Went in to get 2new phones $2900 at t-mobile 2720 north mesa in el paso. They messed up my address dont want to correct it. Horrible service they said they have me on camera and microphone where I gave them a new mexico address I live in Texas! BE CARFULL ACCORDING TO T MOBILE EMPLOYEES AT STORE 224 THEY RECORD YOU. I never gave them the wrong address corrected them on the second. Just wanted it fix. They lie asked to see video and I was the rude one,, talk down to you like your a child. Manager just stayed quiet.
Customer service is the best there and the man was very helpful
We wanted to switch from AT&T, Chantel was great, she made the process seamless, sold us on all the upgrades, told us why they where worth it and was never pushy! We walked out with two new phones, cases, screen protectors and insurance. Made the process super comfortable even with a hurt foot and her boot.

I went in to finally upgrade my ancient phone but I wasn’t sure which phone to choose. Luckily met Chantel who guided me in choosing the correct phone for my everyday needs. In transferring my data we ran into a little snag but with Chantel’s technical experience and patience she was able to handle this little hiccup.The staff were great and friendly.
Well, i know were in unexpected conditions, and thats why theyre getting three stars instead of one.Theyre doing their part in helping stop the spread of COVID-19, by using masks and asking customers to use them. Also there are prints in the floor to indicate the 6ft separation. And there were two people working.But the store is not well managed, the handsets on display have no battery, how are you gonna see them?, and they dont have all of them.I dont really know if this is happening on all locations, and I understand that with a large volume of the transactions online it sounds like a loss of energy.But if youre going to have a display have a good one that allow customers to come see and check them.Probably the following is nationwide, but it would be good if Tmobile changes this, the phones are hold with a clamp, which is on the way for a good comparison of how it compares to the other phone or my own phone .Yep there are lot of specs on line, but its not the same as carrying it, because of the different hand sizes. A non working phone would be an option, or having your ID and releasing it to you, which by the way I asked but the person told me that it isnt possible.My opinion is only based on my visit to this specific store.
I would avoid this store at all costs. Associates are not knowledgeable. It has been an absolute headache dealing with both the store and products purchased. Our only option of consolation after so many mistakes on the stores part was a monthly credit that the store manager forgets, every month, to apply to our bill. If you value your sanity go to another store. If it seems like your associate doesnt know what they are talking about - they dont. Call 611 instead.
Been going to the century place location for awhile now. Was treated poorly by the representative and manager. Decided to try out the Mesa/Baltimore location. I’m so glad I switched stores. The crew is amazing. I was helped out by Andrea. She’s a sweetheart and the manager Joseph is awesome. This is my go to store from here on out. 5 stars
When I switched to T-Mobile a year and a half ago, I had an awful experience and promised myself I would switch back to AT&T; however, after how I was treated at this store I will stay with T-Mobile! I was instantly greeted and you could tell that the employees have a fun time at work. Arleen was the one who approached me and was so polite! She was not super pushy even though you know commission is the bulk of these employees pay. She answered all of my questions and when it came to it helped me get my new Apple Watch! There was such a great attitude from everyone in the store and the manager Jojo was awesome too! You can tell her treats his team members with respect so they can provide the best service to their customers! I will 100% be coming back to this store. If you go ask for Arleen!!!
Convenient location and pretty store, but after switching to a family plan I discovered an extra Sim and plan added to account. Several calls to customer care and a visit to a corporate store to verify identity the account has been refunded the excess charges. Also went back to the same store to get it straightened out. But a word trying to explain it away. I wouldnt trust this store unless Im buying accessories with cash in hand.
Andrea was absolutely amazing! I came in just to add a line but she got me into a brand new phone and one for free. I am satisfied with the experience I had overall. All the other employees were also really nice. Amazing store I wont go anywhere else ever again.
At the store Adrian and Arleen were more than helpful and efficient. The quality of customer service is outstanding and they help you through any questions and problems along the line. I ended up saving a couple hundred dollars thanks to Adrian’s advice! Great store great staff.
I made the switch when I walked into the store and met Mr Adrian Gonzalez and was blown away by his knowledge of the service plans as well as the phones. Because of that I made the switch as well as my family. Always ask for Adrian. He will make it easy for you when your having to make a switching decision. Been with the T Mobile family for about a year and happy I switched. Thank you Mr Adrian Gonzalez!
Went into the store to replace my son’s screen protector and ask a few questions about plan options. Adrian was super nice and knowledgeable about what works best for my my family plan. All the employees had a positive demeanor (Andrea and Arleen)! I will definitely return for future upgrades.

I think the one thing that really lacks at this T-mobile is customer service. I walked into this location to be greeted and all and I was looking to upgrading my phone. They had told me that the phone I wanted wasnt in stock at their store or anywhere else. That there had been this huge delay which just didnt seem right. In that same instance my partner said he needed to take a call and he proceeded to walk outside when the woman abruptly said somewhere along the lines Im sorry but the door has a sensor and every time someone walks through the door we are expected to make a sale and he replied its personal and she said if he could take it to the bathroom. I understand sales are important but you should never place your needs before a guests needs. Customer satisfaction is main priority this T-Mobile fails at. I ended up going to another T-Mobile and they surprisingly had the phone I wanted! Nothing about a delay was mentioned. Never going back to that T-Mobile because all they care about is making their sales and looking good before caring for the guests satisfaction.
Came in to pay my bill and walked out with an iPhone XS Max. Whoever trained Andrea and Adrian, please give thank them on my behalf. Amazing employees and explained everything clearly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TMOBILE LOCATION!! Shortly after getting married, my husband added me to his plan/changed his plan. We were asked repeatedly if we wanted to add a tablet, to which we said NO many times. The salesman was super pushy and tried to get us to get the tablet anyway, but after 15 times of saying no he finally stopped asking. The gentleman told us our price and I double checked that again, it was only for 2 lines and not the tablet and he assured me that no tablet was added. Well, after hearing how my friends with Tmobile were paying less for our same plan, I went to a different location, only to discover that the salesman had lied and added the tablet anyway!! Thankfully I called customer service and got the charges removed and refunded because they could see that the line had never been used. I just wonder how many other people he has done this to and STOLEN from them as well? When a customer says no they do not want a service, you dont just get to add it anyway. Love tmobile, just not this store.
