Best cabinets ever,I was looking for a modern type of cabinet and CCC Cabinets had exactly what i was looking for!It was really good quality and looks very nice! I hope to come here again.

Stopped by their storefront to get a feel for their cabinets. We noticed no one was wearing masks a year into the pandemic. Very underwhelmed by their product quality, as some of their cabinets on display showed surface cracking and felt cheaper than others in a similar price range.

0 stars if possible. We ordered our cabinets through a company in Fishers IN. It took about 3 weeks longer than what we were originally told, but given we are in the middle of a pandemic it was understandable. When the cabinets did come in, we were missing one of the middle upper cabinets. They were aware of this and told us it should be in by the end of the week. On top of this another upper cabinet looks like they drug it behind the truck to get it here, and 4 other cabinets have raised panel doors and drawer fronts. The rest are a shaker style like we ordered. Fast forward 3 more weeks, still no change. Multiple calls and complaints have gotten us no where. The supplier we ordered from told us they are dealing with a lady named Violet. They were told there is no tracking number, and we have no timeline on having this resolved. I called CCC cabinets and was told Violet would call me back within the hour. 2 days later Ive yet to receive a call. Meanwhile weve had to reschedule our cabinet installers multiple times, our counter tops, and our flooring. I understand mistakes happen, but communicating with a customer and at least acting like you care about the problem is easy. A simple phone call with an apology and possible path to resolution would have prevented a negative review. A company that doesnt care enough to speak to a customer doesnt deserve business.

Poor company product and even worse customer service. Our kitchen cabinet installer pointed out multiple hardware issues and dings that were poorly patched. I drove out the manufacturer to replace my cabinets, and instead they offered us panels to cover the damaged area. The panels they provided were poorly cut and dropped in front of me and was told that theyre fine and we had to get our installer to manage fixing everything (which we paid him extra). It was so frustrating to see how reluctant this company was to provide us with acceptable new kitchen cabinets to save a few bucks. I do not recommend.

Cabinets are very poor quality. So many other cabinet companies better than this garbage place.

I had a great experience with this company. I brought in my layout and we went over every detail together. The company was professional and very nice. We assembled our cabinets, they were excellent quality and easy to assemble. We saved between 50% & 75% in cost compared to other places. I highly recommend this company.

Wood construction! I gave them my kitchen layout and we sat down and went over every detail about the layout. I did not have any problems with my order like the previous person did in the reviews. I would give 0 Stars if available!! TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRID EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!! CONTRACTORS BEWARE AND DO NOT BRING ANY BUSINESS HERE.First of all I found this company by getting a cold call from a female employee, I am a contractor that does about 3/4 Kitchens a month and decided to send them a layout of a Kitchen I was currently in the process of ordering to see there pricing and try out there quality. WHAT A MISTAKE!! Miguel sent me a quote for everything, price was comparable and I decided to move forward paid in full and waited for our delivery. When the delivery came Miguel had ordered the wrong cabinets from what the layout I sent him!!! Specifically he sent me a 30in sink cabinet instead of 36in. I found out about this issue the next day when my Carpenters were there installing. So I immediately called the company and thats where the HORRID experience began. Miguel accepts his mistake but then CONTINUES to make it my problem, again terrible customer service. I ended up dealing with the owner and on that Saturday morning at 9am I had to drive out to there business which is about 30 minutes from me to get the correct cabinet. The Owner continuously kept making excuses not owning up to the issue and was totally ignorant and didnt care of the headache this had caused me, not to mention my job was an hour away that I now had to drive to to correct HIS COMPANIES MISTAKE. In no way did he go out of his way to correct the issue or show any type of value for customer service. Next he gave me the Cabinet in a BOX!!! I paid for a preassembled cabinet again he didnt care telling me, What do you want me to do. are you KIDDING ME! I didnt want to deal with this from the start, I wanted what was on my layout and to not have to deal with a ton of nonsense and disrespect. I had to pay my carpenters an extra $100 to put together the cabinet he gave me in a box on top of the extra two hours they were sitting waiting for me to figure this out at the property and for me to bring them the correct cabinet costing me a total of $300 for there mistake!!! Also based on the layout Miguel gave us none of the filler pieces which were clearly labeled and obviously needed! His response to my Project Manager was well you should of told me you needed those. Really maybe you should know what your doing as a Kitchen Designer and read the layout, I have pictures and emails from him saying everything is the same as the layout, but it was FAR from it! The owner gave me the filler pieces when I picked up the cabinet, I get to the job to realize he gave me a 30in filler instead of the 36in needed for the cabinet he sold me!!!! Again he didnt care offered no type of customer service his response to me was, Mistake, after mistake after mistake, what do you want me to do?. I told him this was ridiculous I was not going out of my way anymore for his mistake and that he needed to bring the correct items and pick up the wrong items. He did but he took his items and never left the correct filler piece! Also everything was left wrapped outside in PERFECT condition. The owner then tries to scam me and damaged the cabinet sending me pictures which was not left like that! He then took it upon himself to ILLEGALLY trespass and go into the property without APPROVAL!!!! Sending me pictures of the inside of the home. He then had the nerve to send me an invoice for $60.00 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!! after everything he and his company has done he sends me an invoice for 3 filler pieces! Unbelievable. This company is a complete scam, once they get your money they do not care about you at all, its nothing but headaches and disrespect you will receive from there end. The cabinet quality is subpar there are many other cabinet companies in the Chicagoland area with amazing customer service, quality and pricing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, I am astonished by what Ive experienced in 5 year of being a contractor I have NEVER EVER experienced anything like this from any vendor whatsoever.
