Was immediately greeted and helped upon walking into the store. The employee was helpful and provided all the information I needed for my purchase. He answered all the questions I had, and let me know I could contact them if I had any further questions or concerns. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Went to At&t in Millcreek last night to add number from pre paid to post. Richard was super helpful and patient. He explained us all the deals and helped myself and my husband to get watches and set our account. Best at&t experience we had, Thanks to Richard!

Great customer service! Rich did a great job trying to help me out last minute with my phone. He stayed late to help and insisted that it wasn’t a problem. He was extremely helpful and we got the situation handled in timely manner. I will definitely be going back to Rich from now on!

I needed to transfer my wife from her own plan to mine. We stopped at a different AT&T store and had an expected 30 -40 minute wait. My wife called the AT&T store at the mall and there was no waiting. While transferring my wife’s phone to my account, I found out I can save money by going paperless and signing up for auto pay. Rich was very helpful in getting everything completed!! We had a very nice experience!!

Pearl was awesome!! She helped me out by getting my phone set up and working properly. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment. A very pleasant representative to deal with. I would recommend anybody to go to this store.

Love at&t. Been with them since 2005. I had a representative from the Millcreek Mall location named Rich who set me up with a new iPhone XR and it’s so awesome. He’s also very good with his clientele. See Rich for your iPhone or Android needs!! And no this is not the same Rich that works there writing this review! FYI.

The new store manager Brett Has been nothing but great to us I had an awesome experience having issues with my phone and they solved it immediately and did everything they could even had a phone that was defective by the manufacturer and they worked with me way past close to fulfill my needs and make sure I left with a running phone. He’s awesome get to know the customers personally and will stay in touch with you on a weekly basis to make sure everything’s OK with your account and Bill and you’re satisfied with the service I have nothing but positive things to say about the store.the store manager and the employees their services awesome their deals are super cheap even cheaper than Verizon and my data is amazing So huge shout out to the store manager Brett for everything he’s done for me and my friend I love the phone and I love the service keep up the great work!!!!!5 stars

DO NOT GO TO ATT they LIE and STEAL from customers. Look up the class action lawsuits they’ve lost for stealing from customers.They told me the S9 was 50% I traded my IPhone 7 brand new to them and they quoted my new bill being lower since 50% for S9 credit each month on bill. I signed agreement. Months later ATT back office said employee told me wrong promotion. I called store they lied and said a DM would call me and hung up.I canceled all my services and now brought my boxes they are requesting for DTV and the store won’t take them but sell them. Told me to go to FedEx - I don’t WORK for ATTWhen I stopped at this store in PA the manager tried to tackle me and escort me out the store for returning THEIR product they asked for.Don’t USE anything ATT boycott also their new purchase of Time Warner.ATT is a scam!!!!!

The staff here is awesome don’t get me wrong, just the AT&T Cell Service is pretty bad, we ended up going to a Verizon but that’s just my opinion.
