Recommended me car tires for my SUV. One blew out 3 days after they put it on and they said “Did you get road hazard warranty” and refused to do anything to fix their mistake until 2 months later another blew out. Even then it’s been terrible service and quality.

When I brought one tire in for a tire change to put me in front of everybody which. Allowed to do that but he did that because you knew it would have just been quicker to have right now

I dont really like Walmart, most everything comes from China. When absolutely necessary only then will I go. Dont get me wrong the Chinese products are mostly good but them products arent putting jobs in America!

Never again will I ever come here for oil changing at this place.

First time I went was good quick and easy. Second time I got told that it would be a 4 hour wait so I didnt go. Third time I went there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and still got told it would be a 3 hour wait? I showed up at 3 when they close at 6 When I got my car back they didnt even lock my car when they were done! Lazy!

If you are looking to have 2 studded snow tires put on your front wheel drive vehicle, DONT BOTHER. They insisted that I had to have all four done for a front wheel drive vehicle. I already have 2 brand new ones on the back. My vehicle is front wheel drive only. I have absolutely no use for studded tires on the back. Will NO LONGER purchase ANY tires from Walmart. On top of that, they stripped out one of the lug nuts the last time I had them put on new tires then told me it was somehow my fault. It was not stripped when they got it.

The tech wasnt even there when I got there it too over a hour n half to change 2 tires n to tell me they refuse to change my oil bc my dip stick was broke. Took the 25 mins to tell me that. Absolutely will NEVER go her again

Not that I disliked that Walmart, the workers were working but there was not enough help. They stopped taking customers in tires because there was no one to work. They had one guy. And we had to wait 4 1/2 hours to get our car done. And that was with only two cars ahead of us. 😡

It was a 4 hour wait but the guys explained and were very courteous.

I’ve used this center to buy new tires and they always do a good job. I really like the Goodyear Viva.

A 2-Hour wait for an Oil change is unacceptably... because management is unwilling to staff the Oil service separately from tire service.... they have 2 bays and can’t staff the shop adequately to provide service. So I went down the street to Valvoline Express Lube, paid $10.00 more, and was out in 10 mins.... It’s more than worth the $10.00 to have GREAT SERVICE from the COMPETITION down the street and to NEVER go back to Walmart and be told to wait 2 hours.... my time is worth more than $10.00 and I hope others that read this will realize that Walmart Oil Service is NOT WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!!

Very helpful very informative Especially the afternoon manager And Dave one of the tire Technicians An older fella. The tires werent the cheapest Around $550 but the service between Dave and the manager to me was well worth the extra money.

Walmart auto center what can I say I was met with rude employees it dont even have the decency to say youre going to be waiting an hour and a half to test a battery what you wait there for 20 minutes before you have to ask them how long it will be. Its massively overweight gentleman with gray hair and the younger guy so you can understand cuz he speaks ghettos talk and looks like an Amish farmer with his ball haircut and no mustache beard to top it all off I went there for warranty work and they do not have a battery to replace it I would never go there again this was the Erie Broad Street Walmart

Very helpful on tire balance during trip to Erie.

Walked in to get a replacement tire. All I needed was the tire no mounting or balancing. I waited over 1hr for an employee to walk over to the tire shelf grab it and hand it to me. Now I would have expected to wait if i was having any work done on the car or tire but for the purchase of a regular tire 1 hr wait was a waste of my time. I strongly suggest you seek a different service shop if you were considering this one. I will not be returning to this service center; if i could give it zero stars I would.

Had mike car done before coming to erie at another walmart. They damaged my valve stem and the low temp caused it to explode. Walked in and they fixed it for free. Very nice associates. Thanks.

No stars absolutely horrible service no reason why it should take 3 hours to do one simple tire change didnt even have them remove it from the vehicle I went out and did it for them and it still took 3 hours there was only one gentleman in front of me getting an oil change and a tire rotation and not still not tilt up him four hours

Probably should avoid this place if possible. The woman at the desk was very helpful and provided good service. With that being said. I had a leaking flat tire on an all wheel drive car on my right rear. They took the wheels off and said i had an unfixable tire. They quoted me for 4 new tires at 500 dollars (which isnt a horrible price if needed). I decided to get a second opinion and a locally owned place said my tire was easily patchable. It ended up costing me 19 bucks. I would recomend a local place like kerrs or gindys over this. These guys are paid to oversell. No fault of the employees though i feel. They are just following guidelines.

I hated the experience. I went to every Walmart auto in Erie and they all said they have 17 people waiting all the same number very unorthodox

In the middle of an 18 hour road trip and they told us we had to wait 2 and a half hours for a tire retorque. Drove 15 minutes out of our way to get it done at the Harbor Creek Walmart and they did it in 30 seconds no questions asked. Terrible customer service here.

Auto Center is okay I guess I just went in there to pick up Oil although I dont care for this Walmart on elm Street in Erie things are usually pretty messy dirty disarray merchandise all over the floors in the way even though I know they have to put out their new merchandise it does become an inconvenience sometimes this Walmart does not offer the selections as on peach Street and in harborcreek to me its a wanna-be Walmart theres a few different names going around for this Walmart and its never a good one the prices are higher here lets face it its in the Hood in a whole lot of shoplifting goes on there I am very sure of that thats why the prices are higher.

Worst service ever. I was told that it would take around 50 minutes for an oil change.... It took 2 hours. Save yourself the hassle.... pay a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

I got my oil changed. They did not reset my oil light on dash. I looked at the paper they gave me they did not vacuum my floor but said they did. They did not add more air in my tires but said they did. And not to mention it always takes at least 3 hrs until your car is ready.

Every time I buy order tires there because they have free install, they come up with some reason why they cant install them, after they looked over my vehicle and ordered the size they determined...end up having to go somewhere else and pay $18 extra to have therm mounted, so its not Adel after all.

Great place to watch people get arrested for shop lifting.
