I literally just had the best auto mechanic experience in my life. I had taken my car to the dealership for a recall and, of course, they found $1,800 worth of repairs that needed to happen - much were due to the age of the car, not the miles.I took the car to Jeff for a second opinion. Not only was he highly responsive, he actually called me into the shop while the car was on the lift to give me his teams diagnosis. He gave me confidence they were honest and we took care of all the necessary repairs that day. In the end, I saved $900 and they earned a new customer. Ill be bringing both of our cars to his shop for any future repairs.

Had a serious engine problem. Was referred to JMS by a friend after looking around at several places. Jeff was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue, took the time to help me understand what was going wrong, and broke down my options for repair. It was a very serious and expensive repair (broken turbo). I really shopped around for solutions to my issue before talking to Jeff. JMS was right in line with other quotes I had gotten, and perhaps a little lower, but at the end of the day it was the care and customer service that sold me which was absolutely above and beyond. I went to a different auto shop and the guys there told me that the screw I ran over was unable to be patched up, and tired to say I needed to replace my tire completely. I had a feeling this was a lie because this wasn’t my first rodeo. So I take my tire to JMS and they patch it up within 20 minutes with a very reasonable price. This is the first auto place I actually feel I can trust, most places try to get any penny they can get out of me by saying all these things need to be fixed and what not. JMS is honest, reliable, and professional. Very nice and welcoming people. 100% going back.

Received thorough and honest feedback about my vehicle. I was given a few estimates for repairs that they recommended and how to save money on those repairs. The waiting area was very nice as well even though they did everything in a very reasonable amount of time so I did not have to stay long. Only good things to say!

Jeff was very good at laying out my options for getting my wifes car fixed and LEFT THE DECISION up to me without scaring me into making a decision. This was great because you go to any dealership and they SCARE you into paying for the repairs. That didnt happen. And Sam did the repairs on my vehicle and he was fast and thorough. Just an overall positive experience.

I was working in the area from out of state and had my ABS light come on in my truck after my brakes started not working properly. Called them after seeing previous good reviews and they were able to assess my truck right away. Had the new sensor ordered and I was back on the road within a very timely manner. Good service, communication, great team, and I appreciated the fact they test drove it to ensure the issue was resolved, good experience, I would recommend.

My HVAC blower was intermittently operational. They found it was a loose connection and spliced in a new one to save me some bucks. Took care of a leaking tire as well. Highly recommend.

In June 2015 I had JMS Auto Repair look at and service a used car I had just purchased. I expected a number of items to need repair, but it turns out some of them were unneeded. Jeff did not try to sell me work that wasnt needed.The evaluation, diagnosis and repair work was done well, communication was great, and the pricing very fair. The ability to get a hold of Jeff and talk to him directly is a VERY helpful benefit in using JMS.I highly recommend JMS - 5 stars!August 11 update: Jeff (and Dan and Frank) did it again for me. Only 4 days before my daughter had to take the car to Montana, it was involved in a weekend fender-bender. By Tuesday JMS replaced an exterior mirror, painted to the right color, and fixed the dents and scratches beautifully. Jeff and his team made the car look as good as new again. The work, the timing and the price were fantastic. I was glad my trusted mechanic could even do great body work. My wife kept sayng she couldnt believe how wonderfully it was done.

Fast service and resolved all the issues after tow. Fairly reasonable and thorough.Came through for me when another repair place fixed my car only to have 3 other major repair problems all mysteriously show up after driving maybe 20 miles. JMS showed me the problems they found and were just as perplexed as I was as to how the trans and radiator could have been bone dry considering the other place fixed a power steering problem.Next time Im towing it here first and save myself the hassle.
