The customer service representative was extremely helpful. I had a curbside pick up order that I had placed less than a day prior. There was a customer that was slightly bothered by the amount of time she was going to have to wait. The employee was extremely polite and offered her options to help accommodate her time frame.

A couple of years ago, I gave a 5 star review. I used to love going to this location, even though we live closer to Las Cruces. This time was very different. We visited the store on March 5, because my phone was getting hot and shutting off constantly, we had insurance so we went to get info on the procedure for replacing phone, we got the worse rep, his name is Isaak, he had no clue what he was doing, gave us false info and tried to sell us another phone, once we told him we were just wanting to replace, he became unhelpful. Went again on March 12 to ask why we had not received our replacement, again we got the same rep, he said that on our account it said that the phone was out of stock and our request was still pending. Went back on March 16, after getting messages that we needed to send our defective phone back or we would be charged but WE HAD NOT RECIEVED OUR PHONE! We were helped by the manager Monica who looked into our account and told us our phone had been delivered on March 7, to our PO Box! Our phones had never been delivered to our PO Box, when I asked her about the misinformation Isaak had given us, she said she didnt know that maybe he got confused Her demeanor was rude, Needless to say, our phone was in our PO Box!!! I dont think Ill be back to that location!!

Must admit that on a couple of visits, I have had to wait around 10 minutes to speak to salesperson. However, everyone is always so patient and so nice as they answer all my questions. I have been with ‘‘tis company for over 25 years and always had good service .

5 stars for the 1 guy working really hard. I tried calling before hand to see if they had a pqysite kiosk. No one answered. We went anyways and see the kiosk had an out of order sign. The 1 guy working really hard heard i was annoyed and though he was helping another customer he helped me really quickly too. Paid and on my way out I noticed 2 other employees just standing behind a desk. Didnt look like they were helping anyone. Thats how it seamed. Anyways thank you for your great job. Wish I got your name. Thank you for all of your help.

Within the last 3 months I had gone in there twice because I was told over the phone long distance customer care service that we qualify with the edge. Boy arent we on the same page. When I got there they told me totally the opposite. I did not qualify. Not to mention they told me I had to wait 1 hour for someone to help me. I dont know what happened to them recently. They used to be pretty good in trying to help you out There customer service stinks. So we went to t mobile where we were helped almost immediately. They told us that they would pay our termination fee at Verizon which we gladly accepted. Thank you t mobile for caring for us. Im very disappointed at Verizon as they let us down. The employee at Verizon did apologize but could not do anything about it.

Business account manager was incredibly rude, she acted like assisting me was a burden. I wont give this branch an ounce of my business in the future, I filed a complaint with corporate about how terrible the service was. Ill conduct all my future purchases, etc online. They need to stop hiring 24 year old females with skinny jeans and bad attitudes!!! Thank goodness they opened another branch in the upper valley! I recently purchased a charger over there and it was seamless. Buyer BEWARE of bad service, bad attitudes, and long waits. Do yourself a favor and go to the new branch off Desert Blvd or go online. This place only delivers frustration and nothing more! I would give negative stars if I could!!!

Went in to purchase an Apple Watch and was blatantly LIED to saying the series 3 watch doesn’t take pictures or make phone calls like a series 4 watch does. The sales lady pushed me into getting the series 4 watch saying it would be only $1 more a month than a series 3 and it had these extra features that series 3 doesn’t have. My nephew who has the series 3 watch said his makes phone calls and the representative said “because you have a sports watch”. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m sure they’re all the same. Embarrassing to say, I was hustled. The next day I went to another Verizon store and returned the watch I purchased for the watch I wanted (series 3) and ended up getting refunded the $42 tax fee I had paid the day before and in the long run saved $160. I understand making commission is the way to make money but LYING to your customers is not.

