We bought our bathroom vanity and counter top through Rock Counter. We worked with Diana, she was very helpful. Once we placed the order it took no time to have the vanity made . Then they had someone come and measure for the counter top and within few days the counter top was installed. Couldnt be more happier with their quality of work and customer service we highly recommend them. We will be definitely using them again for our kitchen remodel.

We were very pleased with the quality, delivery and customer service. That said...you HAVE TO HAVE MEASUREMENTS prior to MAKING AN APPOINTMENT with a designer. The process requires accurate measurements of your room and time to spend with the designer. You really cant...and shouldnt...just walk in and expect such time and attention. We are really happy with our final result. We did have some problems getting a refund that was due to us, but one private message on the FB grabbed the attention of the Regional Manager and I had the check within days.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! So I got my kitchen from them 2 years ago. The process itself was a nightmare. No one knew what they were doing, but in the end I couldnt complain because our kitchen looks beautiful and we paid a fraction of the cost we would have going through other places. OK, fast forward to today...like I said, the kitchen was installed 2 years ago. 3 hinges on my cabinets have broken in the last 6 months. Today, I called Rock Counter asking if they could possibly send me some more hinges (we live an hour away from their factory warehouse). I would have been more than happy to pay for them. Instead, I dealt with the rudest, most belligerent girl Ive ever spoken to in my life. From the second she answered the phone she was just pissed at my request for new hinges, acting like I was asking her to replace my kitchen completely. She said it was their store policy that I would have to drive to their factory in Hillside to pick up the hinges. I said I was an hour away and didnt understand why they couldnt simply ship them. Then she had the audacity to tell me Look, your kitchen is 2-3 years old...this isnt our problem anymore. I asked her what the life span of a new kitchen SHOULD be and said I thought it was ridiculous theyre not standing by their craftsmanship. Then she kept trying to get me off the phone saying she wasnt going to help me anymore, trying to redirect me to the factory in Hillside. When I asked who I should speak with there, she flat out refused to give me a name. This back and forth argument lasted for 5 minutes, then I asked for her name, and then she hung up on me. No joke, she literally hung up on me. I spent $30,000 with them for my kitchen and a bathroom vanity. And THIS is the treatment I receive when I ask for a couple new hinges. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever again. Ever.

I went to this store yesterday and had a horrible customer service experience. The young man working in the front was very attentive, nice, and helpful. But Mrs manager designer ignored me completely and treated me like dirt. When the young man asked the lady to help me find out prices and answer a couple of questions she acted like I wasnt there and asked if I had measurements. Once he said no, she waved her hand at him to show she is blowing me off and continued to make herself coffee as I stood there. He went to ask her a second time for help in front of me and she once again says she will not answer any questions and went back in the room with her coffee. I have never been treated more poorly than here. This manager needs to be fired because this isnt a place to make coffee and ignore customers. Even the young man got very red and uncomfortable. Horrible woman!!!!!
I stumbled into this showroom after driving around the area just to compare cabinets and cabinet pricing. Wanted to get an idea of whats out there. After taking a look around at their cabinetry and getting a quick estimate, I was pretty set. Working with Rockcounter for flipping my house has been a great experience! My designer/salesperson has worked with me every step of the way in designing my kitchen. I feel comfortable working with them because they understand my needs as someone who needs good service and a competitive price. I look forward to working with them again on my next kitchen!
I am very please with this company. I received the best price hands down from them and the quality of the cabinets and counters is better then some of the places who quoted me much more. The people were nice to deal with as well. I highly recommend this place.
These people are idiots. Terrible customer service. Purchased replacement cabinet doors. They werent right and thats okay but when I went to go return them the next day they told me that my credit card will be reimbursed within 10 days. 12 days later it wasnt. Called and asked about it and they gave me excuses and lies. I chased him around for several days being very nice to them and they never called back with Solutions like they said they were going to. Ended up calling my credit card company and reporting a fraudulent charge. Cabinets are okay but the company is a joke. Trust me go somewhere else
This rating is just for their prices & variety of materials. The customer service & staff is horrible.... 0 stars for that!!! We had a horrible experience when we bought the counter tops for our kitchen from them. Charlotte is rude & even after having worked in the industry for a long time has not learnt customer service! Micheal was helpful & worked with us to resolve the issues! After a lot of back & forth finally the counter top was installed. It has only been 2.5months & the sink has started to come out. There is a gap between the sink & counter top leading to water going to the cabinet underneath. When we called them with this issue they were not concerned. Their customer service rep was not concerned & showed no urgency to resolve this matter. Finally when the guys came to fix the issue they said that this problem would not have happened had the guys installing the sink the first time installed it correctly!!! They seem to have fixed the issue but we are not sure how long this will last. I called & left messages & sent emails to the manager- Micheal & he has not bothered to respond to any of those yet!!! Highly disappointed with their quality of work & customer service!!!Will not recommend this company to anyone!!! Their prices are cheaper but the overall experience almost makes you want to spend the extra money to get satisfaction & piece of mind!!!

