I reached out to this location for new tires and Luis answered the phone. Im a regular so he pulled up my account, and completely unsolicited, he suggested a repair for a camber issue that I have had for quite a while and they dont even perform this type of repair. He just wanted to be helpful and took the time to explain the solution to take to my local mechanic. The repair was made, my tires were finally perfectly aligned (again) and with the new tires & alignment, I immediately saw an substantial increase in fuel mileage, not to mention tires that will now last longer thanks to the repair. All because Luis went out of his way to take a few minutes and help me get the right fix. I highly recommend making Just Tires your go-to.

We came in with a leaky tire. It took an hour but the mechanic ran several tests on it and found it was corrosion. We were in our way knowing that we were going to be safe getting home. We will be back to get it resolved later this week. Couldnt be happier! The facility was clean, light, comfy, with coffee and water too. Well be back.

Needed set of 4 tires quickly. Checked the Just Tires website. Very informative and user friendly. Then, called the Elmhurst shop. Manager Aries Zermeno booked me same day. He did not have in stock the Goodyear tires I wanted, but he was willing to sell better Goodyear tires for same price. Crew expertly installed and realigned while I used the comfortable waiting area.

I went on Saturday after 4pm and they close ar 5pm. I had a flat tire and they were fast and fixed my tire and did not even charge me. I would definitely go back to them for a new set of tires. They were great and very good.

The guys at this shop are very friendly and do very quick good work. I had a flat tire, a flat spare, and another tire that needed some inspection (was unusually low and thought it might have a leak). I got in to their store only about 1.5hrs before they close and I had only a few minutes between arriving till I had to catch a ride elsewhere. They got all the paperwork and info from me quickly for me to get on my way and then had all the repairs done that very evening so I could use the car the next morning. The fix ended up being so easy/quick for them they just took care of the whole thing. After having a rough day like that with multiple flats, it was really very nice to get a call saying the car was ready and that they fixed it for free. I will definitely be coming back here for any future tire work, checkups, and oil changes.Some general notes:The store is new, modern looking, and very clean. There are quite a few lanes for them to do a high volume of cars. The location is right of of route 83, so its very accessible to drivers from all over. They are open later than most mechanic shops, so if you work during the day, this is a great location for you. Every person I interacted with was exceedingly professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

2004 trail blazer.i went there for alignment it got worst. went back told me tires need to be balance told the it was just done, they did it anyways car still shakes went back again for a second alignment still shakes and weights on wheel fell off. drove my 95 pickup 2000 miles instead on vacation they didnt work on this one thank god .good luck if you use them

This probably is the best tire facility to go to in DuPage county. The staff is always professional and accommodating to the needs of its customers. They have an excellent choice for tires and there warranties are truly second to none. I will always get my tires at this facility. I recommend you pay them a visit if you have any issues with your vehicle as they are extremely professional and helpful.

This shop is excellent! I scheduled an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. When I showed up, I was greeted and shown to the waiting area, which has a full coffee bar, TV, and comfy chairs. My wait time was only about an hour, and the work was done well. Also, Aries (the manager) is outstanding! He makes sure all of your needs are taken care of in a kind and professional manner. I strongly recommend you take your car here.

This is the best and the only place to get EVERYTHING car related done. I have been going here for 4 years, since i moved to Chicago, Aries and the crew make sure my car is running properly from basic oil changes to the time i put a giant hole in my oil pan and had my car towed to them and they fixed it for me. They best part is i feel like family when I’m out there and i know when i drive my car it’s performing at it best.

I made an appointment to have my tires changed on 01/18/2019, however they were able to get my vehicle in a day early, staff was extremely friendly, and even looked at a separate issue I had with my car at no charge. Prices were reasonable.

Just went in for a simple tire rotation and balancing service. Paid 70 bucks for the service and when I got my car back Ive noticed I have the same counterweights previously attached to the rims for correction on all 4 wheels!!!!??? But my invoice didnt even disclose that my wheels didnt need to be balanced... omitting essential info to your customers its the same as lying!!! FYI

Was in a pinch after buying a car nearby with dry rot on all 4 tires with a 3 hour drive home. Less than an hour from closing they were able to squeeze us in for 4 new tires! Very impressed with their willingness to help us out! Very professional and friendly staff that I highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for tires!

On more than one occasion, the manager Aries (Great guy!) sourced my tires and had them installed the same day in just a couple of hours. Best tire shop in the area!I went there for various reasons and people there were very friendly and helpful.I even brought a MTB tire over there to set it tubeless and they didn’t hesitate to help me out, whereas other shops wouldn’t even talk to me.

Ive been using Just Tires for a few years now for all of my tire purchases and routine oil changes, etc. on five of my familys vehicles and have yet to have a bad experience. Always friendly and prompt service. Id choose Just Tires, specifically this location, over any Jiffy Lube or comparable in and out type car repair service.

Service takes a long time. Salesman focuses on phone calls instead person in the store he is already in conversation with.

Awesome service, friendly staff. We were on vacation in Chicago, and car started making some noise coming from the rear wheel. Most other places were closing down seeing it was about 5 p.m. when I figured I had better get it looked at since I couldnt find anything myself. Turns out it was a bad bearing assembly. They had the part in the next morning (luckily we were in town for another night.) Went had it installed and 2 new tires. Service was fast and at a great price.

I love just tires in Elmhurst. The manager is a class act....unfortunately they employ Nicole. In September I asked just tires to swap some tires from a Jetta to a Passat. My next door neighbor did this at Just Tires for $20 per tire - I was with him - I drove the extra car. Nicole quoted me $80 per tire. Wow. I reframed my question and was told - she was in business to make money. Ouch. Um, loyal customer here. Went to Route 64 auto on North and they did the whole thing for $50 and checked my spare. Just Tires is pretty good - I couldnt justify a one-star review but Im hoping this review catches someones eye at corporate and they either fix their customer service or realign their policies.

