If you are looking for customer service, this is not the place you are looking for. It is a joke that in 2021 a customer needs to go in to the store to make an in-persom payment to pay for a part to order.The first time I called, I was told to go in and order the part and pay the deposit. Once I arrived I was told that the part was out of stock and to leave my info and they would call me back in 5-7 days to see if the part would be available. After waiting 8 days and having to call the store, I was told that the part is now in stock and I can go in and order it.Once at the store I place the order and advise them of the importance of me having my laptops screen the same day. To which they replied it only takes about an hour to replace the screen.I received a phone call today to drop-off the laptop to have the screen replaced and again I mentioned the importance of having the laptop back today. I dropped of the laptop pff at 245PM. When I dropped-off the laptop they told me it would take 2-3 hours to replace. No problem, the store closes at 6PM, it might be close, but not a problem.At 355PM I receive a phone call that my laptop wont be ready until tomorrow due to the technician being so busy with walk-ins!!! Are you kidding me? Just because you already have my business, it doesnt mean that you cant simply neglect it.

I dropped off my Apple Watch on Monday. I was told they can run a diagnostic in 2-5 days. I had to continually call to ask the status. I was told they would call back and didn’t. I called a 3rd time they had a some information on the watch. But I was told someone would call by the end of day with a complete list of what’s wrong with it. No one ever called. If this happens for just a diagnosis then I don’t even want any repair work done. Finally, I called to say I’m picking up my watch because I didn’t need to do anything anymore (especially after 8 days). The rep told me to give them a couple of hours. I said will 3 hours be enough. They said yes. I arrived 3 hours and ask for my watch. They said no one from their other store called to say to have it ready. They still had my watch open. I didn’t care I said give it to me because I just didn’t want their service. You shouldn’t have to chase a company down for them to do work for you. Bad communication between staff. I don’t recommend—-run away!

I came to this location for the 1st time on Wed 9/23 regarding a Chromebook screen repair. Apparently, a new hire took my information, had me sign a contract, and gave me incorrect information. I was told hed order the part and call me within 1-2 business days once the screen comes in. I asked if I needed to pay anything upfront since I couldnt leave the Chromebook and was told no. I asked for a receipt or copy of the document I signed and was also told that could not be done. Ive called EVERYDAY for 7 days to check the status of the ordered part so I could take the Chromebook back. Each day, I was told they couldnt find my paperwork and Id receive a call back. I never did so continued to call back. Today, I called again and was finally told no record and nothing could be done. This employee took my info, signature, serial number, and everything and lost the form I assume. EVERY employee was very rude each day I called back. Price was never an issue as I explained. I was just never told to pay up front; even after offering to pay that day. The manager I spoke w/today was EXTREMELY rude and told me the guy I signed with told her I said I would check other places, which was not true given the fact that I needed the fastest turnaround time possible. Ive waited a week for NOTHING but horrible communication, and lies only to be back at square one after not receiving a call back at any point. Once the Chromebook was repaired, I had an older laptop I was going to bring in if pleased with the service but this place couldnt even get the initial contact correct. Such a shame Im unable to patronize a small business due to their own negligence, poor training, and lack of communication.

Couldn’t give them no stars but I would definitely give them zero stars if I could. I regret coming here they must use the worst Chinese parts that don’t even last. The first screen for my iPhone 6 Plus started messing up after a couple of hours. When I took it for warranty they wanted to blame my cell phone even before they diagnosed it. After checking it they figured the issue was the screen so I had to wait a week for them to order a replacement screen because for some reason they did not have the screen in stock. When I went back and spoke to another tech I told him I had already brought the device for diagnosis and just needed him to replace the screen then he begins to start blaming my device again, I’m not sure if that’s a common training that they get but I left the store he did not want to assist me. I had to call the phone number on the website to a different store and requested to speak to a manager. The manager had me take it back and she was able to find the ticket that the device was already diagnosed with a defective screen. They repacked the screen and this time the screen lasted a week then it started flickering and just went black similar to the previous issue. Horrible parts and horrible customer service I don’t recommend you even try their service unless you want headaches.

Apparently, you need to schedule an appointment to have your phone fixed. I called for a quote and told them I was on my way. When I got there, it was closed!!! So frustrating!! I called and they said they were out to lunch even though they had said they’d wait for me. This is NOT the first time they have done this. I went in March and the same thing happened. I would have no problem if they had a specific, designated lunch time and that was posted online and on the door. Try to be professional please.

DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS HERE! I dropped off my phone (iPhone 8 plus) on 6/6/20, I had a friendly encounter and good customer service from Andres. Called me a couple days (4 days) later to let me know what was wrong with my phone (Bluetooth and Wifi antennas werent working). He advised me that they needed to send it out to the main office in San Antonio, if Im not mistaken, to get it fixed. He explained pricing and I was completely fine with it and eager to get my phone fixed and up and running again.Today, is 7/7/20 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY PHONE OR ANY STATUS ON IT. I called them SEVERAL times at the Dyer location where I dropped off my phone and no one answers. I called the Zaragoza location and they couldnt find my information or my phone because it wasnt in the system. I called the Fort Bliss location 3 times prior to todays date and they were the only ones to answer and help me. The Fort Bliss location is always on top of it and they found out that the Dyer location misspelled my name! We fixed the last name and the gentlemen told me he would give me a call. Unfortunately, he never called me back. I called the Fort Bliss location again today and they were able to help me out and go that extra mile to call the manager from the Dyer location AND GUESS WHAT! He answered him (associate from the Fort Bliss) but didnt answer ME (The customer)??? The associate told me that my phone was to arrive Thursday (7/9) or Friday (7/10). Almost 5 WEEKS OF ME DROPPING IT OFF with no update on my phone and when it would be ready or being sent back from the SA location.I dont mind how long its been, I am just VERY disappointed in the Dyer location and there lack of communication and the neglection of their clientele! This is the only location in the Northeast of El Paso and honestly its not worth it! Go to the Fort Bliss location or honestly anywhere else but TechFix!

Do not go here for repairs . Terrible service.Look some led board to get sodered. Was promised it would be ready in 3 to 4 days .They took 2.5 weeks after the promised date. It was only a hand full of lights. Went back and I was missing a light . I left it for another day and got a text saying it was ready. Come back the next day the light was still not put on. Then I see that some other light that have nothing to do with the repair were taken off from the product. Very unhappy with the service .

They staff is extremely friendly and personable. They take the time to answer any and all questions you might have. Honest pricing, theyre not like most places who tack on as many fees as possible. My only complaint is I was quoted different prices by different employees, but it never became an issue, they immediately agreed to the price I was originally quoted.

I had a clear plex screen protector and they said that with this on my phone it will never crack. I said okay and they charged me almost $50 and the lady told me if it ever cracks they will fix it for free about 2 months later I go back in and showed them that my phone had cracked in the center of the screen and they said they couldn’t fix it without me paying for the screen repair. I asked why and they man working told me he doesn’t have to explain it to me and told me to leave i definitely do not recommend this place

My note 10.1 2014 edition needed a new power board. They fixed it fast, was cheap, and it still works great so far after 6 months.

I took my phone in on a Friday afternoon to replace a shattered back glass panel. I was told by an employee there that it would be fixed by the end of the day. He mentioned there was not a lot to do for him that day, so he would try to fix it same day. I call later that night to check in on it and he said he had finished and the adhesive is setting and would recommend I pick up tomorrow. This was something I was okay with and trusted his judgement. I go in the next morning to pick up and talk to a different employee and turns out the phone is still completely taken apart, and in the process of fixing the glass panel, the previous guy broke the flash/light on my camera. On top of all that, the glass back panel ordered was incorrect and now I’m stuck with a phone I cant take out of the case or it will fall apart. They cant even put my phone back together properly to give back to me, because I cant have it wait in the store for a week for parts to come in. I work an 8-5 and don’t have the free time to be doing all this.To have them clearly lie about the situation, is not okay, just be honest and I will understand. I will not be giving any amount of money to this business and I recommend the same for anyone else. There are too many other places in El Paso to put up with this type of nonsense. I show up with one problem, leave with 2 more. Lowest review possible, zero stars if I could.Go somewhere else with your money, you have been warned.

This the best location to get any fixes on any phone. Their professionalism as well as how fast and precise they get the fix done is above all standards. They just fixed my galaxy note 5 back glass and it was ready in 15 minutes. All other companies were going to have me wait 3 to 5 days. Alannah was my tech and she was completely courteous.

The charged 40 dollars which isnt bad but they told me basically what I already knew is that its probably my CPU . They didnt give me any additional information regarding the issue and when I picked up my computer the metal side of my case is all scratched and scuffed .

I came twice to the store in a matter of two weeks. The first was to fix the screen on my laptop and that was done perfectly and thank goodness promptly! And when I took it home I realized the problem was more than the screen so I brought it back to see what the root of the problem was and they said a program that was probably getting in the way and making it slower. Today I got a call while at work that it was done and I just came in just before closing and it is in PERFECT condition. Just what I needed. Jasmine and Biscuit were so helpful to me. I came in with a virus bug on my phone earlier this morning and told her what was going on. She was by herself at the time and told me it would take some time to get to my phone but she never put me off or put others before me. She was very patient and worked hard to finish on time. When I came back around 1:30pm, she only needed my Sim card and tray to finish up. It did take a little bit longer but I was in no hurry and while she continued to work while I browsed the stores.
