I sent an employee in with his phone. The speaker was not working very well. CPR checked the phone out. It ended up the phone had grease and debris found the work environment. CPR cleaned it up and now it works perfectly. Best part was that they did not charge us for this. An honest company for sure! They will be getting all of our future cell phone repair needs. I needed a battery swap in a relatively ancient smartphone, and CPR was the only shop in town willing to work on this dinosaur. They had to track down the replacement part and procure it, but once they had it, they were able to get me an appointment and do the job within a few hours.Staff was friendly, competent and professional, and my phone came back to me clean and fully functional. Next time I need work like this done, Ill know where to go.

My iPhone 11 charging port quit working!My iPhone insurance says I have to mail phone away to get fixed…… so I called CPR.They suggested I bring to store to check, I did!!So pleased I did!!About 5 minutes and a cleaning has my phone working again - and they wouldn’t take a dime for their effort!THANK YOU CPR!!!I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Went to Spectrum first because I couldn’t hear anyone when on my phone and they couldn’t fix, suggested buying new phone, so I went to CPR-Erie and they cleaned speaker so I could hear just fine, and best part they didn’t charge me. Many Thanks

Phone wasnt charging properly and I wasnt sure whether I needed a new phone or a repair. I stopped by to see if they could take a look at it. I had a dirty charging port and they cleaned it in a couple minutes, no charge! I would definitely recommend and will return with any other phone problems.

Way to expensive for them too not even do the best work! I got my phone done, just wanted the screen but they said all this other stuff was wrong with it so it came to 250$. It was an I phone 6 !!! At first they said we have a fee to charge bc we have to see what’s wrong with it…. which if a phone has a cracked screen, u already know what’s wrong. Didn’t charge me that like they were “looking out”!! They should have all be bc for all that I would have got a new phone! which is what I ended up doing bc the screen was hard to press and would go crazy and start typing weird stuff. Ended up going to Walmart got a I phone 7 for 150$ So yeah thanks

My iPhone 12 speaker didn’t work for some reason and I took it to cpr and they order me a piece the 1st time and it didn’t work so they order a other piece and it work thank god they are really good they won’t charge u like bestbuy try to do me when I went there at 1st but I will go again if I have a problem with my phone good customer service and they are good

I had been having problems with the charging port of my phone for quite some time and Verizon suggested that I go to CPR for them to fix. Yesterday when I walked in, a very pleasant lady who was working the front desk took my phone in the back for no more than 3 minutes and totally cleaned out the charging port. The problem was pocket fuzz. I had no idea. It works beautifully now and they never even charged me at all. Nothing but positive things to say about my time spent here

I had the glass replaced on an iPhone. The corner of the glass began to lift within a week. I kept pushing it back. Then the lower corner began to lift and quickly got worse. Because of the lifting, the phone was not functional and then a crack started. I took it back up there and they refused to fix their faulty work. I will NOT be returning.

They told me one week to fix my xbox. 3 months later they dont have it done, or do they have a timeline when it will be done. They claim they are waiting for the chip but no idea when it will come.

Aux cable wouldnt seat properly, took it in to these guys, one minute later I had a dust free aux port and charging port. Very polite, thanks guys!

Superb service. I thought I needed a speaker replacement in my iphone. They cleaned the speakers while I waited and the intermittent sound problem was solved. It was a complimentary service too- wonderful folks.

I had them repair my phones screen. They installed a screen poorly. The screen did not go completely to the top of my phone and hung slightly over the bottom of my phone. I was in a hurry so I picked it up and left without completely double checking. Well before I could make it all the way back in there, my screen broke because the glass was below the phone. Of course, they are no help at all and now I have a broken screen. Double check and triple check their poor work!!!!!

I made an appointment to have my phone repaired. When I arrived, they didnt have what I needed. I put down a deposit and was told it would be 5-10 business days. It has now been 15 business days and still no part.

The gentleman there helped clean my phone and was very kind and patient.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Literally the most unprofessional business Ive ever encountered. I have been up there 3 times now and every time they should’ve been open per their posted hours. I drove all the way up on my lunch break after calling to confirm they were open to find they were NOT!! Again!! Im taking my business elsewhere and wont be surprised when I see they have gone out of business. And it’ll be no one or nothings fault but their own.

I brought my phone here expecting to have the charging port on it replaced, as it was only just barely functioning. They were very kind when I spoke to them, and quickly determined that the charging port did not actually need to be replaced. Instead, it just needed to be cleaned out. Not only did they clean it out for me completely free of charge, but they were also able to give suggestions and various potential solutions to problems I was having with other devices, despite me not having those devices on hand at the time.While my experience may be somewhat limited, I am impressed with both their knowledge and especially their customer service.

