The employee was rude and had an attitude. I was told that I would have to pay an activation fee of 35$ despite being a customer for years. I went to Walmart instead. Got the phone I wanted for $90 cheaper and I wasnt charged an activation fee. Saved myself more than $120 by NOT buying from an actual Boost store. Store policy to charge all customers an activation fee when established customers can just go elsewhere and avoid it. If youre already with Boost and looking for a new phone, dont buy it at a Boost location and save yourself the activation fee.
