I’ve been going to Complete Wireless in the Yorktown Plaza for my Verizon cell phone needs for quite a number of years. Since my flip phone days! The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. They bend over backward to make sure you understand them and to make sure the service youre buying is the best option for you. If you’re experiencing a problem, they get to the bottom of it and fix it. Customer service is a main reason for staying with anyone - and the customer service at Complete Wireless is second to none. Today I was helped by Isaiah Williams. He deserves a raise for the calm and efficient way he resolved a billing issue that was Verizon’s fault. I’m a customer for life.

With three service associates there wasnt any wait time. My phone had a dead battery. Steve contacted Verizon warranty for me and after he waited over 10 minutes I opted to pay off the remaining balance on my phone and got a free Samsung 5G right there as apposed to having Verizon mail me a replacement. My old phone was a Google Pixel. I think I made a wise choice.While I waited for the Verizon warranty call two other people came into the store and they resolved their issues like bang bang.Steve also showed me how I could save $30.00 a month by changing my autopayment from my credit card to my checking account, thats $360.00 a year.He also gave me a print out of my monthly charges currently and after the changes. Ive never had this happen at other Verizon stores.Its nice walking into a Verizon store where they have enough employees to take care of customers and know what theyre doing.

I was helped by Isaiah, as well as briefly by other staff members. Everyone was very kind and courteous and helped me immediately after walking through the door. The provided me with the best deals to upgrade to new phones and even printed everything off it so I would know exactly was I would be paying in the future. Plus, Isiah even made mention of the fact that healthcare workers get additional discounts and assisted me to sign up for it. I thought that was particularly kind because he didn’t have to do that.

I like to shop and stay local as much as I can. The wait in store is so much less than a corporate Verizon store and the people who work there and own the store genuinely care about their customers.

I had several years ago rated it a 5. Recently I received a call that I was eligible for a free phone. After waiting 30 minutes, I was informed that he had used incorrect information and that I wasn’t. I asked about FIOS and was told where I lived it wasn’t available. I asked how I could get the code to switch my service and was rudely told to call Verizon Wireless. I think people found out you could get more personal service than from the Verizon owned stores. Now they don’t have enough workers to keep up with the increased traffic. When I get a new phone it definitely won’t be from there. The 2 stores in the upperPeach area now give faster service

This is my favorite Verizon store, I lucked out because it’s also the closest to home. I’ve gone countless times for issues or purchases and always walk out happy. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and fair. Most recently I was assisted by Brandon and he did a fantastic job! My friend upgraded and I ended up with an IPad with a huge discount and we couldn’t be happier!

Great customer service! I just happened to pop in, killing time before an appointment. Steve waited on me and before long, I was switching to Verizon! I had been with my previous provider for over 15 years but I couldnt say no to the deal that was being offered. I was also very comfortable with the service. There were a few hiccups along the way(on Verizons end, not the stores), but Steve took care of them immediately. Any time I stopped in or called, my concern was addressed and addressed right away. Convenient and personal customer service means everything!

My wife pays the bills, so I just realized today that I was paying more than I thought I had agreed to pay, so I gave them a one star review. I give the manager Steve credit, he called me right away and we discussed. My purchase happened the 2nd month of Covid (June 2020) so I think there was miscommunication on both sides. He was working alone, he had a big line, and I didnt want to stick around too long because we still didnt know a lot about Covid. So it was a hurry up purchase. I do like supporting local businesses and will be back. He walked me through what happened we agreed it was just a weird time, and probably a fluke experience because of the Covid factor. I give him credit for calling. Verizon Corporate fixed the issue so I ended up happy.

On this date, he recommended a durable cell phone for my sister, particular to her needs. Further, he patiently explained to her how to use the phone. In the unique circumstances, he even assisted in entering telephone numbers in her contacts and setting up speed dials to make things easier for her. The service was excellent and delivered in a friendly manner. My husband established his business account at this location years ago, and we continue to return because of the level of expertise and high quality of customer service. Highly recommend Steve and the staff at this location!

Erie loves to support their locals, and I am one of them. Amazon is great but being able to walk into this store and have a sales rep immediately help me in a matter of seconds is better than whatever Amazon can do. Product explanation was great. Their knowledge of what they could offer was good as well. What was disappointing was I was lead to believe that my monthly bill would be reduced, instead it increased by $30+ a month. So, ask detailed questions.

Called to ask if they had nano sim cards in stock so I could get my phone set up and the guy I spoke to told me to go to a Verizon corporate location instead because they wouldnt charge me the fee that he would have to charge me to set my phone up. Very honest!
