Great service! Great location! Staffs are super helpful and professional.I went here to work on getting some paperwork printed. The staff - Daniel was super helpful and went above & beyond to help me get papers printed while simultaneously taking care of the (many) people who were coming in to mail things at same time. Highly recommend!

I wasnt too happy when I went to this specific location due to being told that my box was a shelf box and I would have to purchase a $10 box to ship my returned item in. Mind you the only thing that made it not look so nice was the tape being removed from it and it taking some of the cardboard on the box away from it. Other than that the box was in perfect condition and literally had only been opened once. Needless to say I took this same box to the fedex ship center and they were more than ok with taking the box as is with my returned item in it the same day I was rejected by the peach street location. That alone just proves that my box could have been taken all along. Smh.

The manager was extremely nice but he was the Only. One. There. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes to be helped. Didnt have filler in my package so they gladly provided (required) some at $3.99 for paper that probably cost them all of $0.25!

So I go in here to get blank air bills. I need them because I ship documents to a corporate client on a daily basis. They tell me they dont sell those. Thats right, the people at Federal Express told me they dont sell their own shipping labels! They tell me to print them out. Well thats not useful, to that I would need the companies password. Big surprise, multi national corporation dont just give that out to all 100,000 + employees all over the world. To make matters worse, I called Fed Ex to order the labels, was told they would be here in 4 - 5 business days and two weeks later they arent here. I call Fed Ex and they tell me the order was never sent out. So I did the order again. Well see if they come this time. If not there are going to be some really angry German automobile executives.

Spent twenty minutes waiting to ship. The clerk was waiting on one customer. After waiting far too long I called Erie Pack and Ship to see if they offer overnight delivery. They do so I left and went there, was in and out. How do companies stay in business if they cant even handle a letter? Go to Erie pack and Ship down Peach a few blocks. The hippy working the counter and the other guy stuffing his face do not have a clue as to how to wait on customers.
