Just called to get a quote for a screen repair and asked me to hold and forgot about the phone and left me there for minutes. Worst costumer service.As for the owner reply, I already read all the reviews and I’m glad i went for a 20 min great service at Cielo Vista’s Evolution. Great costumer service there. I called many times to still get a quote but never got answer. So I don’t think your answer makes sense. I am not driving all the way from the east side to get such a bad price or costumer service.

I’ve been here a several times and I always have the best experience. My phone got repaired in less than 20 mins, everything was fine with the screen and the problem with the audio got solved. My mom took her phone too and we received excellent customer service as well. 10/10

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in for a cracked screen and ended up having to go back 3 separate times for issues arising after the phone was fixed. The new screen wasnt registering my fingerprint and I couldnt hear from the earpiece when making calls, I had to put the calls on speaker. My front camera also was force quitting because apparently it had been disconnected. I went back the next day and the issue was fixed. Although, they kept my phone over night without even contacting me to let me know what was going on. Now, my Bluetooth will randomly disconnect from my smart watch. They said that is not something that is their fault but it wasnt an issue before. Also, there is now something wrong with my GPS and that also was not an issue before. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that is more reliable, will do the job right the first time, and will actually answer their phone.And in regards to the reply, my phone was not dead and there was no issue with my Bluetooth before. The fixing was not done in less than an hour. While I appreciate the pricing, I would much rather prefer it actually get fixed than to get a small discount and have more issues with the phone than before I took it in.

I took my laptop for my battery to be changed. They gave me my laptop back, buck the the battery they replaced with was a defect and when they couldnt figure out the issue, I ask for my laptop back and a refund. They decided to charge me restacking fee and other fees, eventhough they are the one who ordered defective battery. I beg you to consider your options and not go there. Even if I have to pay extra. I would prefer other legit places than taking it here. I am warning you. Do

Had my phone fixed(Screen replacement) a few months ago, after a less than a month my screen started glitching and clicking on things by itself. It never had this issue before. When I called the woman said it was probably user error but told me to come up there the next morning at 10 when they open. It’s 10:30 and the store is still closed with no one answering the phone. Completely unsatisfied

I shouldve read the reviews before I went in to take my 2 iPhone 5s to them. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO LEAVE LESS THAN ONE STAR RATING, I WOULDVE CHOSEN THAT ONE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!I went in this morning and dropped them off at 10:30 a.m. They said it should take about 2 hours. I called twice about 30 minutes ago and nobody answered. So I went in and asked about my phones. It is already 3:30 p.m. and they close at 5:00 p.m. The girl there said they nobody called in and I told her I did twice and got their answering machine which is the same one Ive heard before. She said that the guy who fixes the phones wasnt there and she had no idea when he would arrive. She was flippant about it. I told her to give me back my 2 phones. Im going somewhere else where there is good customer service, or customer service for that matter. MY ADVICE? STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I just had my too Google 4 phones repaired at Dr. Cell Phone. The first one had a broken screen. I bought a new screen but didnt have the tool to open the phone. I called a few stores in town and they offered a very reasonable price - 50 bucks - for screen replacement. My second phone had water damage. After some diagnosis, they changed the battery. Both phones are working perfectly now. The two ladies working in the store are nice and helpful, with beautiful smiles. A five star for sure!Something to add after one month ... My second phone repair turned out to be terrible. They could not fix the problem after several attempts but did refund partially.

I went to Dr.cellphone to get my iPhone 6 Plus unlocked and they did a magnificent job i was impressed! Everything seems to be working perfect on my new iPhone, they where understanding and had a positive attitude the whole time even kept me updated,Im definitely returning if I run into another phone emergency or for their phone accessories which are very nice!

