Im from Alabama and stumbled upon Roth via Autotrader. They had a used Jeep that I was interested in. Frank was great to work with. He sent photos, and answered any questions I had. We did the deal completely by mail and phone. Very easy. Great customer service. Frank offered to have the vehicle shipped but I opted to use my own services. Again, very easy and professional.
We live 2 hours away from Roth so when we saw a car we liked on their site, we wanted to have a deal in place before making the drive. We worked with Jim, the GM, to have negotiations firmed up including valuing a trade-in. When we virtually struck a deal, Jim agreed to hold the car for us without a deposit. We drove up the next day and at first thought the dealership looked a little dated. We quickly learned that the look was intentional because this is the oldest Cadillac dealer in the US and they still do business the old school way. Even though we were buying a used car (and not even a Cadillac or Audi), we were treated with respect. Another couple was in front of us so while we waited, Frank - a wealth of car knowledge - showed us our car, explained the technical details, and let us take it for a drive. Then he shared stories about all the classic cars on display as well as new models in the showroom. Great guy! Finally, David (Doc) in finance came to us and had our paperwork expertly ready to go. 15 minutes later we were on our way home. This wasnt our first car purchase by any stretch, but it was by far our best buying experience. We love our new used car but honestly love Roth and their people even more!

Car went in for scheduled big maintenance and boots replaced on the front end took 2 days for them to complete the work after being told I could pick it back up the same afternoon. Runs and feels great just longer than what I was told and expected

We have to say that it was probably the easiest and most pleasant experience we’ve had in purchasing a car over the past several years. I would definitely recommend them as your first choice when shopping for a new/pre-owned Cadillac or Audi.
I used to go with my Dad who was an expert with cars to dealerships when it was time for a new car, after he died I was worried because I don’t know much about them and it seemed overwhelming. Andrey made the entire experience incredible, he was straight forward and honest and made sure every step of the process I was comfortable and knew what was happening. I’m extremely happy with the car I got it fits my families needs perfectly and was a great deal I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience because of him and would highly recommend anyone regardless of their knowledge of cars go to see him when it’s time for a purchase.

Nice friendly staff, they clean the vehicles free of charge post any service. The only reason for the lack of 5 stars is due to the nature of the diagnostics process. Be clear with them that you need a loaner and that you are not rushing them on the repairs. They are very over-worked and there is big shortage of mechanics capable of performing the quality work needed on the luxury vehicles they sell. Due to this they do not invest a lot of time in checking the vehicle, instead if the issue does not present itself on initial inspection they will send you home with minimal charge for checking. I recommend being very clear and requesting to ride along for the diagnostic test drive. You might feel a bit awkward but it WILL save you from getting upset. I have flipped on them before, THANKFULLY KEVIN took me back, and felt bad after shopping around and hearing the trouble they are having with keeping the flow going. I got a loaner for 2 weeks and my work was eventually covered under warranty...THANKS AGAIN KEVIN YOURE THE BEST !
I needed some repairs done on my vehicle, and I took it to Roth Cadillac’s body shop. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and very friendly. We just got the car back today and it looks awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs :)

Wonderful Service Department! A family member was traveling under military orders along the east coast. His Audi had multiple warning dash lights come on in NC, MD & NY. Tried to get an appointment at other Audi service dealerships and make his required check in at CT. Roth Cadillac Audi of Erie PA squeezed him in and fixed problems left uncorrected or created by other Audi dealers. THANK YOU Roth!
I drove ten miles to give them mail that was delivered to me, it was an insurance check. Im obviously limping, along with respiratory issues. Not even a thank you, they were more interested in me not putting on my mask. Jerks
Had an issue with the body shop manager by the name of Dan he was very rude unprofessional and kept on lying to me saying the car would be done at the end of the week like on a Thursday or Friday and kept saying the parts havent came in or they sent the wrong part it goes to show you that they dont have interest in getting the job done or want your business I will never be your customer again

