Good prices on video games and movies wide selection of DVDs. My only issue is the warranty on the consoles, they only offer 7 days, which is the only reason why I dont buy any consoles or electronics from here.

Really pleased to find multiple DVDs/Blu-ray’s here, when I could NOT find them anywhere else! Movies were super cheap, came in a sealed packaging, & worked perfectly. I had a great experience and I was able to find old movies from my childhood. I would highly recommend visiting this store!

This place is great! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by amazing employees. Everyone was enthusiastic and willing to help me. I am barely getting into video games and a nice employee name Rick helped me decide on what game to buy. He was kind, friendly, and so knowledgeable about video games. I really liked that he answered all my questions and I did not feel judged. Also, the prices are great! I 100% recommend coming to this place. Will be back soon!

These types of box stores are still a gem. In a world full of buy it now and same day shipping, this store survives.It is always well organized and feels clean.

One of my favorite shops in town they give you better rates for your electronics than any pawnshop and or eco atm but buyer beware since it is used items well sometimes they tend to be faulty but hey they just started selling computers and doing minor repairs on iphones .

Bought a phone and was told I have 14 days to return. Got a better deal somewhere else and when I brought it back to return it the worker was rude and insulted me then lied to my face on their policy. Don’t purchase anything $100 and up if you have the thought of returning it. They’ll only buy back at half price or lower.

Not a great selection, tried buying a used control as well and it was broken returned it and was given a control with buttons that were sticking so decided just to buy a brand new one. Dont buy used here, also their new controls didnt have warranty so beware. You could get better deals at gamestop. The staff is good and friendly though.

If you want to buy or sell DVDs and gaming consoles, this is the place to go! Theres a good selection of games, movies and tv show collections, and they have some cool wall posters in addition to tin signs. This place also had movie posters and canvas on each wall throughout. If you like cell phone cases, they also have a wide selection of those for your hearts desire.

Im an old gray haired man. The folks here go above and beyond! Service is the utmost priority! This is my second visit in several years. Both times have been enjoyable!

I gotta give this place a 5☆ rating. You just cant go wrong by coming here. They have it all at low low prices and also theyre much more fair than GS or any other gaming store or pawn shop.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Their return policy is dumb. Don’t buy anything new here they won’t let you return just give you the same product. Even if you changed your mind about the game. Very rude staff honestly the times I’ve been here.

Never buy cell phones from this place!!I purchased a samsung galaxy A21 which according to Samsung corporate my cell phones device should not have been sold in the USA. I was told that the phone they sold me was not made for USA network.Unfortunately samsung did not want to honor the warranty because my phone was not for USA network. I return to Media exchange and ask to speak to the manager. I explained The situation and he did not even attempt to fix the situation. Please be careful where you buy a cell phone!!!

Ive been here 10 years and never been to this place. Definitely a hidden gem. I was looking for a new piece of equipment for my office and found exactly what I needed and quickly. The staff was very helpful and gave me the right amount of knowledge to help me make the best decision. And the price was very good. I will definitely be back.

Love it here we buy all our DVDs here. They have DVD and blue ray movies some at very cheap prices .99 and up depending on the quality of movie...but if u like collecting movies like we do u will find what youre looking for here. Some movies they dont have but we come at least once a month and find new movies all the time.. they also have posters gaming equipment and games and phones.

Good people, prices are ok. They do not deal with x box 360 anymore, although they do still have x box 360 games at half off.

This place is absolutely the rudest place if you are not in acertain age demographic .I had been saving for a game system and had about 2500.00 to spend they were so rude to my wife and Ithat I decide to take my business elsewhere.There prices are higer than normal and staff is absolutely aloof when dealing with older customers.I will never go there again.

Its a cool store for go get a nice phone with a huge discount compared to new. All their nice phones look brand new too, so I cant think of why anyone would want to pay for a new phone. I really enjoy visiting whenever i have a chance. I can spend hours looking around at all the variety of movies they have. Brand new and used movies at a moderate to great prices. They also have all the gaming consoles, controls and games for your needs as well as cellular phones and other electrical devices. Their parking lot sits right in front of the business. The employees are courteous and willing to help.

Great place to buy used games and movies. I like to buy blu ray over streaming cause its better quality and the sound is way better than you would get streaming. Sometimes you even get a better deal. Support local!
