I ordered a washer pump for a 2014 Nissan Altima by phone. While stopping in the store to pick up the item and looking over my receipt I noticed it said “2012” Nissan Altima. I told the sales man Sean that my vechicle is a 2014 and asked if the part would work? He insisted that it would. An that it was just a misprint on the receipt. I took my car into a shop to get the part put in and found out that it was not compatible. The next gentleman that I spoke to on the phone said he was unsure why he still sold me the part and while looking online he could see that they were not compatible. He said he would call around to find another part. He did in fact and brought the part to me at the shop. After breaking the car down and waiting for two hours we found out that the second part was incorrect as well. First impression walking in was great but overall a bad experience.