Make that Negative Stars, I took android cell in Nov.2017,the charge port (which connects to chargerplug had to be replaced)--not only did they have my cell almost three weeks-within two weeks,it wasnt working,and I noticed that a small screw was missing when took the back panel off that was not missing when took it in.Poor work, major deficiency in customer service,repair-real bad when you have to ride bus to get to shop cause they are NOT returning calls promptly. And,to take (allegedly)WEEKS to get a part and repair is sloppy and failed to even last two weeks. Probably used some inappropriate component from Mexico and repair was over $50 for a hundred dollar (new phone). Bad,bad,bad. Rude,rude,rude,and and a pathetic repair.Save your hard earned money and RUN to a reputable repair place.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I took my phone there to fix the cracked screen. They said they needed to order a part, so I paid the $98.00, kept my phone and waited for their call. They said it would take a couple of days. I waited about two weeks and then called them. They said they would call me back. They never did. I called a week later and they said they would call me back in 15 minutes. Two hours later I went down there. They said they order the part but it came damaged so they needed to order another one. So I waited another week and they finally called. I took my phone and they said they would give me 10% off since it took so long, which was nice. They said my phone would be ready in a couple of hours and that they would call me. They didnt. I called them and they said that they broke a wire inside the phone, needed to order one and then they would fix it. So a couple of hours turned into 5 days. They finally called me on a Friday. I picked up my phone, the girl gave me my 10% back, and I left. I go home, try to make a phone call and the person on the other line cant hear me. So I assumed it was their phone because mine was just fixed. I called someone else and they couldnt hear me either. So I call Dr. Cell Phone and tell them that something is wrong with the speaker. They tell me to bring it back. I noticed later that the screen kind of felt weird. It didnt seem like it was in all the way. Then I noticed light coming out the side of the phone. I take it back on Wednesday and the guy starts arguing with me. He said that the speaker wasnt his fault and that they only replaced the screen. I told him my speaker was just fine when I brought it in and now its not working. And the screen isnt in there properly anyway. He tells me its because my phone bends. What? He says hell take a look at it and hell see what he can do. He tells me he will call me in about two hours. FIVE HOURS LATER...I call them. Im put on hold for 10 minutes. I call back and no one answers. I call back for about 11 minutes. Finally someone answers and says there is nothing they can do about either problem. Apparently the receipt that I signed says they are not responsible for any of it. I hate this place. My phone is now in worse shape then when I brought it in. At least when I had my cracked screen I could still make phone calls. So much for making a call during an emergency. I wonder if I can text 911? Yeah right. Thanks Dr. Cell Phone.

Just finished taking my cell phone in (iPhone 4s) for a screen repair. The screen was repaired but the connection seemed to have ruined the phone, the store employee refused to fix it because some times things just move in there and its completely out of our control. I would not recommend the shop due to a lack of integrity and craftsmanship. Now Im out a phone and they will not even give me store credit for an exchange. Horrible horrible experience.

I actually had a very good experience here. I had an old set of Audio Technica headphones that Im rather attached to and brought them in for repair when they stopped working. They had them fixed in about 48 hours and only charged me $15. They work like new again. Thanks!

I have had many cell phone repairs over the past decade that smart phones have been available. I most certainly am sure that this repair experience has been the UPMOST worst of all companies in not only Texas, but also California and Pennsylvania. Not only is the technical expertise and ability of the technicians at this business extremely poor, but the business practices are very questionable. Not less than 12 hours after a repair a late model android smart phones damaged screen with a so called OEM replacement, I had to return the phone to this business for a screen that fell off the phone with normal use. The owner of the company proceeded to blame my family member of breaking and prying off the screen of the phone, instead of realizing that the substandard double sided tape that his technician used to attach the screen to the phone was not effective. He charged us for another repair and new screen. As expected, the repeat performance of the repair was worse. The screen was loose again and had a noted gap and looseness along the long edges when the glass screen was touched or cleaned. This time, I returned the phone to the shop and spoke to the Manger and he apologized for the use of old tape the first time and then he explained the reason for the loose screen for the second attempted repair was because the phone manufacturer did not give him enough room on the long edges of the phone to apply any tape.....? I knew that leaving the phone with him for the third time was going to be a mistake, but I had paid twice for a repair that was yet to be done correctly. I had no choice. I explained to him to please use tape or adhesive along all the edges of the screen. He promised that his 15yrs of experience would be used for a great repair. Unfortunately, my fears were correct, no later than 3 days, the phone screen came off my phone and is still loose now with a partially functional screen. I am sorry Dr Cellphone, I give up on your business and technical services, you are not ethical or competent in your work. Please beware of this company.

