Amy Belli in sales was a great help to me. She went out of her way and even personally visited the warehouse to find the kitchen faucet I was looking for and make sure it was in stock. She then physically brought the package to shipping to make sure it was shipped on the same day. In a day and age where customer service is basically non-existent this Company is a 5 Star! They answer the phone, help with product info (my Brizo Faucet) the shipping is fast, the returns process (if necessary) is uneventful. Giving a company sometimes thousands of dollars online, site unseen can be stressful, but this picky buyer from Boston can assure you these guys are the real deal. Many thanks to finding a hard to locate item and assisting in a return item as well. Redoing a few bathrooms and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

We ordered cabinets for our kitchen rehab from Amy at Great Northern. Amy was informative and extremely helpful as we made our final decision on the product. She had great ideas on how to make the kitchen easier to maneuver and we implemented them. Our timing was during the first phase of covid, Fall of 2020. Our chosen manufacturer took a bit more time to make the cabinets because of a shortage of factory workers due to covid. Amy kept us in the loop so we could coordinate with our contractor.. The cabinets and trim are beautiful, our kitchen is more functional than ever and we are wowed with the result! I wouldnt hesitate to use Great Northern Kitchen and Bath again. The staff is quick to answer questions and are very knowledgable as the company has been around for a long time.If we ever need new cabinets again in a different home, we wouldnt hesitate to use Amy and Great Northern Kitchen and Bath.We recommend them highly!

I didn’t like the quality of vanities at the Big Box stores, and the local Ferguson used the same made in China company as Home Depot. I found his company online, and their quality is top notch. Their customer service is a throwback to when life was easy, and uncomplicated. I had a few glitches and Amy Belli was always available to fix them for me. I will definitely use her for any future projects.

I bought two cabinets from Great Northern Kitchen and Bath. Amy helped me figure out the type and colors of the cabinets. She also helped me when I had a change to make to one of the cabinets. I Thank her for all the help she gave me from the start of my project to the delivery.

I wanted to let you know of the awesome experience I had with Joe in Customer Service. I was in a bit of panic because a Kohler valve I ordered from another company was not going to show up on time for Monday installation when the plumber is scheduled. They only let me know last minute that the part was on backorder. Joe helped me figure out a replacement valve. I ordered the valve before 2 PM for 2 day delivery as instructed by Joe so I would receive it on Saturday. I received a call from Joe later that day that the part was shipping from a different location and, therefore, did not make the cutoff for 2 day shipping. He took it upon himself to have it shipped next day to ensure I had the part in time for Monday’s work.Joe clearly went above and beyond. Without his experience, help and follow through, my project would have been delayed which would have had a domino effect on the rest of the construction schedule. This is by far, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms, converting it from a tub/shower to a shower. It was a great experience working with Amy at Great Northern and Jared and his team at Redwood Builders. Amy helped us to stay within our budget, and kept us updated on the delivery schedule of all of the materials. Jareds team was very professional and performed exceptional workmanship. We are redoing our bathroom and needed a U By Moen Smart Shower panel in black. I tried many different places, all said they had stock, took my order, charged my card, and kept pushing the delivery date. This now became a holdup for the completion of bathroom. I needed this part by Friday (today - 12/18).I found Great Northern Kitchen & Bath online and called them up on 12/15. Spoke with Amy and she assumed me that they would be able to take care of this purchase and have the panel in my hands ontime. After hearing this from 4 different vendors, I was skeptical but went through with the order. Lo and behold, it arrived yesterday, 12/17, a day before it was even promised.Great big shout out to Great Northern Kitchen & Bath and their people, especially Amy!!! I have recommended you to my Contractor and will recommend yall to anyone!!!!

Order a part, & later found out Amy didn’t have it in stock. She called on a Saturday at 7pm and said she’d reach out to other distributors to see if she could find it by Monday. Also, stated if she couldn’t find it by Monday she’d let me know. Communication was next level. Highly recommend

We recently had our kitchen remodeled with Great Northern Kitchen and Bath. The process was smooth and professional working with Amy and Kim. Most important - they listened to our thoughts. The first company we contacted was all about changing the kitchen footprint. A bigger project than we planned. Amy and Kim assured us we didnt need that extreme a change to assure a great remodel. From that point they guided us through our remodel. Making sure we had everything on our wish list also with a couple of unexpected items. So we have a beautiful up to date kitchen that we are quite proud of. Yes we would highly recommend Great Northern Kitchen and Bath.

Our designer, Amy, was terrific! She provided great options, was sensitive to our budget, and always went the extra mile to find items that were not necessarily in the showroom. Amy stayed on top of coordination and was a great project manager; materials arrived on time and were well coordinated with installers and the team from Redwood Builders. Jared and his team from Redwood Builders were equally terrific....they are a professional and courteous team who pay attention to the customers needs and produce a great product. Added to this, we were so happy that daily clean-up after a job is automatic, no loud music, and a real sensitivity to being as unobstructive as possible in the daily lives of their clients. The best recommendation: Wed hire the entire group again!

This winter, we decided to take on the project of updating our shelving for our country store department at Goebberts Farm & Garden Center. I had taken photos of shelving and tables that I wanted to replicate for our store. Amy + Joe were AMAZING to work with. They provided a couple different design ideas - gave the best recommendations for the right materials to use. They helped in selecting the best cabinet choices and gave guidance on countertops. The installation went seamlessly and they even had two islands done for our store area as well. This was a project that needed to happen, but we didnt have the right people to do it - enter Great Northern Kitchen and Bath and it turned out fantastic!

We had Great Northern remodel our master bathroom this spring to make it handicapped-accessible (my husband is not in a wheelchair yet, but theres room for when he is). We were very happy with the results, including a border-free shower. We changed out the sinks after we realized what a maintenance problem they were, and this was done with no complaints, our only having to pay the price difference.
