This place is a rip off. $12 for a box. They quoted me $51 to ship. I said by No, then went to Aim mail center off 136th. $21 fed-ex. Stay away from this ridiculously expensive ups store.
I’ve felt tricked, upsold, on a couple occasions shipping from here. This last time, the store was “out” of retail packaging materials so I needed to pay more money to have UPS package the item for me. Then turns out I could have shipped my package ground- it arrived way faster than I was told it would, but I felt conned into shipping it faster based on information given by the teller.
Great customer service by Ram. Even though it was busy, he was fast, efficient and treated everyone with kindness and respect. A great asset for your store!
Great location, friendly employees. Visited this store while on vacation and sent some items back home so I didnt have to fly with them. Reasonably priced shipping and all my packages were packed well too. If Im ever in the area again Ill stop by here again for sure!
Love this UPS store! They always go above and beyond to help me out when shipping or printing. The location is also really convenient and I have never had to stand in line. Would definitely recommend!
I was traveling and forgot to bring important presentation document with me. Luckily I found this store. The associates there were very friendly and helped me with my printing and binding needs. The finished presentation looked very professional. Thank you so much for being there.

Paid $300 for next day air. The package took 4 days to arrive. When I asked about a partial refund, as I felt that I should only be charged for the service I received (4 day shipping), I was told that they dont honor the guaranteed shipping at this time due to Covid. This company will take your money and then make you take whatever they feel like giving you. I wont make that mistake again. (Update) So, the owner says theres nothing they can do. I have a suggestion. When people purchase a service from you, tell them up front that you cant guarantee the service. Dont just take their $300 dollars and then give them whatever service you feel like. There are no signs, no notifications, and your salesperson never advised me that you couldnt guarantee overnight delivery. You made me think that it was guaranteed when you took my money, and then laughed at me when I walked out the door.
My favorite UPS store. Their customer service is knowledgeable, professional, fast, and friendly. I have a great experience every time I go to this store. P.S. Shree deserves a raise.
I’ve been here twice within the week only to be helped by the same rude staff person. I had unpleasant experiences because I feel like I’m inconveniencing the person working when I simply want to pick up my package and twice I’ve been berated. It’s to the point where moving forward I will go to other locations to take care of my package handling needs.
Excellent staff and amazing work. I have needed things printed or mailed at the last minute multiple times and the UPS store in superior has always come through. I would recommend anyone use this store for printing. The owner and staff have amazingly high standards and will not hand out a bad product.Thank you!
Was told it would be a half hour wait until they could scan my item, an Amazon return that takes 30 seconds to process. If you have a customer taking a half hour maybe they can step aside for one minute so the rest of the world can go about their day?
This location is very convenient; theres always parking in the lot, 2 spots reserved specifically for the UPS store.Theres rarely ever a line whenever I go, but if there is, its a short wait. The staff is super friendly as well.The notary service was easy too!

From the excellent customer service with all of the employees to recommendations for correct boxes for shipping and a host of printing options the UPS store is somewhere I will go time and time again.

All I needed was to print off some documents and I suffer from dyslexia so I kept getting the email wrong. The guy at the counter, instead of offering to help or at least being polite about it, kept correcting me in a snarky way. Even though I apologized for the errors because of my dyslexia. I wouldnt have minded letting him type the email in for me, he could have just asked instead of being really rude. I was admittedly rude back, but this was only after one or two snarky corrections to my mistake. He also told me there was only one S in the email, then got rude with me and told me there was actually two.
My packages get to where they are supposed to go, but some of the employees really let you know they do not want to be there. Leaves a bit of a bitter feeling.