The job was completed...temporarily. A damaged digitizer was the problem and once fixed, my iPhone still doesn’t perform properly. The touch screen isnt registering touches that I put in and starts going berserk at random times when I don’t touch it. It’s already difficult to type this review.I’ve called AND visited multiple times to see and talk to the technician and the worker there lies to me and/or gives me a false time as to when the technician will be in.This 15 day warranty they give you isnt worth much if the only person that can actually fix your phone is never there.Until my phone either gets completely fixed, or I get my $70+ back, this review is justified and honest.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Took my iPhone 5 to get the home lock button fixed and when I went to pick it up, the screen was all messed up and my phone no longer vibrates!! Took it in the following day to have then fix it and they told me to leave it and come back in an hour or two. Kept calling two hours later to find out the status and nobody would pick up. I arrived and they told me they checked it out and didnt find anything but I could leave it and they could fix it?! What?! Ok I foolishly agreed and was told to come back 2-3 hours later. Thinking they would fix my phone so it could vibrate again, I left it and kept calling again no answer. Went back and they told me they didnt know what it was but to leave it more time! It was ridiculous!! I took it in to get something fixed and they left it worse!!! Now my phone wont vibrate!! Do not recommend this place, it is better to spend the money at Apple and get it fixed right the first time!!

This place is awful. I took headphones in and they said theyd call me by the end of the day with analysis. THREE WEEKS LATER I finally got them on the phone. I called, left messages, and kept asking when my headphone would be ready and they kept stalling -- and every time they said theyd call me at the end of the day. THEY NEVER DID. When I complained, the owner yelled at me! This people are a joke.

This place is absolute garbage. Brought my working iPhone 6 in with a cracked screen. I was told it would be done in an hour. 5 hours later I called before they closed and they said they had to keep it for the weekend. Got it back Monday evening with a broken screen and the phone wouldnt turn on. No explanation or compensation. They just said sorry they couldnt figure out why it wouldnt turn on anymore and they gave the new screen to another custom. So four days and I get my phone back now not working at all.

I strongly DONT recommend this place.. I took my iPhone 5 to get the screen fixed and was debating on getting the phone flashed but decided not to proceed with the flashing.. well I found out the broad that fixed the screen to my phone changed the password to my phone and was not able to unlock my phone .. did she really have to go that far.. very unprofessional!!!

Horrid experience they will rob your hard earned money. I will not go into details for the story is long and frustrating but the jist of it is that i payed them 50 dollars to fix my phone. Omg ive never experienced a worst service! they had my phone since 7/6/12 and today its 8/15/12, it has been over a month! i had to keep calling them several times to see how my phone was and everytime i called they would say that they had to order a different part. Today i just called them and they said you didnt get a call? we cant fix the phone They never ever called me even though they claimed that they did. He said i didnt have to pay for anything. im not even sure if my phone is working anymore he said he would call me in 30 mins to see if it was working, well see about that. He said the brain was messing up and it was getting worse and worse. My phone was working perfect the screen had just cracked and thats it. Dont ever go there EVER!!! go through insurance instead of going to pay these frauds its just a waste of time they make things worse then it was.

Toooo expensive, the parts are not half of what they sell their parts even the OEM. They are definitely taking advantage of El Paso. Go somewhere else or send your phone out of town. Dr. cell phone needs to know that El Paso will not be taken advantage of especially those who cant afford it!!

Worst place ever they fixed my phone and gps they both worked for a 1 or two took back very shady work they dont know what they are doing. Fixed again and still only worked for a day. Will never take anything or recommend. Rip off

Do not go here as they dont fix your cellphone as they claim. I got mine back with the digitizer not working properly after spending more than a hundred thirty dollars. I rather buy a used cellphone elsewhere.