I had a phone screen replaced only for it to be dysfunctional off the bat. It would randomly register touch at the bottom right of my screen, become randomly unresponsive, and the finger scan was no longer functional. Not only that, but the screen wasn’t even in right. Very poor experience. I should have complained right away for a refund because now the screen is totally unresponsive. Do not recommend.

Took my phone in to evaluate charging port issue. Turns out it only needed the pocket lint removed from the port. I was certainly willing to pay for this quick service - no charge. Great service to build their business. Will definitely return for any repair needs in future.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.They do lousy repairs!! I took my sons phone in for a repair...they kept the phone for over a week. I picked the phone up and the next day the screen had come apart from the phone. After paying over $100 for the first repair. When I took the phone back, they charged me $200 for a new screen. The old lady at the front was so rude! Jeremy who supposably “fixes” the phone was rude also. Terrible business people. TAKE YOUR PHONE TO ANOTHER REPAIR PLACE...THEY WILL RUIN YOUR PHONE AND CHARGE YOU TO FIX IT!

Poor repair. Phone screen was broken and upon receiving it back there was plastic wrapper sticking out of the screen, and upon trying to remove, I learned it was wedged in. There is a slit in which you can see into the device, indicating that the screen was poorly put in. Touch sensitivity is also malfunctioning multiple times per day. Wouldnt recommend going here.

Very happy to have this store in Erie! My phone kept making a terrible buzzing sound when I pressed the Home Screen. They said my ringer was lose so they took it apart and tightened it for free. Very thankful for that! This was also less than 5 mins!

I took my cell phone in for repairs to the charging port, only to learn that the charging port needed cleaning as it was packed with lint. They provided prompt and courteous service and cleaned the charging port for free. I highly recommend their service to anyone needing cell phone repairs.

I thought my nearly 3 year old Samsung galaxy s8 needed either a factory reset or another phone. It was limited to calling and texts I couldnt get online. The woman at the desk quickly knew that the phone shut down as the Maximum Battery was running high. I have been streaming while biking and walking almost daily. No charge and told me how to fix if it does it again. Thanks and Ill probably stop in to backup everything since the phone will burn out eventually.

Highly recommend!!!I had an issue with my moto z play battery. It was swelling so badly that my screen lifted off my phone. I called and asked about fixing it and they ordered me a battery and swapped them out, and fixed the screen. I later discovered a fuzzy must have snuck in between under the front facing camera lense. So I called to see it they would help my fix that as well and they did with no problem. My phone battery works great and my camera lense is now fuzzy free. They were very helpful and very nice workers. We will definitely be bringing any future repair to here! Thank you guys so much!!!

Smashed my screen to a million pieces. Made an appointment online and went in and was served right away. Took 60 minutes and $95 for an iPhone7 and the screen looks new out of the box. The woman working the front end was exceptionally nice and very professional. Yes they ask for your passcode but only to run through their 15 item checklist to make sure every thing else was working.

They could never give me a straight answer if they could fix my console or not. It’s been 3 weeks since I dropped it off and still waiting. The guy who works on them went on vacation a couple days after I took it but didn’t think to call and tell me that. Every week I call they tell me it’s gonna be another week until he’s back. It was originally just supposed to be for a week but turned into 4 weeks possibly longer. I can’t even pick it up because he left it disassembled when he left which seems really unprofessional. Might just buy a new console at this point.

Phone charging port and ringer was not working. Technician reviewed and found lint in charging port and silence button. Within a few minutes phone was working correctly. Did not charge for the service. Will use them for future repairs.

The technicians at CPR did an outstanding job in repairing my cell phone, at a reasonable price. When I brought the phone to them, I thought it was beyond repair, and now its like a new phone.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I got a new phone battery. They even helped with my tempered glass protective cover!

The issue I had is not repairable and the had me choose to attempt a maybe fix, it might cause more harm or put it back together. I choose to put it back together. They spent time on it and didn’t even charge me!

Amazing customer service! I was having an issue with my home button on my iPhone not working had been to two stores before cpr and they got me right in and it was fixed before the time was up! I highly recommend them and will use them for further issues with our phones.

So glad we decided to stop by to get my daughters iPhone looked at and repaired. We don’t have warranties on our phones and Apple would have charged us far more for a minor phone repair. Their hours are limited which makes it difficult to get in, but they are quick at servicing broken screen protectors.

The service was too slow. When leaving my ipad there for screen repair they told me it would be one or two days. After one week it was still not done,I had to pick it up and take it elsewhere. It meant two worthless trips to Erie, wasted time, energy and gas. VERY disappointing.

We needed to get my sons screen replaced. They were able to fix the screen in about 30 minutes! Great work and very knowledgeable!

Staff seems knowledgable but their prices are a little high. Ended up going with a different local repair shop that was nearly half the cost CPR wanted.
