I tried building an automobile from the parts offered here & could not complete it, so Im not sure the store lives up to its name.

Got a lawnmower drive belt here. A belts a belt right? They did have the one to fit our tractor. Yay! Nice super helpful person.A few weeks prior went there for windshield wipers to pass inspection. I bought a lair of bosch wipers said they would fit. They would not go on no way no how. I went back a week later after a trip, and explained what happened. Service person tried it he looked as bewildered as I did. He went and grabbed two new ones in box, and they went right on. Cant explain it. But he took the others that didnt work and i left a happy customer.

I asked the guys inside to borrow a tool to get the plate off my car. They were so rude and didn’t even give me a simple tool to use. This is despite the fact they have a huge sign in the front of the store that says they have lender tools. I drove up to the Auto-Zone a few minutes away and they were able to lend me the tools I needed.

Zack was tremendous!! So knowledgeable and personable. And he put my windshield wipers on for me! This is the best customer service ever. This is why I will always go there

I like Advance Auto,because they actually care about their job. Every time I go into the store I get treated like I count and they really care about helping me. Tonight was no different.My battery died,brought it in,they checked my alternator as well as diagnostic the car. Offered to charge the battery and if it will not hold a charge replace it. Drew the sales man was outstanding.He was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your help. I will be back......

I went to the Advance Auto on 12th St. and had this young gentleman named Zach helped me and he went above and beyond to assist me while being polite and professional. So the service was great and the prices were good as well. Ill definitely being going back to that store!!

Sorry to say I shop there once in awhile the man at the counter did not realize that my vehicle came with a flasher unit he was trying to sell me the whole turning signal arm I got it at AutoZone for 16 bucks what I needed instead of $135 it was going to cost me for the Flasher arm not happy

Needed a battery after I left my trunk lid unlatched mistakenly. They will install it for you after you order it online. Good price. Nice service. Buying a battery is a breeze!

Great help and knowledgeable staff. A good selection of parts too, even though its pretty lean in store in terms of stock. Got a battery change and they took care of it right away without trying to sell anything fancy. In and out in 10 minutes. Id strongly recommend them for the future.

Great store, with very helpful staff and most of your common auto parts needs.They also recycle used motor oil, helping to keep our groundwater supply clean.Easy to spot from 12th Street, with plenty of off-street parking.

Got what you need when you need it .

Employees are polite and try their hardest to be as helpful as possible. Most of the time they have the parts needed and if not they can usually get them in decent time. Employees have no problems telling you about the deals online and in store, to save me money. They recycle used oil for free which helps a lot too.

Love this place. Had to get a single socket. They had it. Fast and easy!

I found extraordinary help and expertise that was way above what I expected. Not only that but when they had time they even helped me replace it with tools Advance had on hand. I couldnt have done it without them and I couldnt be more grateful to Nick & Drew for their above and beyond the call of duty attitude. With employees like this Advance will always be #1 by me!!!!

Best one in erie handa down! Staff was awesome. I highly recommend asking for Corey S when you are there looked up almost 10 different parts for 2 different cars vary quickly and super helpful on ways to fix them. Last time I was there I need oil and some coolant showed me right where everything was made me feel like I have been going there and knew everyone for years and I have only been there three times.

I left my lights on today in the grocery store parking lot. Im not sure what part of my brain decided to to turn my lights on while it was still light out. But anyway, it was cold and everyone looked really busy or had kids with them, so I didnt really want to ask for a jump. Then I looked up and saw the Autoparts Store basically right next to me.I guess it was meant to be.They had some very reasonably priced jumper batteries. One of the guys working there wasnt sure it would be pre-charged, but I took my chances and it worked great.The guy who checked me out was super cool. When it was time to pay, and I got out my credit card, he told me I could go ahead and insert my potato chip.

Friendly service and they had the rear brake/turn signal lamp that I needed at a reasonable price.