Horrible service! If I could give - stars, I would be more satisfied.Charlotte, the designer, did a very well job. She was very nice and she helped me with a lot of things, BUT the delivery of the damaged doors and missing doors and different shades of colors, this is just ridiculous. The manager of this branch, Chris, is horrible!!!! He didnt even try to do anything. Just sorry and bye! CHRIS was rude and careless.First time when I discovered that I have different shades of skins ( white, off white, and grey ) I called them and they did bring me a new skins WITH A WRONG SHADES AGAIN!!!Now, Im waiting for the glass doors missing doors and the replacement damaged doors and the touch up kit and the skins to arrive! They told me last week you will get it next week. When I called today, after waiting for a week, the Manger said You will get after another 2 weeks from today !!!! The total for just the replacement is a MONTH !I definitely do not recommend this company at all.The quality is not good, the service is really bad and they dont care about the customers after the payment.Do you think you could call this a customer service ??I didnt ask for more, this is my simple right to get everything right and on time.Im very upset, the worst experience ever!!!!!!:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::UPDATE:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::02/16/2017After all the hard time, they delivered everything correctly and they came to my place and check all the cabinets. Terrible service from sales rep Charlotte. Rude to my mom on her first visit. Then i went with her a few days later to ask for Diana. Diana was busy and told Charlotte to help us. Well, Charlotte is consistent...she was rude again! Service with attitude. NO ONE LIKES THAT !But good prices. Haha. Sad to say it.

Rude, Rude, Rude. Worst customer service ever! I wish I never gave them any business. They had no patience to explain why they designed cabinet after the cabinets were delivered. They kept telling me my contractor is an idiot and I have never experience such customer service anywhere else.
Terrible customer service this company. Beware and especially beware of Charlotte. I have never been talked in such a rude manner when considering spending a lot of money on new coutnertops. Total deal breaker. Not to mention they want 100% down before they even order material or do job. They also say that just because you set a day to have installed dont plan on that day to be install day. And on top of that they wanted me to take out all my countertops myself and ad 1/4 spacers with pylwood on couple of cabinets for them. Take biz elsewhere. This was blessing in disguise. Was able to get referral to another company with SAME exact material to do job for $1500 less. Only wanted 40% deposit and removing the countertops and doing the spacing for me. Because that is how it should be done. Never go back to this business.
I purchased cabinets from rock counter. My experience was great. My designer was Charlotte and she was never rude as a matter of fact she was very knowledgeable. I saw some of the reviews when I came to tell about experience which I dont do very often, but I was exceptionable happy with there process and the delivery of my cabinets, that I wanted to give a KOODOS to Charlotte. Being the price point you would expect to have not the greatest of customer service and design. I was in sales and it is unfortunate you come across people who like to complain and hurt people when they have been serviced to the best of a companys abilities. I would recommend Rockcounter and Charlotte to all my friends, and tell them not to believe everything you read. Thank you Rockcounter and Charlotte for a GREAT JOB!
I came to Rock Counter on accident looking for another address near by shopping around for cabinets. When I walked in and saw their showroom I was blown away. The branch manager Michael was very friendly and offered to do a free estimate. I didnt have my dimensions with me, but he gave me an estimate based off of some pictures on my phone. The price was far better than Menards and Home Depot. I booked an appointment for them to come out and measure on the 17th. The following Monday(10/19), I came in to review the changes after the measure and paid for the cabinets. I ordered the Liberty Shaker White cabinets with Fairy White Quartz counter top. We were able to book the delivery on the coming Saturday (10/24). To save time, I scheduled my counter top measure for the following Monday (10/26) and the counter top install on Friday (10/30). My contractors installed the cabinets over the weekend and had them ready for counter tops. On Monday, the measuring guy Patrick came with a laser measuring device that scanned my kitchen and automatically sent the dimensions back to Michael at Rock Counter. The whole process took about a half hour. Michael called me the next day to confirm the installation of the Quartz on Friday. The installers came on Friday and installed the Quartz. I tipped the guys $20 and they did an amazing job.Overall, I spent about $5,500 for cabinets and counter top and the whole project took about 2 weeks from start to finish. I will definitely be going to see Michael again when I do my master bath. Keep up the good work guys and you will have repeat business.
HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!!! We bought counters and cabinets for our kitchen from here. Two years later the granite counter is chipped in multiple places. The paint on the cabinets is chipping and the drawers are broken.
I had 5 stars experience with the designers but the management communication is horrible. I have gone four times to design and redesign my kitchen.Four times because mainly either they set us up with an appointment and no designer was present twice. Setting an appointment through the phone is fast but it stops there. The first time I have set was fast and I understand at times they dont see you immediately on the time schedule for some reasons, it happens, I waited ~ 30 mins no deal. Jim was very nice and took all the time in the world to assist me. 2nd appointment I set through the phone, they said Jim will be available that Saturday. We cleared all our schedule that way me and my husband can go together to finish the design. We were on time 10 am. The shop was closed with so many people waiting outside and somewhat irritated.After a while a staff opened the door and apologized because for some reason they had a company party/opening party that night. There were no designers around just receptionist. I mentioned we have set an appointment at that day at that time and it was acknowledged.No one bothered to call us to notify that nobody can assist us. Well the management should have plan ahead of time and just open after lunch if most staff were having hangovers or just close to not waste everyones time. A lot of customers were angry and left, we stayed to let my husband at least check out the showroom. After a few hours the manager came and a designer.The manager attempted to assist us but of course in the end we have to re schedule. Okay, we were still patient. We had to take a day off work to go the 3rd time which went smoothly but the fourth was the worst.I called before New Year day to confirm holiday hours after the new year. The guy I spoke to said they will be open on Saturday after New year with a designer confirmed for me. My husband called me at work very mad and said they opened late ( my husband was waiting 40 mins)seemed like they were even surprise to see him. Of course no designer again was present with some other angry customers. No one called us again to even reschedule or inform us. The manager attempted to assist my very angry husband. At the end we are deciding to bail out because of the poor management. Quick advice, if you have confirmed a schedule with a customer please follow through and make sure a designer will be available to assist after you say you will be open after a holiday or after a big party.
Pricing was very competitive. Charlotte on the other hand was rude and unprofessional. Deal breaker. Sorry, taking my business elsewhere.