This is literally THE WORST store I have ever been to, not cell phone store, worst store in general. Every time Ive been there its always the same story, at least an hour wait and when they finally get to helping you, its not really seen as help, more of an inconvenience to the staff. Heaven forbid a communications company would actually pick up their telephone, as well, as calling the store is just as useless. Im so glad the Mesa location by UTEP is open now, they seem to be capable of basic customer service. Save your time and go there, at least they might be worthy of your commission.

I went today to the Verizon store to get my new cell phone activated. I got a great deal at Samsung. com. The person who was helping me was angry when I told him I didnt buy the phone through Verizon. He did his job, I got the phone activated but he didnt even ask me if I needed anything else, for example help transferring all my information. I am not going back at that store in Sunland Park anymore, it is not the first time that employees are rude

My phone broke down, so I went to this store to see if theres anything they could do to repair it or replace it.Even though I got there at 7:55 (the store closes at 8), the lady that greeted me was very friendly, tried to see what was wrong with my phone and determined that I was eligible for a warranty replacement.I was offered multiple shipping alternatives (from free 5 day to overnight delivery) and I settled for 2 day shipping ($7.50).She was very patient, attentive and very helpful. She didnt try to oversell anything.So, even though it was unfortunate that my phone broke, it was great to have such a nice experience at the store.

Worst Service I had ever experienced in my life. They lie to you so you can get the buy one get one feee devices and they want to increase your line by $100 plus charge you the free device. The free device was a present, so the manager Mayra from 1800 advice me to return the device if I didnt wanted to go unlimited. So basically taking my daughter Christmas present away. Since day 1 I had issues with Verizon, expensive and worst service ever. T-mobile is better and better staff for sure plus great deals. Unfortunately I have to click on a star, because they dont even deserved one.

I entered the store this morning to have my gear frontier S3 exchanged based on guidance from verizon technical support. The young lady that checked me in and initially assisted was polite and courteous. After explaining the above concern she said I need to speak with my manager. She comes back with a gentleman named Rick. I tried to tell him what technical support had told me and he didnt listen and kept telling me the tech support people know nothing... I then played a voicemail from the representative and he stated theres no way we sold you a used watch. He then explained that I was beyond the 14 day return policy and I will not exchange it... I asked if someone else could help me as he and I were not connecting. He said no its me or no one... He started to grab my phone and I asked him to not touch my phone. He said Im done you need to leave... He asked would you like my card and I said absolutely. I asked ro speak to his supervisor and he said Im the manager. He then goes you know you dont need my card my name is Rick. In fact Im going to escort you to the front door as you are trespassing now. Terrible example of leadership and poor listening skills..... Ill make sure everyone I know heres of my experience...

Staff is misleading, rude and unapologetic about their shady actions. I had a 3 day ordeal made me go back to the store twice and got no where. First day i was there for several hours. The second time i was back to the store, i was first helped by an associate. He was at first nice then left me standing there waiting for half an hour and went to another customer like i did not matter. Never in my life had i been treated so nasty by anyone. Two other people stepped in to help which i appreciate but again the problem wasnt fixed after i was told different stories from customer care when i called and the store. I had moved from AT&T to them. Their lack of action and lies and rudeness made me not walk but RUN back to AT&T.

Spoke with a Verizon rep on the phone after transferring my SIM card from a broken, terrible, Verizon tablet, to an old Nokia 735 I had. The phone CSR was trying to activate voice (I had data) and text but ended up deactivating the data. He apologized and said a corporate store would get me a SIM card to use with my phone.I arrived a few minutes after 8 at the Sunland Park Store, 20:10, on 7/19/17, and spoke through the door explaining to the store closing manager that the phone CSR directed me here. He said he couldnt let me in. I replied, Dont you have to let her out? pointing to a single remaining customer in the store. He said yeah but he cant help me.This guys apparently doesnt take his job seriously nor the notion of customer service seriously. Pathetic. While in college I worked at a Radio Shack and sold cell phones longer before this guy and if a customer came after closing, say from another store with a brief request, we would have helped them out.

