This place is a staple for me. Im here almost every week and they are always in stock. If not, you can always order ahead and they will have it the next day. The service is very friendly and knowledgeable. Devin is one or our favorite associates to work with but all of them are really helpful. Jason is the store manager and is great. Highly recommend for people who work on their own stuff.

This parts store has a much higher price mark-up on their products than their competition (i.e. OReillys, Advance, etc.). For example, AutoZone charges $100.00 for a replacement headlight bulb in my car. Their competitors charge around $90.00. The staff here are short-exchanged with you as well - not friendly or understanding of your situation. Go somewhere else for your vehicles needs. 🤢👎

Fantastic customer service. Put in a battery for me and continued to work with me when the security system gave us trouble because I did not have the key fob. They did not give up and used multiple sources to help diagnose the problem. Eventually figured out how to get around the issue and I drove away a very happy customer. Thank you to Sydney and another associate who’s name slips my mind, you guys made my day all the better. I also saw excellent teamwork at this location; everyone worked together to help me solve this problem. I highly recommend this store to anyone buying parts and needing help to install them.

The cashier is extremely rude. N he seems to be the only one that cashes people out. But hes discusted with his job it seems

I have now used this AutoZone twice. The first time I needed a windshield wiper immediately. I was waited on by Jason. He looked up the wiper I needed and then to my surprise he said he would follow me out and install it for me! He was very professional and had the wiper on in seconds. I could not have been happier and the price was very reasonable.The second time I went in today (only about 3 weeks after my first visit). The turn signal bulb went out on one side of my van. Sydney took care of it quickly. I was stunned when Sydney said he would change the bulb. He changed the bulb quickly and then said I could hold on to the other bulb (two bulbs in a package) or I could change the other turn signal since the bulbs last the same amount of time. I did change out the other bulb as well. The wiper is one thing.....however changing the bulb is a bit more work. I could not be more pleased with this store. I will be letting them take care of all my car needs. Even some things that I dont need, but want, will be purchased at this AutoZone.Thank you to both Jason and Sydney! You made my auto needs very easy to take care of. The price was great too.I suggest you try this AutoZone before any of the others. These guys know how to take care of a customer!!

They open whenever they feel like it. I needed to get a a headlight before I hit the road for a trip to Florida, due to the light going out the night before. Got there at 730 tried opening the door and it was locked. The worker at the counter saw me and walked away. Waited another 15 minutes and he still didn’t open the door. Walked up again tried opening it and he was at the counter, looked at me, then kept doing what he was doing.

Military discount was nice. Parts were in stock.

Sidney was absolutely amazing in assisting me. Not only did he check my battery and alternator, he installed a new battery in my car (in like 4 minutes) at no additional charge. It would have cost me double at my dealership. Everyone at this location is always super nice and helpful. Thank you guys so much!!!! You always give A+ service!!

The Autozone Manager was very helpful. I am from another state. He changed my cars cars lightbulb and gave me the referral of someone trustworthy in Erie PA who can help me in the future. I am thrilled and will be back to the Peach Street Auto zone.

After we jumped started my daughters car, we went straight to Auto Zone, expecting to be told that she needed a new battery. John B. tested it and said it was like new. He then proceeded to clean the posts. I expected to do that. We watched with eager eyes. He shared his knowledge and other things to look for. Both of us will definitely return!

My starter went out in my suburban with my 3 kids in it. And I was about 2 miles away. They delivered the part to me and saved my day. I was over an hour from home. Great service from the commercial guys.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Everything i needed was in stock. The man offered to put my wipers on at no extra charge. Highlt recommended.

Excellent service and support. Without being asked, they install wipers, batteries, etc. They provide warranty discounts on battery replacements if originals were purchased there with no prompting.

First man I spoke with was rude about helping put light in for me. He walked away to help someone else. But the second man was very polite, helped with no problem.

I think everyone has their favorite automotive store and this one is mine. They have a comprehensive selection, very helpful staff and the thing I like the most is that I went in once and the cashier noticed my VA ID. Im not one to ask for a veterans discount but he just happened to see it in my wallet and makes sure I get it, ever since. Thats some real customer service.

I took my 2012 GMC acadia there to get the headlight changed and the guy tried real hard but couldnt get it. In the pouring rain and was super nice. Its awesome they help out like that!

Customer service was quick and very knowledgeable. Answered any question and gave quotes on many products. They also put on my wifes wipers for her, couldnt ask for anything else! 👍👍

Cheap parts and usualy cheap quality to go with them.

Really nice and really helpful staff. Helped me test the battery and alternator issues I was told needed replaced by a mechanic, saved me about $400 by telling me my alternator didnt actually need replaced.

Only place that I go for parts, employees and willing to spend time with you to help you get exactly what you need
