I tried working with Monica to order engineered wood flooring. Initially everything was fine. I was communicating with her, getting samples at least on 3-4 different occasions. When I finally made up my mind she sent me an estimate, which I felt was high and I asked her if there was an option that cost less. She told me that she would look for something similar to the sample I selected and get back to me. That never happened. I reach out to her for an update and I never received a response and now weeks later I still have not heard from her.Ive used ProSource at the Buffalo Grove location when I redecorated my kitchen. The staff at this now closed location were topnotch unlike Elk Grove Village. I initially thought maybe she was on vacation or maybe even ill but I still have not heard a word nor did anyone follow up with me if she was unavailable for any reason. This is so frustrating when youre trying to complete a project. Monicas lack of unprofessionalism will prevent me from ever doing any of my future projects with ProSource. I never recommend them to anyone. Im very disappointed.

Thomas Crawford aided me with the proper color grout for my tile selection and instructions for the application regarding the porcelain tiles I had purchased. Ive been working with Tom Crawford at the Elk Grove ProSource for 4 years and he is awesome. He is always timely with his quotes and orders. Any minor order issues have always been promptly addressed with concern for me as the client. If youre considering working with ProSource, I highly recommend asking for Tom.

I really liked this place. It has everything when looking for tile, which I was. They also have counter tops, and flooring. I have been to about 15 different tile companies and this place has more choices then most of the others combined. This should be your first stop, and most likely the last place you will look with the selections they have.

Ordered solid and engineered hardwood flooring through ProSource after my contractor encouraged me to visit the showroom. No issues with the ordering process nor delivery (picked up product at a nearby distributor). I never felt pressured by the sales staff, which was pleasantly unexpected. Alex was great to work with and she was able to beat the lowest price I could find among all the wholesalers in Elk Grove and the surrounding suburbs. I will definitely visit ProSource first for future remodeling needs.

I had a great experience working with Alec and Manny for our order. They were very knowledgeable and consistently kept me up to date on my project and order and made great recommendations through the process. Even when my initial project manager left, they handled the transition to my new project manager effectively.

It was off to a rough start, Daniel came in and saved the day. I made a appointment but was not given a name and the samples I thought were pulled for me by the salesmen were not. Daniel swept in and provided great customer service and let me vent about the poor initial service. Daniel is a rock star! They have the right guy manning desk! If it wasnt for him, I probably wouldnt have considered doing business with them. Thank you Daniel.