This Verizon store has disappointed us time and time again. Yesterday I purchased a brand new iPhone along with a case and a very expensive screen protector. The associated assisting us placed the screen proctector and sent us on our way. This morning I noticed air bubbles forming under the protector so I returned to the store for assistance. The new associate attempted to reset the screen protector only to hand me back my phone with worsened air bubbles. She then stated that I should take my phone home and try using a blow dryer to fix the problem. She explained that Verizon doesnt guarantee that the screen protectors will be installed properly. She then recommended that we contact the Zagg company that manufactures the screen protector and use the warranty. We then requested the managers assistance. The manager peeled the damaged screen protector off and handed me a replacement screen protector and said you can do it yourself. Now frustrated I explained to the manager that I chose the purchase the screen protector through Verizon instead of Amazon where they are much cheaper in order to have an experienced person place the protector. The manager then replyed that I can take it to Best Buy and pay $50 to have them place it. I then drove to the Verizon retailer on mesa and I-10 and received customer service that was unparalleled compared to the sunland park store. Do yourself a favor and avoid the sunland park store.

This place was excruciatingly rude, I thought talking to the manager would help and that just made things worse. I was talked down upon by one of the co-workers who kept telling me to not assume anything plus not allowing me to have my word in and then when asked to talk the manager, the co-worker had the audacity to say that he does not recall be-belittling me or saying anything of that fashion. I have been with Verizon for 13 years and never had any trouble, I would never go to this place again.

Absolutely horrible customer service!! Misleading! Manager took my name as I entered and told me that someone would get to me just as soon as they could and that there was also a wait because there were already customers there upon my arrival. (no kidding?)I then watch as the manager interacted with two customer service representatives. They talked about party experiences. I watched as another CSR was on her phone and laughing with someone. She then told the person, okay, I have to go and work. She then proceeded to be the person that helped me. So, after 10 minutes of waiting I quickly realized customer service was not a priority at this location.I had already spoken with Verizon Wireless over the phone and was about to order the Galaxy S6 Edge on the Edge program. I then decided that I would just drive down the street and purchase in person instead of waiting two days for the phone to arrive.When greeted, the CSR asked me if I knew the price structure. I replied yes. After another 90 seconds of banter she tells me and also shows me the pricing label under the phone. She stated that Id be required to pay $179.99 + tax for the phone and then $29.16 per month. The label also showed the $179.99. I asked what the $179.99 was for since online and over the phone I was never told that, she then stated it was to cover taxes for the phone. So, I asked if they planned to Tax the taxes? She said well, ummm, no...that was all included. I was irate and left the store.I returned home and called Verizon directly and was told that they had no idea what the $179.99 fee was or why it was being collected. After ordering my phone over the phone, I paid $57.75 for the taxes of the phone. My monthly charge would then be $29.16. That is it, no other fees.I decided to call and speak with a Manager today to find out what the $179.99 was all about. The person who answered the phone never stated her name, when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that she was the manager (obviously not the same male manager I dealt with yesterday while in the store). After questioning her she finally informed me that the $179.99 is an accessory bundle for the phone. I informed her that I was told that I must pay this fee up front and could not add the phone to my contract without paying for it. After questioning the sales associate as to why, I was told it was the taxes for the phone. The manager informed me over the phone that it is an accessory bundle that they feel is crucial for customers to purchase with their phone. It is apparently not necessary after all. After asking her for her name, she responded with “is there anything else I can help you with”. She still never stated her name. I ended the conversation with “if this is how you run your store, you are going to lose many more customers than just myself”.This Verizon location at Sunland Park is leading customers to believe they must pay $179.99 up front for the phone and not informing the customer that this actually an optional accessory bundle that is NOT necessary. Caution to anyone interested in purchasing a phone from this location! I have purchased my previous 4 account upgrades from this location over the last 8+ years and never have had a problem like this.
