Had to send a pkg back. The nicest employee ever. Gave his condolences to me for passing of my mother. Helped put the med alert machine in proper box. Very very very pleasant experience.

These fedex drivers go way too fast around the corner in my apartment complex and the sign says slow watch for children and they go way too fast like 85mph Slow Down!! This isnt a speedway!!🤬 another thing is when tracking my order they have to go to smart post pa after they were just in grove city near erie they gotta go all way over to the other side of Pennsylvania doesnt make any sense and ups does it too. Also on my phone it says eliminate delivery Wednesday Aug 11 I wont get it til Saturday which I find ridiculous !!

They could do a better job at enforcing the one customer at a time rule but people can be pushy when shipping so they have a drop cart for packages with prepaid labels.Lucky me thats all I ship, so its just a matter of reaching in the sliding door and saying Thanks so they know I dropped it off.They also actually accept packages until the last minute of pick up...

Spent 20 minutes in the lobby and no employee was present to assist the line of customers waiting. When I was finally assisted, I found out that the package I had requested for hold was mistakenly sent out on the truck for delivery.

Customer service was helpful and they got the job done

Nice place to go if you need to ship something off walked right in took care of me good enough to stand in line friendly people know what theyre doing and the price was right it was free

No hassle. Received package quickly with no issues. It is hard to find. With the US postal service pretty much useless at this point I guess its good there are alternatives, at least for those of us in urban centers.

05/04/2020 at about 11am. The woman who waited on me this morning was very rude, abrupt, not personable, and inattentive. She wouldnt allow me to complete a sentence before interrupting and completely ignored me upon asking a question. She was inattentive to the point of partially messing up the the transaction and had to redo the entire transaction. She acted as if she was not interested in explaining the refund process. She should be assigned to a position that doesnt require interaction with the public. Very unpleasant experience!

Nice people at the counter here. You would think the crash of crude oil prices and fuel plus the apocalyptic collapse of the economy would translate to less expensive shipping costs but no. Evidently its just the opposite. Plan on it costing more than before covid19.

Fast and easy

The man I dealt with behind the desk seemed very overwhelmed and wasn’t the best communicator. Otherwise a fine experience after I communicated exactly what I needed from them.

They were supposed to hold a package for me... I got there and it was already on a truck and out of the facility.

The counter person was very pleasant to deal with.

I always go to the FedExhub for piece of mind and because the FedEx employees are always very nice, helpful and thorough. I had lisa as my rep this time, kudos to her!

Im met the nicest lady there she was so helpful and so very people pleasing in this day in age its nice to find somebody who just doesnt mind doing their actual job my hats off to you... thank you FedEx she was a little ray of sunshine in my already stressful day
