Came to Erie for a 2 week training session and brought the family. When we left and got home my daughter informed us she left her stuffed animals at the hotel. I called the hotel and they in turn had Erie pack and ship package up the animals for me. Barb called me to tell. Me she was sending them out. I asked her to change the address as we where actually moving to Erie. She held on to them for almost 2 weeks. My daughter was excited when we finally met barb and retrieved the animals. Erie pack and ship didnt have to go above and beyond like they did but it was greatly appreciated.

Love this store. Get ALL your packing and shipping needs at this one stop shop. They do notary service and service USPS, FedEx and UPS. They find you the best prices for your shipping and have the best customer service. I always feel like family here.

There is no other place in Erie like this one. I find it super helpful to be able to go to one place and ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS. had something with each carrier one day and found this place super convenient. The UPS, and FedEx labels were pre-paid but I had to pay for the USPS package. For a 9oz package, I paid $10 and some change. Fast forward 10 days, the package was returned to me because even though I put the address on the package, the representative at the store didnt put the right address on the label, or even a valid address for that matter. I called the store and the owner lady was very kind and offered to send it for me so it would get to the person as soon as possible. However, because it was intended for Valentines day I declined and did get my money back. If I were in a situation where I had prepaid labels for multiple carriers I would probably go back. But if I am paying for the postage I would go directly to USPS. I did a shipping estimate and the same package would only cost $5.40 had I went to the post office. So for the convenience I paid a 50% markup.

I have used Barb and Curt NUMEROUS times and they ALWAYS come thru. They are very helpful and are very appreciative of the business. They have shipped frozen items and they get to the destination still frozen. There is nothing they can’t do. They are honest and straightforward. Thanks Barb and Curt for all you do.

The folks at Erie Pack & Ship went over and above expectations!I shipped some perishable items via FedEx. FedEx dropped the ballon this end and my shipment spoiled before I received it. They went out of their way and bought everything that I shipped and sent it to me at their expense. If that is not exceptional customer service I dont know what is.

This is the best place to ship important merchandise and documents. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will go above and beyond to help you. They have called me in the past to help with shipping, held packages for me, emailed me confirmations, etc. The service is outstanding.

I am constantly dropping off packages to this store to save me time driving further downtown or having to go to liberty plaza. It is always quick, and the staff are always polite with me. I find no reason to offer the store anything less then 5 star on my review.

These people are crooks. Barb quoted me $110.00 to ship a polo shirt in an package to New Zealand. The U.S. Post Office shipped it Airmail for $10.35. You can get much better prices shipping with the U.S. Postal Service.
