My husband likes to work on our vehicles himself and always receives friendly, knowledgeable help from the folks at NAPA/Kallas Automotive Supply. Last winter, he decided to repaint his motorcycle. He had never done anything like that before, but the job turned out beautifully thanks to the suggestions from Scott and the rest of the crew. The fact that theyre located walking distance from our home is a plus, too.

The staff was really helpful and supportive. I felt more confident about my auto repair project after some advice from a staff member. Ill be back for sure.

Bought a starter and some electrical items associated with the starter. They recomended the wrong electrical parts, they didnt fit. Went back to return the wrong electrical parts. They helped with some different parts to fit. I got back home the other parts didnt fit either. Went to a different parts store.They did their best to help so it was not a bad place but they could have had a little better expertise to prevent so many return trips.

Has competition, two other auto parts which are chains. Napa more local hometown prices used to be higher. Is tighter in space in and outside parking. (Want to add new info from last review has become more competitive & carrying parts to older vehicles impressed, stars from 3 to 5 yay!)

You can find almost any part here. I feel that their prices are a little on the high side but at least you track down the right part.
