This auto parts store is average, and nothing special about their customer service is offered here. If you need a part for your vehicle or have a general inquiry, theyll give you the answer. Other than that, theres nothing over and beyond the minimally expected experience with this business. Sometimes the employees are rather short-exchanged with you due to their bare bones staffing. Their prices are higher on the majority of their parts when compared to local competitors (i.e. OReilly, Advance, and Autozone). I suggest going to a different auto parts store for better prices and higher quality service. ๐

Customer Service: Below average customer service. They were nice but I didnโt feel they had any motivation to help me. Explained what parts I needed and even asked for help. They were not rude but explained they couldnโt help.Overall Experience: Disappointed they did not have a part I needed in stock for a job that seems really common.Recommendation: I would recommend to give them a shot but they are not my first option. When working with cars and needing parts youโll learn you go to who has what you need.
Adam was amazing. We had our rear brakes go out while visiting Erie Pennsylvania and the Beautiful State Park. We called him from our hotel room and he was very accommodating. Looked at the pricing and even offered us the AAA discount that saved us a nice little bit of money. Service should be the key to Automotive Sales because nowadays you could buy on the internet or other places but nothing like dealing with someone in person
Didnt have my glasses, but the place smelled alright. Blurry guy behind the counter knew he was at work, so thats always a plus.
Purchased lifetime warranty calipers. Both rear calipers have already failed, less than 1 year, less than 2000 miles, normal city driving conditions.To get them replaced, the right rear wrong part number was ordered, wasting time and money.Left rear, the wrong part number was ordered. That was โcorrected โ, only to be given a VERY close match, that didnโt fit. Wrong part again, and issue has yet to be resolved. Thatโs after waiting 1 month for the left rear replacement that I was told would take 5 days.Now feeling stuck, having paid the life warranty upgrade.I DO NOT recommend Napa.
Went in to check a price on my way oht decided to get a pop and the guy had me standing n waiting for a good 5 min while he was on the phone to cash me out...
