Heather is an amazing person! She helped me with every question I had and showed me everything in detail that wasnt difficult to understand! Will definitely rent from there again!

We went there to check out the pods for moving. The young man Antonio was outstanding in customer service. Quote honestly I find lately when people are working they act as if you are bothering them to ask questions or to need help. This was the opposite response I got from Antonio. I had to speak up because there is so much negativity online and when something or someone goes above and beyond I like to spread the word. If I had a company I would hire this guy in a minute. Thanks again and keep up the good work !

Bad place tried to apply for job sign say apply within employee inside application is online only. I checked their sign it says apply within . I need a job not a hard time

Depending on the mood of the manager that day determines how your visit will be. After having our Uhaul certified 4 letter combo lock ( purchased from that store ) effed with by someone, she told me I had to bring a locksmith to cut my own lock off so I Dont Damage Her Door . So I asked if she could check the cameras and then she informed me that they do not have cameras on their storage space because its under construction . Yet there is cameras in the office and outside. Maybe they shouldnt offer storage units that are advertised as 24 hour camera security then.

Well it was good until today when I went to my storage unit and found all my stuff covered in sawdust, apparently they were working on their ceilings and didnt cover the tops of the storage units, well some of them they did but not mine..The people here are very nice and Ive had no other issues but this one really upsets me..I pay alot of money to have my belongings stored in a safe clean environment and I will not settle for anything less !! We will see what happens next..Update to follow !!

Very unprofessional. I had reservations for Satuday at 4pm and they called me Friday at 1pm saying that they dont have the trailer I made a reservation for so I have to drive 12 miles and pick it up at 1pm. So they were trying to get me to come earlier (I am coming from out of state so that was impossible) and I called the 12 mile away location and they didnt even have the trailer I made a reservation for. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Completely ruined my moving plans and made me spend 100$ more on a larger trailer that I have to pick up tomorrow 3 hours away from there.

Do not rent from here. I had a mobile check in appointment at 8:30 AM and I get there only to find that the truck was never set aside for me. So I called the 1800 number and she told me to just wait until 9 for them to open so they could give me my truck. It’s 9:15 and no one is there. So I call the 1800 number AGAIN and she said to just keep waiting. The general manager finally showed up and I got my truck. But I was late to work as I did not get the truck until 9:25. It was a huge pain. So they offered to give me a 50 dollar credit that I still haven’t received. They sure as heck will be hearing from me.
