I wanted to get a boost pacakge for my son but we wanted something cheap, theres a $35 plan but they wont sell me that plan. its store policy to sell $50 plans and over.. Bad customer service with no idea how to actually sell a service. Stay away from this place.

I am sorry to say that I also had a terrible experience at this store. I went in the store because I was changing from IDEM to CDMA, which I had already researched most of the phones trying to find one that would fit my needs. Thinking that I would be better off if I saw the phone in person instead of ordering on line, besides I would be able to take it right there and then. At this point I have researched from prices to models so I was determined to which one I more less wanted but was open for any suggestions from the sales person in the store. When I entered the store did not receive any type of greeting instead I got a look as if I was in the wrong place, and on top of that I was ignored both attendants were busy carrying on a conversation. I interrupted their conversation by standing in front of the and one of the asked me in spanish how they could help me. I explained my situation, right away he asked me if there was any particular phone I was interested in, which I told him I was interested in the Galaxy SII. To my surprise and without asking any further right away in a rude manner told me, Ohh but that is not a free phone. which I told him I know that and I am not here for a free phone. Never did I ask to see the free phones. I explained that I knew the store would give me a 100 dollar discount versus half price on line, but I would rather check out the phones and take it on that same day. At this point I feel humiliated. He went to the back of the store, came back and notified me that they did not have that phone in stock. But instead of offering something similar or demonstrating some other models that I would maybe be interested he asked me to call him back the following week to see if they had arrived. By this time I know I am walking out of there without a phone, because of course I am about to explode in anger. I was not there to get nothing for free, instead I was willing to spend on something that would work for me. Now seeing that, the second attendant told me that they had just received the SIII but just as rude as the other one right away told me that was not under the promotion becuase it was a new item and then gave me the price. I just walked out of there humiliated and without a phone. I infact did order my phone on line and saved myself money.This is not where it ends. I accidentally dropped my phone and of course called the insurance, which I did not know it was a long process. Anyway it had to be on the holiday so I had to wait for the next business day. To my bad luck my printer stopped working, so the insurance company suggested me to go to the store and they would be able to help me there as far as downloading the claim form and helping me with the process. I decided to give them a second chance thinking maybe that day was a bad day for them. I called and exposed my problem asking them if they would be able to fix it for me, since in your on line add you promote that you fix phones. Of course they were of no help saying they dont fix phones, they only sell phones. Well okay, I then asked if they would be able to help me with the insurance paperwork again exposing my needs which he said, ohh no sorry we dont have a printer, scanner, or fax machine. So right there and then he would not be able to help me at all, he blocked all the resources. I am sure if I kept on asking for anymore help he would have told me sorry my computer or internet is not working. Of course I did not believe a word he said please what type of business of this nature has no office equipment. There I go again receiving the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. It really is a shame because they have a good location, easy accessa but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No I wonder why that place is always empty.With that type of service I wonder how they still remain in business, or probably it was just me maybe they discriminate and only give good customer service to certain people, just saying. Hopefully this is an eye opener for the store owner.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I went in to ask about my reception problems and the guy didnt even look at my phone! His advice on taking the battery out was useless, i found my self having to go some where else. They also charge 5$ to take my payment!!! ONLY STORE THAT DOES THAT! Thieves! Never going back.