My ford e350 was pulling badly and out of alignment .Jose and Fernando inspected front end found left side ball joints needed replacement.they replaced and found a couple bushings were missing. We were out of time that day. It was still pulling left jose said bring it in and they realign no charge second time in Aries said camber was out still they installed an aligning shim and perfect no pull any longer hallelujah. I highly recommend these just tires

This place is a sick joke I went there for 2 tires and in alignment and the former McDonalds employee that is now an employee here decided he was going to type up a very large estimate apparently he did not know I am a diesel mechanic I was laughing the whole time he read me the estimatehad me somewhere in the area of $2000 I fixed the whole car for 300. When ever you go to these places make sure you get a second opinion they will to the list price for the parts and then they will call a local parts store they have and an existing account this and they will get the absolute cheapest part they can get and throw it on your car and then that part will go badd in about 3 months and youll be back at square 1 its your money use your brain. I for one wouldnt even go here to turn around in their parking lot to get to a better tire store

I stopped by the just tires on 83 and north in Elmhurst. I was in a critical situation. I needed a new tire rod but also had to be back at school later that night. Not only where they able to complete the job in 2 hours BUT they were able to help me out because I was a student. The man at the counter, whos name i think was Rueben, was a God send and honestly is what customer service is all about. I will definitely go back there when I need to new tires!! Would highly recommend!

Henry is the Man. He always take cares me. Amazing service very nice people great affordable prices for tires and Auto service. They are open when others are closed. Like the operation. They have excellent tire alignment machine precise and great work. Clean location and great spot next to delta sonic carwash. Elmhurst best shop in the area. Close rt 83 and on north ave. they get busy sometimes so you have to be patient. All the guys there try there best i noticed to get the job done right. so people be patient and give them a try all the time.

Never staffed properly. Wait times are always over 3 hours. Better off going somewhere else.

I am giving them 3 stars for helping out and taking care of the main reason I came for. They found the tires and the rim for my car and installed it in one day. But the final price given to me originally was over $130 inaccurate, since they decided to perform an alignment I didnt ask for. I was told they would check for it for free and let me know if it is needed. They just did it and added the charges. When I questioned them, I was told they would take the car back and changed it back to what it was without really explaining what it means for me amd my car. Little bit disappointed.The usual Just Tires location that I go to up north explains me everything upfront with prices and the what it does to my car.Beside that, they did good, fast job but I will see the results of it later, I guess.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. I trust them for oil changes on my vehicles and bought 2 new sets of tires from them about 4 months ago. Had a flat this morning due to a chunk of ice ripping a hole in the rear tire. They didnt have it in stock but by midday they recvd it and change the tire with no questions asked. ( always pay the extra for tire insurance) still had to pay 20 for new insurce on the new tire and 25 for installation, but they explained everything in detail so I didnt feel like i was getting ripped off. Very professional, honest and polite employees. Highly recommend them.

Had appointment for oil change at 1030, told them when making appointment I would wait while service was done. Got to Elmhurst location about 30 min early turned in keys again told them I won’t wait for car, they never told me they they were running behind or I would have rescheduled. Didn’t pay and get car till 1230, 2 hour wait for oil change, no apology no explanation as to why it took so long even after I asked. We have been taking our 3 vehicles to Elmhurst location for all tire issues and oil changes, will be rethinking that.

Went there yesterday tech explained a soon ending promotion i wanted to take advantage but he had no tires so we ordered for nextday. In meantime im driving on a donut tire he called today saying he got tires in stock after 35 min to get there from work and waiting another 20 min or so he says he only got 3 tires there was error. Dissapointed to say least but i called another location even though it took me another 35 min to get there i arrived at after 7pm and they got what i want in stockThey taking care of me happy

The first time and the last time at Just Tires. My appointment was for 10:30am. I got there at 10:11am. I expressed my appointment is for a oil change and please check my wheel alignment. After a hour and a half or so i went to ask about my vehicle. It was expressed to me that the oil change was completed and that they were doing the wheel alignment check. I sit back down for awhile then i go to the washroom. Thats when i noticed my car was sitting outside. The guy that told me they were doing the wheel alignment had gone on break. No one communicated with me that my car was outside. So when i ask whom i assume was the manager he too did not know how long my car had been sitting outside. Then they hadnt even gotten around to the wheel alignment check. Again no communication because he expressed that they now had room to do the wheel alignment. Well im thinking why wasnt it done right after the oil change. When i arrived i was the only one there for awhile. Why stop working on my vehicle and have it sitting outside without my knowledge. The way the building is built i didnt see my car till i walked towards the front. I also asked another customer had anyone come when i was in the washroom they said no. Then i had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes to get the alignment. I left at 12:42pm. Thats 2 1/2 hours which couldve been shorter had proper communication been in place.

Worse shop to take a car for an alignment. Took my car in for alignment. when i went to pick it up while i was reading the print out i noticed that the tire pressure was off, not only before the alignment (my fault) But i was told by 2 other shops that wanted a few dollars more they would set everything to manufacture specs, including tire pressure. well this was not done here. When i asked the guy about it. he stated oh thats just a guide line, tire pressure has nothing to do with alignment of the front end. So now when the tires are set to the right pressure the car pulls to one side, when I returned they wanted to charge me to re-align the car. maybe they should stick to thier name and only service Just Tires i wouldnt take my kids wagon to this place to have anything done to it.
