, and he didnt pay me any mind. The second rep walked around for a few minutes writing down something on a notepad. I understand that people are busy, but its vital to at least acknowledge a client when theyre standing right in front of you.Once they asked me what part I needed, the rep took over five minutes searching for the part on the computer aimlessly. Then, he answered the phone and walked away without resolving my customer need. At this point, I was one of two customers in the entire building. I left the store and havent been back.

Well i must say i had a really bad day when i decided to visit This store..The guy named CARLOS.R WAS THE RUDEST GUY I HAVE EVER MET.. shocking is how this kinda person got hired for customer service!!!after reading reviews i felt im not the only one..so the Management should do something or just stay asleep..good night.
