Not good service. Female manager rude, young male staff member was at least nice. We have lots of dropped calls. We recently lost our service for 5 days. There was no credit. My husband and I were told to call 611. That associate was friendly had broken English, kept me on the phone 30 minutes and still didnt resolve my issues with My Cricket and resetting password!!

Was sold a data card unnecessarily for a hotspot when all they had to do was enable my phone. They now dont have a record of my transaction and the card they sold me was blank.Unacceptable!Love my cell service (have had it for 10+ years) and have never had an issue before, but have tried to sort my hotspot issue out for months to now be told I was sold a blank sim card and they wont do anything about it.Beyond disgusted!

Used to work right next door to this store, and used to love hanging with their employees: wasnt long til I was a customer myself. Have seen the ins and outs of the store for years and absolutely love these guys. Ive had nothing but fantastic, friendly service going into years now, with different employees at that. My only complaint to Cricket Wireless is they started charging me a fee to stop in the store and pay my bill in person so I dont get to see their friendly staff nearly as often anymore! I was so impressed with the staff I actually left positive feedback and screenshotted it to post here!Also gotta give Malik credit too. Im pretty much phone illiterate for a millennial, and he was able to pick up on that quickly without being rude in the slightest, and Im glad he was also being mindful of the sale and catching any technical stuff I was mixed up on. Watched him tear it up in customer service while I was completing my purchase too!And for anyone that I posted that picture which appears cut off, my full response reads Suada was very personable and helpful during my whole experience. I actually ended up spending ore on a phone than I had planned because of her excellent knowledge of Crickets services and I didnt feel up sold in the slightest. Im very glad I spent the extra money, and glad Suada was present and engaged in the sale enough to help actually make a better decision for myself that Im sure made Cricket more money. 5 Star employee!

Amazing customer service! They made my switch easy and painless. I was able to keep my old number and qualified for a free phone. The only inconvenience was having to use my old phone for outgoing calls and the new one for incoming calls until my number was completely switched over which took a couple hours. But it was worth it.

Amazing customer service! I was nervous about switching my service but the employees made it super easy for my whole family. We got 4 lines for $100 and they gave us an Accessory Allowance which we got 2 phone cases with glass protectors, a battery charging pack, a speaker, and 2 Bluetooth headphones! Couldnt be happier with switching!

Price is too high

Came into the store to have my fiance for her number over. I decided to get a phone also and the picked the salesman said it had was the best speakers in the store. He activated my wifes phone activated mine didnt check if the internet was working on either later on I found out that my internet wasnt working. Thinking that maybe it had to wait a little bit well a a uber its cheaper. Come to find out my internet wasnt working so therefore the transaction was not complete there was no agreement because did not get what I paid for after walking home because I couldnt Uber.... I decided cricket wasnt for me. I didnt want the phone or the service so I went to return. Right off the bat the guy was hostile I felt like he wanted to fight me so I grabbed my daughter and I walked out the store and I called customer service because the night before I spoke to them they said I could get a reef full refund. And this guy called customer service and said that he was a manager when he wasnt because the manager was there the day I bought the phones and service and the phone the service sucks the internet sucks the phone sucks. They refuse to replace it they refused to do anything when my bill is up I will not be with Cricket anymore go to MetroPCS they do not treat you like this. Im pursuing this in court and also spreading like a wildfire all any media source I can.

Friendly Staff, clean place....parking is sometimes difficult... And whatever you do dont park in Russ Diner theyre mean they dont care if youre just in or out they do not want you in their parking lot whatsoever other than that its on street parking.
