We ordered countertops from Granite Leaders and we loved it! We ordered quartz and it was very good quality and the installation was perfect! Contacted them to redo a botched kitchen job from another installer. They were quick to respond, communicative, reliable and budget friendly. The owner came to template twice! The installation was under an hour and their guys were friendly and helpful. Will definitely work with them again in the future!!

We hired Granite & Stone Leaders to do our kitchen. The store has a wide variety of stones and we picked a very pretty quartz stone. After we had the cabinets installed, the company sent people to measure and cut the stone. They delivered it and installed it shortly after that. I even wanted to have a table top made from the same stone and gave them measurements for it. When the workers delivered the quartz for the counter they also brought the table top. The kitchen turned out very nice. The table is great. Everyone that we worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

I live in Elk Grove Village which has a lot of granite stores to select from ... Unfortunately with so many its hard to decide on which one to use for such a major purchase.Granite Leaders was one of the stores I stopped by to get an estimate.I was greeted by Demi,very polite and friendly, she showed me the granite slabs they had in stock and told me that if what I wanted was not in stock I could go to MSI and pick out a granite slab.After visiting MSI and not finding what I was looking for I found another granite supplier and let Demi know that I would like to get my granite from them which she said would not be a problem.Measurements were taken a day later and we agreed on a price, which I might say, was considerably less than I had been quoted at some of the other stores.I received a text the next day that they had my granite slab in the shop and would begin cutting for the scheduled install on Monday.The crew arrived on time, were very polite and respectful of my home.Install went smoothly as you could tell they knew what they were doing.The granite looks AWESOME and everything, from first visit to install, was less than 7 days!!!I’m very happy with the job they did and so glad that I used Granite Leaders.I highly recommend them and will let others know of my experience.Thank you Demi,crew and Granite Leaders

The experience we had with Granite Leaders was awesome.We remodeled our kitchen and needed granite countertops for our kitchen island and the kitchen. Everything went smooth and great.They have one person who came out and measured it and then another people who installed it.The girl who came out and did the templating and the guys who did the installation were great. I was around the whole time and they were friendly and talkative, explaining what they were doing. It was fun. The whole process was absolutely easy, quick, no stress on my part.Im very happy and satisfied. Definitely give these guys a try. They cut all their granite on the waterjet machine, which in my opinion is an absolute must, to get the best edges and curves cut. Also they will try to do your entire job so there are no joints, this is harder for the installers, but better for you! If you do have challenges, dont hesitate to reach out because they will make it right. I know we have to reach out to them a couple times, and they were very reactive and made sure we were satisfied. They have good prices as well, especially if you are able to select from a piece in their yard. We couldnt (picky wife), so they had us go directly to the source (MSI) and put our slab on hold. They get the exact piece, fabricate, install & seal! Very painless process for the customer.

Complete con artists. Spent a significant amount of money on brand new antique brown granite counter tops that are now ruined. They were poorly fabricated; cracks, divets, and scratches throughout the stone. When I complained they insisted that it was the stone itself but Ive had this stone before and never had these problems. They sent someone to fix it but it was not fixed. They sent their best installer over after the initial attempt who made things even worse. He ground the problem areas and used something so acidic that there are even more scratches AND on top of that there is now a huge dull/ cloudy spot that measures approx 12 x 8 inches that cannot be fixed. If you want quality work look elsewhere.