Have been servicing my vehicle here for 2.5 years. Communication is weak, though the repairs and maintenance have been acceptable. I have always had to initiated the calls to check on the status of service. This most recent visit went from an estimated 3 to 4 hours, to 3 days. While I now understand the whys, I had to continually call for status. I never did meet with the service rep. any of the times I was in. The counter person, Hunter was a font of information though. He answered all my questions thoroughly and looked into any issues for me. The service rep. had even authorized an inspection that I did not request and did not want performed. It generated a $50 charge that I did not want to undertake as I am moving from the area and will have to have it reinspected in another state in 2 weeks. Hunter offered to remove the fee but I declined as it was too time consuming and I have been without my car for too long. This is the Erie areas only Cadillac choice but I would only consider it mediocre.
I thought taking my STS to the local Cadillac dealer for service would be the way to treat it right. These guys replaced 5 wheel bearings (yes 5) in my car in less than a year, one of them with the WRONG PART - which left me stranded on the side of the road. I towed it to another mechanic, he told me what had happened. When I called the service department at Roth to ask them about it, they told me they installed the right part number according to the Auto Zone parts list they consulted! No apologies from the service department, just stuttering saying they cant imagine how that couldve happened, I felt like I was being accused of making it up. More like Wroth Cadillac. Im taking my car elsewhere from now on.

The manager and salesman were transparent and open with me from the get go and gave me a good price up front. I bought a CTS from Roth this week & the salesman, Rick, was great from the first phone call til I drove the car off the lot the next day. He made it extremely easy & communicated everything clearly to me. Roth Cadillac & Rick have a returning customer in myself.
Poor service, I’ve had my car there twice in the past 12 months and both times they told me I would have my car in by a couple days. This is my second time there now and I was told it would be in by Wednesday or thursday of last week. I still haven’t heard anything back from them. I past there every so often and my car is still out front waiting to be serviced. The quality is okay but don’t make deadlines you can’t meet. Very unpleased
Kept bringing my car and saying find the problems and fix them or at least tell me what they are for a hundred dollars an hour. Knowing I had to drive an hour and a half one way, I still, three separate times had my vehicle come back to me with very obvious issues with very simple solutions most of the time. I mean seriously, missed a leaking pan that I even mentioned as well as a vacuum hose hissing like a turbo. I mean most of the staff was nice, they just dont seem to have a knowledgeable or experienced service staff and I payed the price for it. Good sales side with great high end stock, but wouldnt even want them performing my regular maintenance at this point...

I bought a new 2016 Audi A7 last year in Cleveland. The SD card had to be mailed to me because they were out of them I was told that I could take it to any Audi Dealership & they would help me with it. Took it to Roth Cadillac & talked to a salesman about my situation he went & got Mitch Wells. Mr. Wells ask me where I bought the car at, I told him I purchased it in Cleveland. He ask why I didnt buy it there, told him they didnt have what I wanted. He said he had a 2015 I forgot how many miles it had on it but I told him I purchase a 2016 with zero miles. Mitch Wells told me I should take the car back to where I bought it at because they are here to make money. I said are you kidding me & left. That was my first experience with them.Then last week I noticed my side marker lens was missing didnt want to drive to Cleveland for that so I took it to Roth on the 28 of June. The person that I talk to ask me why I didnt come there to buy the car, Im like to myself going thru this again I just wasnt told to take it back to where I purchased it. The part was ordered went back next day was told it would take about 40 minutes. I said it will take that long & was told they had to take bumper off. I started having second thoughts about leaving the car there because of my experience with Mitch Wells & all the questions on why I didnt purchase the car from Roth so told the person thats ok Ill drive to Cleveland & let them work on it. Drove there next day they had the part on in about 5 minutes. That was my second experience & will be my last with Roth they are definitely not customer friendly. Mitch Wells is very unprofessional.

Roth Cadillacs service department is by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They have a hit and miss approach. The mechanics have no idea what they are doing. Additionally, the service manager Gary Ross is rude and obnoxious. Do not take your car to this dealership. Unscrupulous and underhanded.
George Lyons Owner of Mazda n Roth Cadillac is a rude obnoxious man.both his dealerships did crap work on my mazda. If u love ur car do not go to either of these dealerships.my car still is not fixed. George tricked me saying he would repair the crappy work. When I went to pick it up not fixed he kept my car till I paid him.
