I came in to purchase a new phone on Friday and I was greeted by a young man by the name of Krish. Needless to say he made my process very easy and painless. Not only did he explain in detail about the phones but he also helped me choose a case and a glass screen protector. He even went a step further by helping me to transfer all my information over to my new phone and he did all this with a smile. This company is very fortunate to have an employee such as him. When in to this store to ask a question about the switching and phone deals for switching the salesperson didnt have any idea what I was talking about. I think the management needs to train the sale staff on what promotions are running and at least try to answer a question without saying I dont know.
